软塑包装盒
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及包装盒，特别是涉及一种软塑包装盒。
【背景技术】
软塑包装盒大多用于包装体积较小的包装物，如糖果、巧克力、化妆品等。一般的软塑包装盒包括盒体和盒盖，包装物装入盒体内部后，盖上盒盖，再用胶带同时粘住盒体和盒盖而将盒盖固定于盒体上并密封盒体的开口端。这种盒体与盒盖的固定方式不够可靠，在运输过程中易导致包装物滑出而引出商品损坏。
【发明内容】
基于此，有必要提供一种盒体与盒盖的固定较为可靠的软塑包装盒。
一种软塑包装盒，包括盒盖和一端开口的盒体，所述盒盖包括盒盖主体和环绕所述盒盖主体周缘的弧形边，所述盒体的开口端边缘上设有环绕所述盒体外壁的弧形卷边，所述弧形边与所述弧形卷边配合使所述盒盖可拆卸地设置于所述盒体上，并密封所述盒体的开口端。
在其中一个实施例中，所述盒体和所述弧形卷边为一体式结构，所述弧形卷边由所述盒体的开口端外翻并卷成弧形而形成。
在其中一个实施例中，所述盒盖还包括凸设于所述盒盖主体上并环绕所述盒盖主体的弧形凸边，所述弧形边与所述弧形凸边连接。
在其中一个实施例中，所述盒盖主体和所述弧形凸边为一体式结构。
在其中一个实施例中，所述盒盖主体中部形成有向所述盒体外部的凸出的凸起。
在其中一个实施例中，所述盒体为圆台形或圆柱形。
在其中一个实施例中，所述盒体包括圆形的底盖及两端开口的筒体，所述筒体为圆柱形或圆台形，所述筒体的一个开口端与所述底盖的周缘连接，另一端形成所述盒体的开口端。
在其中一个实施例中，所述筒体的一个开口端形成环绕所述开口的加固圈，所述底盖的周缘与所述加固圈连接。
在其中一个实施例中，所述圆台形的盒体的开口端的面积大于所述圆形的底盖的面积。
在其中一个实施例中，所述盒体的壁厚为0.15毫米~0.5毫米，所述盒盖的厚度为0.15毫米~0.5毫米。
上述软塑包装盒的盒盖的弧形边环绕盒盖主体的周缘形成环绕盒盖主体周缘的卡槽，从而可以通过盒体开口端的弧形卷边与弧形边相配合及软塑材料本身的弹性使盒盖较为可靠地固定于盒体上并密封盒体的开口端。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1，一实施方式软塑包装盒100，包括盒体10和盒盖20。
盒体10一端开口。盒体10包括圆形的底盖11及两端开口的筒体12。筒体12的一个开口端与底盖11的周缘连接，另一个开口端形成盒体10的开口端。底盖11的厚度为0.15毫米~0.5毫米。
筒体12为两端开口的圆台形筒体。筒体12的面积较小的开口端与圆形的底盖11的周缘连接形成一端开口的呈圆台形的盒体10，使盒体10的开口端的面积较大，方便包装物的装入和取出。可以理解，在其他实施方式中，筒体12也可以为两端开口的圆柱形筒体，筒体12的一个开口端与底盖11的周缘连接而形成一端开口的呈圆柱形的盒体10。
筒体12由厚度为0.15毫米~0.5毫米的塑料片形成，以方便加工成型，另一方面使筒体12的壁厚为0.15毫米~0.5毫米，以保证软塑包装盒100具有足够的强度。
筒体12与底盖11连接的开口端形成加固圈121。加固圈121为由筒体12的面积较小的开口端卷曲形成环绕筒体12的开口端的弧形圈。底盖11的周缘固定于加固圈121上，可以通过胶水粘接或高周波粘接的方式将底盖11的周缘固定于加固圈121上。
筒体12的面积较小的开口端形成加固圈121，一方面便于与底盖11连接，另一方面可以增强的盒体10底部的强度。
筒体12的与底盖11相对的开口端形成有环绕筒体12外壁的弧形卷边122。本实施方式中，弧形卷边122由筒体12的与底盖11相对的开口端外翻并卷成弧形而形成。弧形卷边122与筒体12为一体式结构。在另外的实施方式中，也可以通过粘接的方式将弧形卷边122粘接于筒体12的外壁上。
盒盖20包括盒体主体21和环绕盒盖主体21周缘的弧形边22。弧形边22环绕盒盖主体21的周缘形成环绕盒盖主体21周缘的卡槽23。
优选地，盒体主体21的中部形成有向盒体10外部凸出的凸起24。凸起24为圆形。设置凸起24一方面提高盒体20的强度，另一方面使软塑包装盒100的较为美观。盒盖20可以由吸塑工艺一体成型。
使用上述软塑包装盒100时，弧形边22形成与弧形卷边122相匹配的卡槽23，使得可以通过弧形卷边122与弧形边22相配合及软塑材料本身的弹性使盒盖20较为可靠地固定于盒体10上并密封盒体的开口端。
这种形状的盒体10与盒盖20扣合得较为紧密，盒盖20较为可靠地固定于盒体10上，在运输过程中不会发生包装物滑出的现象，能够很好地保护包装物。并且使用上述软塑包装盒100包装商品，省去了胶带，也省去了胶带粘接工艺，包装成本低。并且，盒盖20可拆卸地固定于盒体10上，可实现反复地密封，存储方便。
软塑包装盒100的材料为聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)或聚丙烯(PP)。
请参阅图2，一实施方式的软塑包装盒200，包括盒体210和盒盖220。
盒体210的结构与盒体10的结构完全相同，均可以为圆台形或圆柱形。盒体210的开口端形成有环绕开口端的弧形卷边212。
盒盖220包括圆形的盒盖主体221和弧形边222。盒盖主体221的周缘形成有弧形凸边223，弧形边222与弧形凸边223连接而环绕盒盖主体221的周缘，从而形成环绕盒盖主体221的卡槽224。
盒体主体221与弧形凸边223为一体式结构，由圆形的软塑材料压制成。通过高周波粘接的方式将弧形边222粘接在弧形凸边223的周缘。加工成型之前可以在软塑材料上印刷图案后再进行加工，加工过程不会对图案产生拉伸效果而产生任何影响，使得得到软塑包装盒上形成有永久的图案，美观、实用。
软塑包装盒200的材料为聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)或聚丙烯(PP)。
上述软塑包装盒200的盒体210的弧形卷边212与盒盖220通过弧形边222配合，使盒盖220可拆卸地固定于盒体210上，并密封盒体210的开口端。这种固定方式较为牢固，在运输过程中不会发生包装物滑出的现象，能够很好地保护包装物。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本实用新型的几种实施方式，其描述较为具体和详细，但并不能因此而理解为对本实用新型专利范围的限制。应当指出的是，对于本领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下，还可以做出若干变形和改进，这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。因此，本实用新型专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种软塑包装盒，其特征在于，包括盒盖和一端开口的盒体，所述盒盖包括盒盖主体和环绕所述盒盖主体周缘的弧形边，所述盒体的开口端边缘上设有环绕所述盒体外壁的弧形卷边，所述弧形边与所述弧形卷边配合使所述盒盖可拆卸地设置于所述盒体上，并密封所述盒体的开口端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的软塑包装盒，其特征在于，所述盒体和所述弧形卷边为一体式结构，所述弧形卷边由所述盒体的开口端外翻并卷成弧形而形成。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的软塑包装盒，其特征在于，所述盒盖还包括凸设于所述盒盖主体上并环绕所述盒盖主体的弧形凸边，所述弧形边与所述弧形凸边连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的软塑包装盒，其特征在于，所述盒盖主体和所述弧形凸边为一体式结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的软塑包装盒，其特征在于，所述盒盖主体中部形成有向所述盒体外部的凸出的凸起。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的软塑包装盒，其特征在于，所述盒体为圆台形或圆柱形。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的软塑包装盒，其特征在于，所述盒体包括圆形的底盖及两端开口的筒体，所述筒体为圆柱形或圆台形，所述筒体的一个开口端与所述底盖的周缘连接，另一端形成所述盒体的开口端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的软塑包装盒，其特征在于，所述筒体的一个开口端形成环绕所述开口的加固圈，所述底盖的周缘与所述加固圈连接。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的软塑包装盒，其特征在于，所述圆台形的盒体的开口端的面积大于所述圆形的底盖的面积。
  10. 根据权利要求1~9任一项所述的软塑包装盒，其特征在于，所述盒体的壁厚为0.15毫米~0.5毫米，所述盒盖的厚度为0.15毫米~0.5毫米。
