Abstract
本发明涉及一种包装物,特别是塑料软包装盒。该包装盒含上盒盖(1)、盒体(2)、充气阀(3)、上盒盖端口外贴边(4)、盒体端口内贴边(5),其特征是上盒盖(1)与盒体(2)插接紧密配合,密封后向盒内填充高压气体。本发明结构简单,减轻体重、降低运费、提高回收利用率、节约资源、减少环境污染。

本发明涉及一种包装物,特别是塑料软包装盒。
背景技术
随着社会发展,人们的生活水平不断提高,消费理念和购物方式发生了重大变革,特别是网上购物,由于其具有方便、价廉、快捷等优势,已为人们普遍接受;现代在国内外,网购呈现蓬勃发展的态势。伴随着网购的发展,包装物的需求量大幅增长。据统计,2015年仅国内,消费的包装物原材料达十亿吨,包装盒1亿个,打包带达170亿米(可绕地球425圈,不能回收),现有的传统包装物(纸箱)造成了巨大资源耗费和环境污染。
发明内容
本发明针对现有包装物的严重危害提供一种体轻,可以回收再利的新型包装物。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:本包装采用塑料吹塑制成,为增强盒体的强度,密封后向盒内填充高压气体。为确保密封性令上盒盖与盒体插接紧密配合,并分别在上盒盖端口外和盒体端口内加贴边,充气阀设在盒体上。
本发明有益效果是:结构简单、体重减轻、降低运费、提高回收利用率、节省资源、减少环境污染。

该充气式软塑包装盒含上盒盖(1)、盒体(2)、充气阀(3)、上盒盖端口外贴边(4)、盒体端口内贴边(5),上盒盖(1)与盒体(2)插接紧密配合,密封后向盒内填充高压气体。
