下面使用图 2说明前侧裙边挡板 9。该前侧裙边挡板 9可以被焊接、螺 紋固定、 铆接等固定连接在底板上, 据前侧壳体 3 的最前表面大约 30mm (前侧罩体 3的厚度约为 30mm左右), 因而, 安装了该前侧裙边挡板 9后 的控制台装置的前侧相当于图 6中的下面一行的情况, SP、 脚尖所抵接到 的挡板到最外侧的面的距离小于 50mm (即最大为 50mm)的情况下,并且, 前侧壳体的底面和地面间的空隙距离要大于 50mm, 否则容易弄伤脚趾。
此时, 只要使得脚尖能够抵接到前侧裙边挡板 9就可实现满足上述安 全规定。 这是因为: 当脚尖抵接到前侧裙边挡板 9时, 从前侧罩体 3的最 下侧的面到地面的距离 b' (这里假设前侧罩体的底面和左右侧罩体的底面 在同一面上, 实际上可能两者之间稍微有差距)为 56.8mm大于 50mm, 并 且脚尖所抵接到的前侧裙边挡板 9到前侧罩体 3 最外侧的面的距离 n为 36mm小于 50mm, 因此, 满足上述安全规定。
当然, 上述从前侧罩体 3的最下侧的面到地面的距离 b'以及脚尖所抵 接到的前侧裙边挡板 9到前侧罩体 3最外侧的面的距离 n并不被限定于上 述数值, 只要是能够满足上述安全规定的数值即可。
因而, 如上所述, 只要是使脚尖能够抵接到上述前侧裙边挡板 9就可 满足上述安全规定,而要使脚尖能够抵接到上述前侧裙边挡板 9,只要使从 前侧裙边挡板 9的最下面到地面的空隙距离小于 35mm即可, 可以是任意 长度。 本实施形态中, 将前侧裙边挡板 9的最下面到地面的空隙距离设定 为与从右侧裙边挡板 8的最下面到地面的空隙距离 a'相同的 30.2mm,小于 35mm, 从而满足上述安全规定。
此外, 与左右侧裙边挡板的情况相同, 由于锁定器 7的锁定部的最外 侧被设置在距装置的最外侧为脚基本上不能伸入的位置, 并且, 在将装置 锁定在想要的位置时需要用手来调节该锁定器 7,从而进行位置的锁定, 因 而, 前侧裙边挡板 9向装置左右两侧设置在不挡住锁定器的位置为止。
下面使用图 2和图 3说明安装在后侧罩体 5上的连接板罩体 (connector panel cover) 4。 该连接板罩体 4被安装在后侧罩体 5上、 最下侧的面距地 面的高度与从右侧裙边挡板 8 的最下面到地面的空隙距离 a'相同的 30.2mm, 小于 35mm, 从而满足上述安全规定。
下面说明该第 1实施形态的变形例。
以上说明了将前侧裙边挡板 9焊接、 螺紋固定、 铆接等固定连接在底 板上从而形成前侧罩体 3的最下侧的面的结构, 但是, 也可以不另外安装 该前侧裙边挡板 9,而将前侧罩体 3的最下侧的面向下延伸,使从其底面到 地面的距离小于 35mm即可, 从而能够简化工序。
此外, 对于上述后侧罩体 5也可以使连接板罩体最下侧的面距地面的 高度与现有技术一样地大于 35mm, 并在其上安装裙边挡板, 而使最下侧 的面距地面的距离小于 35mm, 这样, 可以对现有的控制台装置进行改装。 下面说明本实施形态中的控制台装置的搬运和使用时的动作。 搬运时, 将 左右侧的裙状挡板取下, 并将锁定器 7的锁定部向上拧入, 控制台底面和 地面间的距离 b' = 56.8mm, 因此可以使用叉车, 叉车能够从控制台底部插 入并对其进行搬运。 通常使用时, 安装上裙状挡板, 裙状挡板和地面间的 距离小于 35mm, 满足脚部地安全规定。 并且, 向下拧出锁定器 7的锁定 部将控制台装置锁定在所要的位置上。
通过这样的结构, 在控制台装置的前后两侧实现了满足上述 IEC安全 规定的设计。 并且, 在控制台装置的左右侧的底部设置可装拆的左右侧裙 状挡板。 平常使用时, 将裙状挡板安装在壳体底部, 可以满足 IEC安全规 定中对脚和脚趾的要求。 需要搬运时, 将左右侧裙状挡板取下, 叉车能够 从左右插入并搬运。 因而, 实现了兼顾安全性和搬运便利性的控制台装置。
下面使用图 4和图 5说明本发明的第 2实施形态。
图 4为表示了本发明第 2实施形态的安装了左右侧罩体的控制台装置 的右视图; 图 5为表示了本发明第 2实施形态的拆下了左右侧罩体的控制 台装置的右视图。
另外, 在本实施形态的控制台装置 Γ中对于与控制台装置 1相同的结 构添加相同的附图标记, 省略重复的说明。
如图 4所示, 前侧罩体 3、 左右侧罩体 (图中仅示出了右侧罩体 2)、 以及连接板罩体 4 的最下侧的面距离地面的空隙距离 a"为小于 35mm的 30.2mm, 但是并不限定于该距离, 只要是小于 35mm的距离均可。 并且, 如图 5所示, 底面 12距离地面的距离为 56.8mm, 当然并不限定于该距离, 只要是叉车能够插入的距离即可。
此外, 在该实施形态中左右侧罩体相对于控制台装置 Γ为可装拆的结 构, 该结构可以是通过螺钉等与构成控制台装置的筐体的前侧罩体、 上侧 罩体等连接的结构, 也可以是利用卡扣与前侧罩体、 上侧罩体等连接的结 构, 当然也可以是其他可以装拆地与控制台装置 Γ相连接的结构。
下面说明本实施形态中的控制台装置的搬运和使用时的动作。搬运时, 将左右侧的罩体取下, 并将锁定器 7的锁定部向上拧入, 控制台底面和地 面间的距离 b' = 56.8mm, 因此可以使用叉车, 叉车能够从控制台底部插入 并对其进行搬运。 通常使用时, 安装上左右侧的罩体, 左右侧的罩体和地 面间的距离小于 35mm, 满足对脚部的安全规定。 并且, 向下拧出锁定器 7 的锁定部将控制台装置锁定在所要的位置上。
通过这样的结构, 在控制台装置的前后两侧实现了满足上述 IEC安全 规定的设计。 并且, 在控制台装置的左右侧设置可装拆的左右侧罩体, 增 加了控制台左右侧罩体的长度,减小了左右侧罩体的底面和地面间的距离。 正常使用时, 将左右侧罩体安装在控制台装置上, 可以满足 IEC安全规定 中对脚和脚趾的要求。 搬运时, 将左右侧罩体取下, 叉车能够从左右插入 并搬运。 因而, 实现了兼顾安全性和搬运便利性的控制台装置。
另外,本发明的裙边结构以及可装拆的左右侧罩体结构并不局限于 CT 装置的控制台装置, 也可以适用于超声波装置、 X射线装置等的其他医疗 诊断装置。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种医疗诊断装置, 具有控制台装置 (1, Γ ), 该控制台装置具有 大致四边形的筐体,该筐体具有:底板(12)、前侧罩体(3 )、后侧罩体(5)、 左右侧罩体(2)、 被安装在所述底板的四个角部的脚轮(6) 以及安装在所 述后侧罩体 (5 ) 靠下方位置上的连接板罩体 (4); 其特征在于,
从所述前侧罩体 (3 )、 左右侧罩体 (2)、 以及连接板罩体(5 ) 的最下 侧的面到地面的距离 (a', a" )小于 35mm; 从所述底板(12) 的最底面到 地面的距离 (b', b" ) 为叉车能够插入的距离;
并且, 构成左右侧罩体(2)最下侧的面的结构能够相对于该医疗诊断 装置的筐体可装拆地被安装在该医疗诊断装置上 (1, Γ )。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的医疗诊断装置, 其特征在于,
所述构成左右侧罩体 (2) 最下侧的面的结构为左右侧裙边挡板 (8), 该左右侧裙边挡板(8)被可装拆地安装在从构成所述筐体的底板(12)突 出来的凸块 (11 ) 上。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的医疗诊断装置, 其特征在于,
所述构成左右侧罩体 (2) 最下侧的面的结构就是左右侧罩体 (2) 本 身, 其能够相对于该医疗诊断装置 (Γ ) 的筐体可装拆地被安装在该医疗 诊断装置 (Γ ) 上。
4. 如权利要求 2所述的医疗诊断装置, 其特征在于,
在所述底板 (12) 的作为靠近操作者一侧的前侧的左右两个脚轮 (6) 的前侧, 分别设置有用于锁定医疗诊断装置的位置的锁定器 (7 ), 所述左 右侧裙边挡板 (8 ) 分别延伸到在前侧不挡住所述锁定器 (7 ) 的位置。
5. 如权利要求 1~3中任一项所述的医疗诊断装置, 其特征在于, 构成 前侧罩体(3 )最下侧的面的结构为前侧裙边挡板(9),该前侧裙边挡板(9) 被固定安装在底板 (12) 上。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的医疗诊断装置, 其特征在于,
在所述底板 (12) 的作为靠近操作者一侧的前侧的左右两个脚轮 (6) 的前侧, 分别设置有用于锁定医疗诊断装置的位置的锁定器 (7 ), 所述前 侧裙边挡板 (9) 左右延伸到在左右两侧不挡住所述锁定器 (7) 的位置。
7. 如权利要求 1~3中任一项所述的医疗诊断装置, 其特征在于, 构成 连接板罩体(4)最下侧的面的结构为后侧裙边挡板, 该后侧裙边挡板被固 定安装在连接板罩体 (4) 上。
8. 一种安全结构, 其特征在于, 使用在权利要求 1至 7中的任一项所 述的医疗诊断装置中, 以保证脚和脚趾的安全。
