  • the pressing element continues to maintain the contact against the spindle 16 for the sufficient fraction of time so as to force the head 90 of the band to wind around the spindle 16 in rotation, in particular around the cores 4 fixed to the said spindle.
  • the air blow 250 arranged integral to the pressing element 60, facilitates the beginning of the new winding, forcing the head 90 of the band to remain in adherence against the spindle in rotation.
  • Subsequent figure 12 shows the roll formed provided with the tail 80 of the band broken and the head 90 of the band that begins to wind on the core 4, arranged in rotation on the spindle 16.
  • FIG 13 and figure 14 show the subsequent phases wherein the new winding has begun and at the same time the unloading of the rolls just formed takes place.
  • Such an unloading phase includes, thanks to the independent motors used, the stop of the rotation of the spindle 17 and the subsequent longitudinal retroaction of the spindle 17 by means of the sliding block 51, sliding on the guide 50 of figure 3.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne une section d'enroulement (1) conçue pour enrouler une bande continue (200) de sacs autour d'un ou de plusieurs mandrins (4). La section comprend un trajet d'avance (200) de la bande, un dispositif d'enroulement (10) servant à enrouler la bande autour du mandrin (4) et des moyens de déchirement appropriés (60, 60', 61, 61', 150) pour déchirer la bande (100) à la fin d'une opération d'enroulement et pour faciliter le démarrage d'une opération d'enroulement ultérieure. Selon l'invention, le dispositif d'enroulement (10) comprend un arbre (12) auquel sont raccordés de manière rigide deux disques rotatifs (11), chacun d'eux comportant une première (16) et une seconde (17) broche. Les broches coulissent toutes les deux axialement par rapport au disque et sont également rotatives axialement pour réaliser l'enroulement d'un rouleau en cours de formation. La section d'enroulement comprend en outre un dispositif de chargement de mandrin mobile (3) et un système de déplacement (50, 51, 55, 100). Le système de déplacement est synchronisé de telle sorte que lorsqu'une broche (16, 17) est en rotation pour réaliser une première opération d'enroulement, la seconde broche est rétractée et le dispositif de chargement est disposé coaxialement avec celle-ci afin qu'elle puisse embrocher les mandrins après son extraction. Ensuite, l'écartement du dispositif de chargement de mandrin mobile (3) est commandé et, lorsque la première opération d'enroulement est presque terminée, le dispositif (10) dans son ensemble est mis en rotation autour de son axe (12), entraînant une inversion de position entre les deux broches (16, 17). La seconde broche extraite est alors mise en rotation de telle sorte que, après l'opération de déchirement, elle entame une nouvelle opération d'enroulement tandis que la première broche est rétractée afin de faire tomber le rouleau formé.
