Abstract

본 발명은 흑연시트를 구비한 태양광발전용 모듈에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명은 투습 방지 기능이 우수함과 더불어 방열성이 우수한 팽창흑연시트를 솔라셀 하면에 부착함으로써 내구성 및 방열성이 증가하여 솔라셀의 수명을 연장과 발전량을 증대시킴과 동시에, 팽창흑연시트 상면에 반사필름을 부착함으로써 솔라셀에서 투과한 빛을 다시 솔라셀로 재귀반사시켜 솔라셀의 효율을 높이는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 투명기판; 상기 투명기판 하면에 마련되는 상부 완충부재; 상기 상부 완충부재 하면에 마련되는 솔라셀; 상기 솔라셀 하면에 마련되는 하부 완충부재; 상기 하부 완충부재 하면에 마련되는 흑연시트; 및 상기 흑연시트 일면 또는 양면에 마련되어 흑연시트의 내구성을 증가시키는 코팅층;을 포함하여 이루어진다.
