Abstract

Ein Photovoltaik-Modul (P) weist eine Schicht aus Solarzellen (1), wenigstens eine auf der sonnenseitigen Vorderseite der Solarzellen (1) angeordnete, im Wesentlichen transparante Schicht (2, 3) und einen Anschluss an ein Stromnetz auf. An der Rückseite der Solarzellen (1) ist wenigstens eine an die Solarzellen (1) anschließende und sich wenigstens bereichsweise über die Fläche der Rückseite erstreckende, wärmeleitende Schicht (5) angeordnet. Anschließend an die an den Solarzellen (1) angeordnete, wärmeleitende Schicht (5) kann wenigstens eine weitere wärmeleitende Schicht (4, 6, 7, 25) angeordnet sein, wobei wenigstens eine wärmeleitende Schicht (5, 6, 7, 25) die erforderliche elektrische Isolation für die Solarzellen (1) aufweist. Mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Photovoltaik-Modul (P) ist eine Leistungssteigerung durch Ableiten der in den Solarzellen (1) auftretenden Wärme zu realisieren, wobei gleichzeitig neben der zu erzeugenden elektrischen Energie auch die thermische Energie der Sonne nutzbar wird.
