Abstract
본 발명은 다수의 태양전지에서 생산한 전기에너지를 수신하여 인버터나 배터리로 전달하는 태양전지 모듈용 정션박스에 관한 것으로서, 복수의 태양전지에 각각 연결된 복수개의 터미널(30)과; 상기 터미널(30)과 일체형으로 이루어진 하우징(10)과; 상기 하우징(10)의 상부에 결합되어 내부를 보호하는 커버(50)와; 상기 하우징(10)의 폭 방향으로 이격되게 위치한 터미널(30)에 각각 연결된 한 쌍의 케이블 부재(60)와; 상기 터미널(30) 사이의 연결부에 각각 설치되어 손상된 태양전지를 바이패스하여 전류를 전달하는 판 형상의 다이오드(20)를 포함하여 이루어지는 태양전지 모듈용 정션박스에 있어서, 상기 다이오드(20)의 후방에 각각 설치되어 상기 다이오드(20)에서 발생하는 열을 방출하는 히트 싱크(25) 또는 절연 열확산 물질(29a) 단독으로 이루어지거나 상기 절연 열확산 물질(29a)을 절연 열확산 패드(Pad)(29b)로 감싸서 형성한 열확산 부재(29);를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
