図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る針付医療器具1の構成を示す断面図であり、図2は、針付医療器具1の組み立て前の状態を示す断面図である。本実施形態例では、針付医療器具1として、予め薬液が充填されるプレフィルドシリンジを例に説明する。
本実施形態例の針付医療器具1は、図1に示すように、針管6と、針管6を保持する針設置部2と、シール部材5と、薬剤を保持可能な液室10を有する液収容部3とを備える。
次に、上述したような構成を有する針付医療器具1の組み立て方法について説明する。
本実施形態例では、針付医療器具1としてプレフィルドシリンジを例に説明したが、血液や医療溶薬剤を流すチューブの先端に取り付けられる針管を、本発明の針付医療器具に取り付けた構成としてもよい。
図3に、第1の実施形態の変形例に係る針付医療器具20の断面図を示す。図3において、図1に対応する部分には同一符号を付し、重複説明を省略する。
液収容部21は、一端に底部21aを有し、他端が開口された有底筒状に形成されており、開口された他端の外周に、弾性体で構成されたチューブ22が密着して嵌め込まれる。このような構成は、留置針や採血針に適用することができる。
次に、本発明の第2の実施形態に係る針付医療器具30について説明する。図4Aは、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る針付医療器具1の構成を示す断面図であり、図4Bは、図4Aのa-a’線上に沿う断面図である。また、図5Aは、針付医療器具1の組み立て前における断面図であり、図5Bは、図5Aのb-b’線上に沿う断面図である。本実施形態例の針付医療器具30は、針設置部の構成が第1の実施形態と異なる例である。図4及び図5において、図1に対応する部分には同一符号を付し、重複説明を省略する。本実施形態例においても、針付医療器具30としてプレフィルドシリンジを例に説明する。
本実施形態例の針付医療器具30は、図4Aに示すように、針管6と、針管6を保持する針設置部32と、シール部材5と、薬剤を保持可能な液室10を有する液収容部3とを備える。そして、針設置部32は、支持台33と、挟持部39と、キャップ部35とを備える。
次に、上述したような構成を有する針付医療器具1の組み立て方法について説明する。
そして、シール部材5で保持された針管6を、挟持部39の先端側から挟持部本体34で囲まれる領域に挿入する。
その他、第1の実施形態と同様の効果を得ることができる。
Claims (5)
- 生体に穿刺可能な針先を有する針管と、
内部に液体を収容可能な液室を有する液収容部と、
前記液収容部の一端に形成された針設置部と、
弾性部材で構成され、前記針先と、前記針先とは反対側の基端部とを突出させた状態で前記針管の外表面を液密に保持するシール部材とを備え、
前記シール部材は前記針設置部の内表面に当接すると共に前記針設置部内に圧縮された状態で設置され、前記針管の基端部は前記液室に連通されている
ことを特徴とする針付医療器具。 - 前記液収容部には、前記針管と液室とを連通する通液孔が形成されており、前記通液孔の径は、前記針管の基端部の外径よりも小さく形成されている
請求項1に記載の針付医療器具。 - 前記針管の表面には、前記針管と前記シール部材との間の摩擦力を向上させるための微細なノッチ部または凹凸部が形成されている
請求項1に記載の針付医療器具。 - 前記針設置部は、前記シール部材を挟持する柱状に形成された複数本の挟持部と、前記挟持部を前記シール部材側に押し付けるようにして前記挟持部に嵌合するキャップ部とを備える
請求項1に記載の針付医療器具。 - 前記液収容部は、予め薬剤が充填されたシリンジで構成されている
