はじめに、加振部101は開閉体に振動を加える(S101)。これにより、開閉体が振動する。ここで、加振部101により振動を開始した開閉体の振動の特徴は、開閉体の状態により異なる。
次に、検知部102は、振動する開閉体の振動を検知する(S102)。
次に、判別部103は、検知部102により検知された開閉体の振動の特徴に基づいて開閉体の状態を判別する。上述したように、開閉体の振動具合は開閉体の状態により異なる。そこで、振動の大きさや振動する時間などを調べることで、開閉体が開いた状態にあるのか、閉じた状態にあるのか、さらには、施錠状態にあるのか、開錠状態にあるのかを判別することが可能となる。
防犯装置100は開閉体に振動を加えて、開閉体を強制的に振動させる。そして、防犯装置100は振動を加えられた開閉体の振動を検知し、この振動の特徴に基づいて開閉体の状態を判別する。このため、防犯装置100は開閉体が開いた状態にあるか、それとも閉じた状態にあるかを判別することができ、さらに、施錠状態にあるのか開錠状態にあるのかを判別することができる。従って、防犯装置100を用いれば、住民の開閉体の閉め忘れや、施錠忘れを検知することが可能となり、侵入者が建造物へ侵入するのを未然に防ぐことが可能となる。
また、第1の実施形態による防犯装置は、図3に示す防犯装置120のように、記憶部104や、通信部105を有していても良い。記憶部104は、開閉体の状態に応じた振動の特徴や各状態を判別するための条件や閾値を記憶する。開閉体の状態に応じた振動の特徴をあらかじめ解析し、さらに、各状態を判別するための条件や閾値を決めておけば、判別部103は、記憶部104に記憶された特徴や条件、閾値と、検知した開閉体の振動の特徴とを比較して、開閉体の状態を判別することができる。
判別部103は、開閉体の状態を判別するのみならず、開閉体の状態の変化を判別しても良い。開閉体の状態の変化とは、例えば、開閉体の開閉動作の有無や開閉体の破壊の有無などである。開閉体の状態の変化に応じた振動の特徴やこれを判別するための条件や閾値を記憶部104に記憶させておく。すると、判別部103は、記憶部104に記憶されたこれらの情報と検知した開閉体の振動の特徴を比較して、開閉体の状態の変化を判別することができる。
また、判別部103は、開閉体の開閉を行った者が建築物の住民などの正規のユーザか侵入者かを判別することとしても良い。開閉体の開閉動作に伴って生ずる振動は開閉体への力の係り具合や開閉速度に応じて変化し、個人によりその特徴が大きく変わる。従って、開閉体の開閉動作に伴って生じる振動をあらかじめ学習し、その学習結果に基づいて開閉体に生じた振動を分析することで、開閉体の開閉を行った者が正規のユーザか侵入者かを判別することが可能となる。
通信部105は、電子機器と通信する。防犯装置120は、通信部105を備えることにより、判別部103の判別結果を他の電子機器に送信することができる。また、防犯装置120は他の電子機器からの信号に応じて、開閉体の状態を調べることができる。従って、防犯装置120を用いれば、例えば、ユーザが外出先から自宅のドアや窓の状態を調べることが可能となる。
加振部101及び検知部102は、電気機械変換素子であるのが望ましい。電気機械変換素子は振動アクチュエータ及び振動センサとして利用することができ、1つの素子で2つの機能を備えるためである。
〔第2の実施形態〕
次に、第2の実施形態の防犯システム210について図4を用いて説明する。本実施形態の防犯システムは、図4Aに示すように、建築物の開口部を開閉する開閉体と、防犯装置200と、開口部を施錠する鍵部213とを備える。防犯装置200は加振部と、検知部と、判別部とを有し、その構成は第1の実施形態で説明したものと同様である。防犯装置200としては、図1に示す防犯装置100、または図3に示す防犯装置120のどちらを利用しても構わない。以下では、防犯装置200は、図1に示す防犯装置100と同様の構成を有しているものとして説明する。すなわち、防犯装置200は、加振部101、検知部102、判別部103を有する。開閉体は、2枚のスライド型の窓からなる。窓は、窓ガラス211とガラス枠212とからなる。建築物の開口部には枠が設けられ、その枠として窓枠214が設けられる。鍵部213は窓に設けられる。鍵部213として例えば、クレセントを用いることができる。
図4Aの防犯システム210は、開閉体が閉じた状態であって施錠された状態のものである。図4Bに、図4Aの4B−4B線断面図を示す。また、図4Cに、開閉体が閉じた状態であって開錠された状態の断面図を示す。また、図4Dに、開閉体が開いた状態の断面図を示す。
図4Bに示すように、開閉体が閉じた状態であって施錠された状態の場合、鍵部213を介して、2枚の窓ガラス211が互いに結束され一体化されている。一方、開閉体が閉じた状態であって開錠された状態の場合、2枚の窓ガラス211の鍵部213による結束がほぼなくなる。そして、図4Cに示すように、パッキン材215を挟んで2枚の窓ガラス211が存在することとなる。なお、このパッキン材215は、開閉体が閉じた状態であって施錠された状態であっても2枚の窓ガラス211に挟まれてはいるが、鍵部213による窓ガラス211の結束により押し潰されているため、図4Bには図示していない。
また、開閉体が開いた状態の場合は、鍵部213による窓ガラス211の結束がなくなり、さらに、図4Dに示すように、2枚の窓ガラス211の間に空間が生じる。
このように、防犯システム210の開閉体は、開閉体が閉じた状態であって施錠された状態、開閉体が閉じた状態であって開錠された状態、及び、開閉体が開いた状態をとる。そして、それぞれの状態における窓ガラス211の状態は異なる。このため、防犯装置200の加振部101が窓ガラス211に振動を加えたときに、開閉体の状態に応じて窓ガラス211の振動具合が変化する。従って、防犯装置200の検知部102は窓ガラス211の振動を検知し、その振動の特徴に基づいて判別部103が窓ガラス211の状態を判別することができる。よって、防犯装置200により、住民の窓ガラス211の閉め忘れや、施錠忘れを検知することが可能となり、侵入者が建造物へ侵入するのを未然に防ぐことが可能となる。
防犯装置200は、鍵部213の近くに配置されるのが望ましい。鍵部213による窓ガラス211の結束の有無により開閉体の振動具合が変わるため、防犯装置200がこのような位置に配置されれば、防犯装置200の検知部102が開閉体の振動を感度良く検知することができる。
本実施形態では開閉体としての窓ガラス211を2枚有する防犯システム210を示したが、開閉体は複数個であっても、1個であっても良い。開閉体が1個の場合、鍵部が開閉体と建築物の開口部の枠とを結束するようにしても良い。
開閉体が複数個ある場合は、いずれかの開閉体に防犯装置を設置すれば良い。例えば、防犯システム210の場合、一方の窓ガラス211に防犯装置200を設置すれば良い。これは、一方の窓ガラス211に発生する振動は、ガラス枠212や窓枠214を介して、他方の窓ガラス211に伝わるためである。
加振部101、検知部102、及び判別部103は、上述の通り、防犯装置200の中に設けられている。このように防犯装置200単体にこれらを設けることで、防犯装置200の設置を簡略化することができる。ただし、加振部、検知部、及び判別部は、それぞれが独立した装置として存在していても良い。
また、防犯システム210は、窓ガラス211の破壊の有無を検知することが可能である。これについて、以下説明する。防犯システム210は、窓ガラス211の破壊によって生じる振動の特徴をあらかじめ記憶しておく。そして、防犯システム210は窓ガラス211に生じた振動を検知し、検知した振動の特徴と窓ガラス211の破壊によって生じる振動の特徴とを比較する。これらの特徴が同一である場合は、防犯システム210は窓ガラス213が破壊されたと判別し、これらの特徴が異なる場合は、窓ガラス213は破壊されていないと判別する。
なお、防犯装置200への給電方法は特に限定されるものではない。例えば、防犯装置200に電池を設けても良い。防犯装置200に配線を接続して、その配線を介して給電しても良い。
防犯装置300の構成を図6に示す。防犯装置300は、電気機械変換素子321と、信号処理部322と、記憶部324と、閾値設定部324と、判別部326と、給電部323と、トリガ部328と、無線部327とを有する。電気機械変換素子321は、窓ガラス311に振動を加える加振部と窓の振動を検知する検知部とを有し、検知した振動に応じた第1の信号を出力する。信号処理部322は、第1の信号を入力として、この第1の信号に対して不要信号を除去するフィルタ部330と、第1の信号を増幅する増幅部331とを有する。そして、信号処理部322は、フィルタ部330と増幅部331を介した第1の信号を第2の信号として出力する。記憶部324は、窓の状態に応じた振動信号を記憶する。閾値設定部325は、記憶部324に記憶された振動信号に基づいて、窓の状態を判別するための閾値を決定する。判別部326は、決定された閾値と、第2の信号とを比較し、窓の状態を判別する。給電部323は電気機械変換素子321と、信号処理部322と、記憶部324と、閾値設定部324と、判別部326とに給電する。無線部327は、判別結果を外部の機器や端末へ送信し、また、ユーザからの信号を受信する。トリガ部328は、電気機械変換素子321から出力される電気信号が一定の値を超えた場合、またはユーザから所定の信号を受信した場合に、信号処理部322への給電を開始する。なお、図6に示す全ての構成は、1つのケースに収容されている。
図5に示すように窓の外形は幅(W):120cm、高さ(H):100cmであるとする。さらに、窓は、ガラス枠312が設置された窓枠314のレールに沿ってそれぞれの窓が独立に移動できるものとする。また、鍵部313には、一般的なクレセントが用いられている。また、防犯装置300と鍵部313との距離Rは3cmである。
はじめに、この窓の閉じた状態であって施錠された状態、開錠された状態、及び窓の開いた状態のそれぞれの状態のときに、給電部323から1Vrms、1kHzの信号を電気機械変換素子321に1秒間印加した。そして、その後に電気機械変換素子321が出力した信号が、印加継続中の信号の1/10の大きさになるまでの時間を調べた。その結果を図7に示す。図7に示すように、窓の状態に応じて、信号が減衰するまでの時間が異なっていた。図7によれば、窓が施錠された状態の場合には、減衰時間は0.5秒であった。同様に、窓が開錠された状態の場合には、減衰時間は1.0秒であった。さらに、窓が開いた状態の場合には、減衰時間は1.5秒であった。
次に、図7に示した、窓の各状態における信号が減衰するまでの時間を記憶部324に初期値として記憶させた。そして、記憶部324に記憶された初期値に対して±5%の範囲を窓の各状態の閾値とするように、閾値設定部325を設定した。
次に、窓の各状態につき10回、防犯システム310に窓の状態を判別させた。その判別結果及び正答率を図8に示す。図8に示すように、全ての状態において100%の正答率を示した。
以上の結果から、本防犯システム310の有効性を確認することができた。
図10に、防犯装置310を配置した側の窓ガラス311を破壊および窓の開閉動作を実施した時の判別結果及び正答率を示す。また、図11に防犯装置310を配置していない側の窓ガラス311を破壊および窓の開閉動作を実施した時の判別結果及び正答率を示す。計測回数は各状態につき10回とした。図10、図11に示すように、全ての状態において100%の正答率を示した。
非警戒動作モードでは、窓の開閉動作によって生じる振動の信号を学習して、その結果を記憶部324に記憶する。これにより、非警戒動作モードでは、ユーザの日常生活下における窓の開閉動作により生じる振動の信号を記憶することができる。
そして、警戒動作モードでは窓の開閉動作により生じた振動の信号と、記憶部324に記憶された信号と比較することで、その開閉動作がユーザによるものか、それとも不法侵入者によるものかを判別することができる。
非警戒動作モード時に窓の開閉を行った者が、警戒動作モード時に同様に窓を開閉した際に不法侵入者と判別された場合を誤検知と規定したときの誤検知率(偽陽性)の結果を図13に示す。また、非警戒動作モード時に窓の開閉を行わなかった者が警戒動作モード時に同様に窓を開閉した際に不法侵入者と判別されなかった場合を誤検知と規定したときの誤検知率(偽陰性)の結果を図14に示す。前者の誤検知率は20%となり、後者の誤検知率は40%となった。両方の結果の誤検知率は0%ではなかったが、ユーザと不法侵入者による開閉動作をある程度の成功率で判別することができた。
なお、学習度合いに応じて誤検知精度が向上するため、一定の学習後以降は窓の開閉動作をおこなった者がユーザか不法侵入者かを高い精度で判別可能となる。
以上、実施形態及び実施例を参照して本願発明を説明したが、本願発明は、上記の実施形態及び実施例に限定されるものではない。本願発明の構成や詳細には、本願発明のスコープ内で当業者が理解し得る様々な変更をすることができる。
この出願は、2010年9月24日に出願された特願2010−213203を基礎とする優先権を主張し、その開示の全てをここに取り込む。

- 建築物の開口部を開閉する開閉体に振動を加える加振手段と、
前記加振手段から振動が加えられた前記開閉体の振動を検知する検知手段と、
検知された前記開閉体の振動の特徴に基づいて前記開閉体の状態を判別する判別手段と、
を有する防犯装置。 - 前記開閉体の状態には、開閉体が閉じた状態であって施錠された第1の状態と、開閉体が閉じた状態であって開錠された第2の状態と、開閉体が開いた第3の状態とが含まれる請求項1に記載の防犯装置。
