发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够自动将作废的咖啡胶囊打出的咖啡机,该自动掉包机构适用于立式胶囊咖啡机或咖啡包机,机构简单,操作方便。
为解决上述问题,本发明本发明提供的技术方案如下:

参照附图,本发明一种咖啡机,所述的固定单元包括支架10、下固定座6,还包括一面板5,面板5以垂直于左右两支架的平面固定在支架上,所述的面板5上具有一胶囊加入口51,在与面板相对的一侧具有掉包出口11(图5中示出);所述的关闭机构包括把手1、传动杆2、连杆3;所述的驱动单元包括顶杆41及Y型杆42;参照图3,所述的掉包机构为一旋杆7;所述的推包机构为U型杆82和一双轴杆81。盖体40可滑动地连接在支架上;把手1枢接在左右支架上端,把手1上接有一传动杆2,传动杆2下端枢接一连杆3;支架上固定一下固定座6,所述下固定座6中设一腔室61用于萃取咖啡;顶杆41固定于上固定座上,旋杆7可旋转的固定于下固定座,旋杆7的一端制成凸轮机构72,顶杆41和旋杆7通过所述凸轮机构72相连接,凸轮机构72内安装一回位弹簧73。参照图1、图2和图5,左右支架外还各设一Y型杆42、一限位块9,所述U型杆82两末端上设有能够插入左右支架中的限位槽101内的滑头821;所述Y型杆42的上端枢接在连杆3的下端并固定在盖体40上,Y型杆42的上端还包括一限位槽421,其下端分成左右两臂421,两臂末端内表面之间的距离渐次缩小,方便U型杆82上的两滑头821顺利地进入,两臂下端分别具有向内伸出的两突起422,两突起末端上下表面均有一定的倾斜或弧斜,方便U型杆82上的两滑头842顺利进入和滑出,两突起422表面最高点相互接触。所述的突起是为了引导滑头进入以及将其卡住并在受迫时引导其滑出的机构,当然也可不按此设置,而设成两半圆形凹槽或者一个较长的突起或者不处于同样高度的两突起等,只要能够实现上述功能皆可。所述U型杆上固定一双轴杆81,双轴杆81上端具有一托环811,该托环的内径大于咖啡胶囊下端的直径而小于咖啡胶囊上端的直径,且能托住咖啡胶囊的下端,使咖啡胶囊在其掉包位置时不会被托环完全限制住而不能打出。
其使用过程如下:将把手1向上抬起,把手1带动传动杆2开始运动,由于传动杆的上端一侧枢接在支架上,另一端与把手1固定,故其下端开始向上做圆周运动,因而带连杆3跟着传动杆2的末端开始运动。因为Y型杆42的上端枢接在连杆上,且其被限制在支架的左右支架的槽102内,只能跟着向上运动,由于其与盖体40两端的滑头402相固定,故盖体40也跟着向上升起,给咖啡胶囊进入让出空间。Y型杆的下端两臂的突起原来相互接触,U型杆下端的滑头卡在Y型杆突起的上方,夹在Y型杆的两臂内。在Y型杆42带动盖体40向上升起的同时,其下端两臂夹住U型杆的两滑头841也跟着向上运动,U型杆也带着双轴杆81及其上托环811向上运动,由于Y型杆42具有一定弹性,当U型杆82的两滑头821向上运动限位块9处时,两滑头821的长度大于限位块9的厚度,其便被限位块9挡住无法继续上升,Y型杆两臂由于受到滑头821的压力而张开,U型杆82便会下落至其最低点,固定在其上的双轴杆81也会随之下降,因而双轴杆81上端的托环811处于下固定座6上表面的下方,此时,盖体40处于其最高点,双轴杆和U形杆处于其最低点,此时从入口处加入咖啡胶囊,咖啡胶囊就会落入到托环811上处于萃取腔室61内,即处于萃取位置。
由于顶杆41固定在盖体40上,盖体40上升时顶杆41跟着上升,其下端离开旋杆7的凸轮机构72,旋杆7处于其初始位置,在腔室6的边缘的上方,不会阻挡咖啡胶囊加入下固定座6,此时顶杆和旋杆的位置即为掉包机构所处的第一位置。
加入咖啡胶囊后,由于托环811处于最低点,即低于下固定座6的位置,咖啡胶囊自动落入到托环上。按下把手1,传动杆2和连杆3以及Y型杆42便会发生与上述抬起把手1时相反的动作;盖体40即开始向下运动,与下固定座6相闭合。此时固定在盖体40上的顶杆41也跟着向下运动,顶杆41末端便与凸轮72相接触,并向下压迫凸轮72,使得凸轮72克服弹簧73的弹力开始旋转,由于凸轮72是旋杆7的一部分,旋杆7的末端便转动约90度,掉包机构进入第二位置。
在冲泡咖啡完成后,向上拉起把手1以打开咖啡机。Y型杆42向上升起,拉动U型杆82上升,双轴杆81以及其上的托环811也跟着上升,作废的咖啡胶囊便上升至下固定座以上进入掉包位置。在咖啡胶囊上升的同时,由于盖体40也在上升,固定在其上的顶杆41便向上运动,其下端离开凸轮机构72,由于凸轮机构72内的弹簧73的弹性作用,旋杆72便在弹力下开始旋转,直至复位至其初始状态即第一位置,在其旋转的过程中,便碰到托环811上的作废咖啡胶囊,将其从咖啡机内打出。
继续将把手1向上拉动,Y型杆42继续拉动U型杆82向上运动,U型杆82两端的滑头821便被限位块9所阻挡,Y型杆42两臂便张开使U型杆82下落,双轴杆81及其上的托环811便下落至其最低点,完成复位,此时又可以再次加入新的咖啡胶囊了。
在上述将把手1向上拉动的过程中,如果把手1拉起的高度不够,Y型杆42上升高度不足时,U型杆82的滑头821不会受限位块9阻挡,便不会压开Y型杆42两臂并下落,双轴杆81上的托环811便处于高于下固定座6的位置,此时如果将咖啡胶囊从其加入口5放入,由于旋杆7尚未复位至其第一位置,而是处于萃取腔室61的正上方,咖啡胶囊不能自动落入到托环中,因此为方便使用,托环811所能上升达到的最高高度,即其处于掉包位置,设置成高于所述胶囊加入口51的下沿,。此时将咖啡胶囊往其加入口51送入时,便被托环811挡住,无法进入。直至将把手将其拉至最高位置,U型杆82及托环811复位至最低点时,咖啡胶囊便可轻松放入,自动落入托环811中。
所述的顶杆41为与盖体40相固定,可设置成如图4所示,其上端有一个面积大于其顶杆杆体414的横截面积的阻块411,离阻块下表面约等于盖体40厚度的距离处,有两个突起412,将其卡入盖体40中的卡口401,便能固定在盖体40上。
所述的顶杆41与凸轮机构72接触处如图4所示具有从上端至下端渐次缩小的尾端,可以使得顶杆带动凸轮的旋转更加顺畅。
为使咖啡胶囊的加入及掉出更加容易,可将所述的自动掉包机构制造成如图6所示的相对于竖直方向倾斜一定角度,图6显示的是把手按下时的情形。这种倾斜的造型,从面板上的胶囊加入口51加入咖啡胶囊便可自动落入到其萃取位置。另外,对于这种倾斜的构造,在面板5的相对一侧设置一咖啡胶囊出口11,将作废的咖啡胶囊从此出口打出,会使得打出的过程更加容易。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明一种咖啡机,构思巧妙、设计合理,其咖啡胶囊在萃取完毕后,被推包单元推至掉包位置,由掉包机构从掉包出口打出,省去了手动拿去作废胶囊的动作,使用更为方便,具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种咖啡机,包括:一固定单元,它具有一萃取腔室和一出口;
    用于打开和关闭萃取腔室的盖体;
    与盖体连接并用于使盖体处于打开位置或关闭位置的关闭机构;
    推包机构,其滑动连接在固定单元之内,并在一能在萃取腔室内萃取的萃取位置和一对应掉包出口的掉包位置之间运动;
    一能在一第一位置和一第二位置之间运动并在运动过程中将处于推包机构上的咖啡胶囊从掉包出口打出的掉包机构,其装接在固定单元并对应掉包位置;及
    驱动单元,其分别与关闭机构、推包机构、掉包机构连接,在关闭机构打开盖体的过程中,带动推包机构运动和掉包机构运动,使得推包机构从萃取位置运动到掉包位置的同时,掉包机构从第二位置运动到第一位置,从而实现自动掉包。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡机,其特征在于:所述的掉包机构为一旋杆,可旋转地固定在固定单元,旋杆的一端制成凸轮机构,所述的驱动单元通过该凸轮机构带动旋杆旋转,凸轮机构内安装一回位弹簧。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的咖啡机,其特征在于:所述驱动单元包括一顶杆,顶杆固定于盖体上,其下端通过与凸轮机构相连接而带动旋杆旋转。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的咖啡机,其特征在于:所述的顶杆的上端有一个面积大于其顶杆杆体的横截面积的阻块,离阻块下表面约等于盖体厚度的距离处,有两个突起。
  5. 如权利要求3或4所述的咖啡机,其特征在于:所述的顶杆下端为楔形。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的咖啡机,其特征在于:所述推包机构包括双轴杆以及U型杆;所述双轴杆下端固定于U型杆上,其上端为一能够托住咖啡胶囊的托环。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的咖啡机,其特征在于:所述的U型杆两端具有滑头,两滑头滑动连接在固定单元上。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的咖啡机,其特征在于:还包括一用于限制滑头的运动,使得推包机构在萃取位置与掉包位置之间运动的限位块,其固定于固定单元。
  9. 如权利要求3或7所述的咖啡机,其特征在于:所述的驱动单元还包括Y型杆,其上端固定于盖体上,所述的Y型杆的一端为一对分开的具有弹性且能够容纳滑头的两臂,两臂末端设置为能够引导滑头顺利进入的形状,两臂末端还具有用于引导滑头进入两臂之间并将其卡住且在受迫时引导滑头滑出两臂的锁定机构。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的咖啡机,其特征在于:所述的锁定机构为相对设置的两个突起,两突起的最高点之间的距离小于滑头的最宽处。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的咖啡机,其特征在于:两突起的最高点相互接触。
  12. 如权利要求1或2或6所述的咖啡机,其特征在于:所述固定单元还包括相互平行的左右两支架。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的咖啡机,其特征在于:左右两支架与水平成一夹角。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的咖啡机,其特征在于:还包括一面板,面板以垂直于左右两支架的平面固定在左右两支架上,所述的面板上具有一胶囊加入口;所述的掉包位置高于胶囊加入口的下沿。
  15. 如权利要求1或2或6所述的咖啡机,其特征在于:所述的固定单元、掉包机构、推包机构及驱动单元向掉包出口倾斜。
