Abstract

　 【課題】　カバー部材を無駄なく使用することができる玩具用包装容器を提供する。 【解決手段】　台紙２０とカバー部材３０との間の収容空間３１に、ランナー４５で連結された組み立て玩具４０を収容するが、カバー部材３０の外形が組み立て玩具４０のパーツ４１をランナー４５で連結した玩具キット４６の外形に近似しているので、カバー部材３０に無駄なく収容することができる。また、カバー部材３０自体を玩具５０として使用できるので、遊びの幅を拡げることができる。また、台紙２０も玩具として使用できるので、無駄を無くすことができる。

Description

玩具用包装容器
　本発明は玩具用包装容器に関するものである。
　従来より、玩具を収容する玩具用包装容器が知られている（特許文献１参照）。特許文献１に記載の玩具用包装容器は、台紙と、台紙の表面に取り付けられた合成樹脂製のカバー部材とを有し、台紙とカバー部材との間に内容物である例えば消ゴム人形のような玩具を収容する収容空間を有する。カバー部材の表面中央には、例えば、収容する玩具に関連した顔が表現された凸面部が形成されており、凸面部を切り取ってお面として遊ぶことができる。

　しかしながら、特許文献１に記載の玩具用包装容器においては、カバー部材をお面として再利用して無駄をなくすことができるものの、収容される玩具の大きさに比してカバー部材が大きくなる傾向があり無駄がある。また、台紙は紙としてのリサイクルは可能であるが、カバー部材のような再利用が成されていないためさらなる改善が望まれている。
　そこで、本発明は、上記問題点に鑑みなされたものであって、カバー部材の収容空間やカバー部材を無駄なく使用することができ、興趣性の高い玩具用包装容器を提供するものである。
　本発明の玩具用包装容器は、台紙と、台紙上に取り付けられ、台紙との間に、組み立て玩具のパーツをランナーで連結した玩具キットを収容する収容空間を形成するカバー部材と、を有する玩具用包装容器であって、カバー部材は、収容空間の外形が玩具キットの外形に近似するとともに、玩具として使用できる構成を有している。
　本発明の玩具用包装容器によれば、台紙とカバー部材との間の収容空間に、ランナーで連結された組み立て玩具を収容するが、カバー部材における収容空間の外形が組み立て玩具のパーツをランナーで連結した玩具キットの外形に近似しているので、カバー部材の収容空間を無駄なく利用して収容することができる。また、カバー部材自体を玩具として使用できるので、遊びの幅を拡げることができる。

（第１実施形態）
　以下、本発明に係る好適な実施の形態について、図面を参照しながら説明する。図１および図２に示すように、本発明にかかる第１実施形態の玩具用包装容器１０は、台紙２０と、この台紙２０の表面２１に取り付けられて台紙２０との間に組み立て玩具４０を収容する収容空間３１を形成するカバー部材３０を有する。
　組み立て玩具４０は、組み立てて例えば動物を作成するものであり、顔４１、後頭部４２，腕４３，脚４４等のパーツをランナー４５で連結し、全体として円板状の玩具キット４６が形成されている。ランナー４５から各パーツを取り外して組立てることにより、模型玩具を完成させることができる。
　台紙２０は、例えば全体矩形平板状の部材であり、厚紙や、薄い樹脂等で形成することができる。台紙２０の表面２１には、円形の玩具キット４６を含むような円形部分２２を有し、この円形部分２２に玩具キット４６を載せて収容する。なお、円形部分２２に例えば耳２３を追加して、組み立て玩具４０の顔４１に対応した顔２４を描くことができる。
　これにより、台紙２０から顔２４を切り取ることにより、顔２４を玩具としてのお面として用いて遊ぶことができる。顔２４は、ハサミやカッターを用いて台紙２０から切り取ることができるが、顔２４の輪郭に沿ってミシン目２５を設けておき、切り取り易くするのが望ましい。この際、台紙２０が弱くなって収容物である玩具キット４６が脱落することがないように留意する。
　カバー部材３０は、台紙２０とほぼ同じ大きさの全体矩形平板状の基部３２を有しており、透明な樹脂により形成することができる。基部３２の中央には、玩具キット４６の外形（ここでは、円形）に近似する外形を有し、内部に収容空間３１を有する凸部３３が形成されている。従って、凸部３３の内側の収容空間３１に沿って、玩具キット４６が収容される。
なお、本実施の形態では、玩具キットの外形が円形であり、カバー部材の収容空間も円形に近似する場合を説明したが、これに限られるものではない。例えば、玩具キットの外形が四角形状である場合は、カバー部材の収容空間は四角形に近似するのが好ましく、また玩具キットの外形が三角形状の場合は、カバー部材の収容空間は三角形に近似するのが好ましい。つまり、玩具キットの外形とカバー部材の収容空間の形状が近似するものであれば、特に限定されない。これにより、カバー部材の収容空間を無駄なく利用することができる。
　カバー部材３０の凸部３３は、組み立て玩具４０に関連したお面として使用できるように形成されている。すなわち、凸部３３の前面３３１は、組み立て玩具４０の顔４１を大きくした形状に近似しており、円形の前面３３１の外側には、顔４１に対応して耳部３３２が設けられている。従って、カバー部材３０を台紙２０に取り付けると、内部に収容空間３１を形成するとともに、カバー部材３０が台紙２０に描かれている顔２４と重なるようになっている。なお、前面３３１に設けられる目３３１ａや鼻３３１ｂや口３３１ｃに対応する部分は、切り取り易くしておくのが望ましい。
　また、凸部３３の前面３３１を持ち上げて収容空間３１を形成するために周壁３３３が設けられており、周壁３３３の内側に子供の顔が入るような大きさにするのが望ましい。さらに、周壁３３３の外側には平坦部３３４が設けられており、お面として使用する際に、お面を子供の顔に取り付けるためのゴム紐３４（図３（Ｂ）参照）等を取り付けるための係止穴３３５を設けることができる。また、本実施形態において、平周壁３３３や平坦部３３４の縁部は、凸部３３の前面３３１に対応する輪郭に沿って縁取りがなされており、カバー部材３０から凸部３３を切り取る際の目印として用いることができ、切り取り易くなっている。
　次に、カバー部材３０をお面として用いた遊び方について説明する。図３に示すように、カバー部材３０から凸部３３を切り取り、目３３１ａや鼻３３１ｂや口３３１ｃを切り取って、組み立て玩具４０の顔４１に関連したお面５０を作成する。凸部３３の平坦部３３４に設けられている係止穴３３５にゴム紐３４を通して結ぶ。これにより、ゴム紐３４で、カバー部材３０の凸部３３を遊ぶ子供の顔に取り付けて遊ぶことができる。
　次に、台紙２０を用いた遊び方について説明する。まず、前述したカバー部材３０と同様に、お面として遊ぶ場合には、台紙２０から顔２４を切り取り、単独で，あるいはゴム紐を取り付けて、お面として遊ぶことができる。また、台紙２０の表面２１や裏面（図示省略）に、その他の玩具、例えば双六等が描かれている場合には、台紙２０を単独で用いて遊ぶことができる。
　以上、説明した本発明の第１実施形態にかかる玩具用包装容器１０によれば、台紙２０とカバー部材３０との間の収容空間３１に、ランナー４５で連結された組み立て玩具４０を収容するが、カバー部材３０の収容空間３１の外形が組み立て玩具４０の顔４１、後頭部４２，腕４３，脚４４等のパーツをランナー４５で連結した玩具キット４６の外形に近似しているので、カバー部材３０の収容空間に無駄なく収容することができる。また、カバー部材３０自体を玩具として使用できるので、遊びの幅を拡げることができる。また、台紙２０も玩具として使用できるので、無駄を無くすことができる。
　また、カバー部材３０は透明となっているので、収容している玩具キット４６が外部から視認できる。また、カバー部材３０は組み立て玩具４０に関連したものとなっており、お面５０として使用することができる。
（第２実施形態）
　次に、本発明に係る第２実施形態の玩具用包装容器について説明する。なお、第１実施形態にかかる玩具用包装容器１０と共通する部位には同じ符号を付して、重複する説明を省略することとする。
　本発明の第２実施形態の玩具用包装容器１０Ｂは、カバー部材３０Ｂに組み立て玩具４０の顔４１に対応した彩色を施し、組み立て玩具４０に関連したお面として使用する。その他の構成は、前述した第１実施形態の玩具用包装容器１０と同様である。
　以上、説明した本発明の第２実施形態にかかる玩具用包装容器１０Ｂによれば、　カバー部材３０Ｂに組み立て玩具４０に対応した彩色を施したので、組み立て玩具４０の内容をカバー部材３０Ｂの外観から知ることができる。また、カバー部材３０Ｂを彩色して、組み立て玩具４０に関連したお面となっているので、お面をカバー部材３０Ｂから取り出して遊ぶことができる。さらに、カバー部材３０Ｂはお面の彩色および形状をしているので、玩具用包装容器１０Ｂを多数並べて展示することにより、あたかも縁日の露店のお面屋のような雰囲気を出すことができる。
　以上、本発明の好ましい実施形態について詳述したが、本発明に係る玩具用包装容器１０，１０Ｂは上述した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、実用新案登録請求の範囲に記載された本発明の要旨の範囲内において、種々の変形、変化が可能である。例えば、前述した各実施形態では、カバー部材３０を透明にしたり、あるいはカバー部材３０Ｂに収容している組み立て玩具４０に関連した彩色を施すことにより、外部から内部の組み立て玩具４０の情報を得ることができるようにしたが、カバー部材３０Ｂに台紙２０の色と同じ色を塗って、収容空間３１に収容されている組み立て玩具４０が見えないようにすることもできる。また、前述した各実施形態では、玩具キット４６が円形の場合について例示したが、その他の形状とすることも可能である。例えば、三角形、四角形、星形、半円形等様々な形状とすることができる。この場合でも、カバー部材３０の収容空間３１は、玩具キットの外形に近似した形状に形成する。
