- the upper limbs tend to progress too quickly if the upper limbs are healthy to the extent that the lower limbs are paralyzed. Since the distance that the driven cable 50 is pulled by the upper limb than the distance that the driving cable 40 is pulled is intended to be shortened by a certain ratio. That is, to proceed slow motion of the lower limbs.
- the ratio of the circumferential length of the main pulley (41) and the first driven pulley (51) is about 2: 1 to 5: 1. That is, the driven pulley 41 is larger in size than the first driven pulley 51, and the driven coil wound on the first driven pulley 51 compared to the moving distance of the driving cable 40 wound on the driving pulley 41. It is to lower the moving distance of the cable 50 by a certain ratio.
- the first driven pulley 51 is provided in a plurality of overlapping shapes having various sizes corresponding to 1/2 to 1/5 of the circumferential length of the main pulley 41.
