La présente invention concerne un plateau d'entraînement au golf, et plus particulièrement un dispositif de réglage de l'angle d'inclinaison d'un tapis utilisé pour l'entraînement à la frappe sur un terrain d'exercice au golf. Le plateau d'entraînement au golf comprend une armature supérieure présentant un angle d'inclinaison variable, une armature de socle espacée par rapport à l'armature supérieure, et une pluralité de corps d'entraînement disposés radialement à l'extérieur de l'armature de socle. Chacun des corps d'entraînement comprend une vis susceptible d'être actionnée vers le haut recevant la force de rotation d'un moteur, ainsi qu'un bloc d'action qui est actionné verticalement par la rotation de la vis. Une pluralité de ressorts d'équilibrage est disposée sur la partie centrale de l'armature de socle afin de soutenir la partie inférieure de l'armature de socle. Un module d'équilibrage servant à soutenir l'armature supérieure est incorporé afin d'améliorer l'équilibre et la sûreté de fonctionnement de l'armature supérieure.
