当进纸电机处于驱动状态时, 表明打印机处于打印状态。 步骤 S4, 在打印机处于打印状态的情况下, 控制装置控制打印机的主体与 打印机的盖体处于锁紧状态。 控制装置可以通过以下方式来控制打印机的主体与打印机的盖体处于锁 紧状态: 控制装置可以控制第一电锁紧机构运动至第一位置以使打印机的主体与 打印机的盖体之间的机械锁紧机构处于锁紧状态, 其中, 在第一位置, 第一电 锁紧机构与机械锁紧机构相配合, 在该实施例中, 可以利用打印机原有的机械 锁紧机构, 另外增加一个电锁紧机构, 在打印过程中, 通过控制电锁紧机构来 使得机械锁紧机构保持在锁紧状态, 在具有机械锁紧机构的打印机中, 该方法 可以节约成本。 控制装置控制打印机的主体与打印机的盖体之间的第二电锁紧机构处于 锁紧状态。 该第二电锁紧机构为打印机的主体与打印机的盖体之间独立锁紧机 构, 通过控制该锁紧机构本身即可实现使打印机的主体与打印机的盖体处于锁 紧状态。 通过上述的实施例, 保证了在打印的过程中打印机的主体与打印机的盖体 处于锁紧状态, 从而能够防止打印过程中人为开启打印机盖体, 避免因误操作 引起打印不完整或者废票的产生。 优选地, 在打印机处于非打印状态的情况下, 控制装置控制打印机的主体 与打印机的盖体处于解锁状态, 其中, 在解锁状态, 打印机的主体与打印机的 盖体能够相分离。 通过该实施例, 能够使得在打印机处于非打印状态时, 用户 可以方便地打开盖体以进行相关的操作等。 图 1是本发明实施例一的打印机盖体锁紧机构控制方法示意图。 如图 1所示, 该方法包括以下步 4聚: 步骤 S 101 , 检测打印机状态。 步骤 S102, 判断打印机是否处于打印状态, 如果是, 执行步骤 S103 , 否 贝' J , 执行步 4聚 S 104。 步骤 S103 , 锁紧打印机盖体。 步骤 S 104 , 解锁打印机盖体。 当打印机处于打印状态时, 打印机控制装置启动电锁紧机构, 将打印机盖 体与打印机主体锁紧,用户无法开启打印机盖体。 当打印机处于非打印状态时, 如空闲状态, 控制装置释放电锁紧机构, 用户通过手工操作, 可以打开打印机 盖体, 进行更换介质、 打印机维护等操作。 因此, 本发明实施例提供的打印机 控制方法, 通过打印过程中锁紧上盖, 阻止人为在打印过程中开启打印机盖体 现象的发生, 避免因人为错误操作引起废票的产生, 因此, 减少了不必要的纠 纷, 保证了打印机工作的可靠性。 本发明实施例还提供了一种打印机, 该打印机包括: 盖体 1; 主体 2 , 与 盖体 1相配合; 锁紧机构, 位于盖体 1与主体 2之间, 具有锁紧位置, 其中, 在锁紧机构处于锁紧位置时, 盖体 1与主体 2处于锁紧状态; 控制装置 6, 与 锁紧机构电连接, 其中, 在控制装置 6检测到打印机处于打印状态时, 控制锁 紧机构处于锁紧位置以使打印机的主体与打印机的盖体处于锁紧状态。 上述的锁紧机构既可以是利用原打印机中已有的机械锁紧机构增加一个 电锁紧机构来完成, 也可以为单独设置的电锁紧机构。 锁紧机构还具有一个解 锁位置, 在该解锁位置, 盖体 1与主体 2能够打开, 控制装置 6在检测到打印 机处于非打印状态时,可以控制锁紧机构处于解锁位置以方便用户打开盖体 1 , 或者当打印机出现断电情况下, 锁紧机构自动复位到解锁位置或由控制装置控 制该锁紧机构从锁紧位置到解锁位置以方便用户打开盖体 1。 下面结合图 2、 图 3说明根据本发明实施例一的打印机具体实施方式。 如图所示。 打印机包括盖体 1、 主体 2、 打印机构 3、 机械锁紧机构 4和电 锁紧机构 5和控制装置 6。 其中, 盖体 1通过转轴 11与主体 2枢接, 可以相对 主体 2打开或闭合。 在盖体 1和主体 2形成的空间内, 设有用于容纳打印介质 P的纸仓 4。 打印机构 3位于盖体 1和主体 2形成的封闭空间的内部, 用于在打印介质 上打印预定的图像或文字。 由于打印机釆用何种方式实现打印功能不影响本发 明的实施, 因此, 打印机构 3可以是热敏打印机构、 热转印打印机构、 点阵式 打印机构、 喷墨打印机构等。 本实施例中, 打印机构 3为热敏打印机构, 包括 打印头 31和转辊 32 , 其中, 打印头 31与转辊 32相切接触, 打印介质 P由纸 仓 4输出, 从二者之间穿过。 打印机构 3还包括驱动打印介质 P输送的进纸电 机 M, 进纸电机 M与转棍 32传动连接, 打印时, 转棍 32受进纸电机 M驱动, 带动打印介质 P由纸仓 4向打印头 31下游运动, 同时打印头 31在打印介质 P 上打印设定内容。 机才成锁紧机构 4位于盖体 1和主体 2之间, 包括第一可动部 41、 第一固定 部 42和弹性元件 43。 第一可动部 41设置在盖体 1和主体 2二者中的一个上, 与打印机外部连通, 用户可以手工操作; 第一固定部 42设置在盖体 1和主体 2 二者中的另一个上, 与第一可动部 41可以卡接配合。 弹性元件 43—端与第一 可动部 41连接, 另一端与第一可动部 41所在的支架 (即盖体 1或主体 2 ) 连 接, 向第一可动部 41提供与第一固定部 42紧密卡接的弹性力。 优选的, 第一 可动部 41可以是锁钩或锁紧轴, 相应的, 第一固定部 42是与第一可动部 41 对应卡接的锁紧轴或锁钩。 本实施例中, 第一可动部 41 为锁钩, 其通过第二 转轴 411与盖体 1枢接。 相应的, 第一固定部 42为锁紧轴, 与主体 2 固定连 接。 弹性元件 43—端与第一可动部 41连接, 另一端与盖体 1连接, 向第一可 动部 41提供与第一固定部 42紧密卡接的弹性力。 当盖体 1相对于主体 2闭合 时, 第一可动部 41与第一固定部 42在弹性元件 43的作用下紧密卡接, 盖体 1 相对于主体 2闭合锁紧; 当扳动第一可动部 41时, 通过克服弹性元件 43弹力 使第一可动部 41第一与固定部 42分离, 盖体 1相对于主体 2打开。 电锁紧机构 5位于盖体 1和主体 2形成的封闭空间的内部, 包括电驱动件 51和锁紧件 52。 控制装置 6设置在打印机内部, 包括 CPU控制器, 用于接收 指令, 控制打印机各机构动作。 电驱动件 51与控制装置 6 电连接, 并与锁紧 件 52机械连接, 通过控制装置 6可以驱动锁紧件 52运动, 使盖体 1和主体 2 相互锁紧或解锁。 本实施例中, 电驱动件 51为电机, 固定在盖体 1上, 与控 制装置 6电连接; 锁紧件 52为凸轮或偏心轮, 与电驱动件 51 固定连接, 位于 机械锁紧机构 4的第一可动部 41的一侧。 当电驱动件 51驱动锁紧件 52运动 至锁紧位置时,如图 2所示,锁紧件 52的锁紧面 52a与第一可动部 41相配合, 扳动第一可动部 41 , 锁紧件 52的锁紧面 52a与第一可动部 41发生干涉, 阻碍 第一可动部 41旋转, 从而阻止第一可动部 41与第一固定部分 42分离, 因此 盖体 1无法开启。 当电驱动件 51驱动锁紧件 52运动至解锁位置时, 如图 3所 示, 锁紧件 52的解锁面 52b与第一可动部 41相对且保持设定距离, 因此扳动 第一可动部 41 , 其可以与第一固定部分 42顺利分离, 从而可以打开盖体 1。 需要说明的是, 电锁紧件 51也可以固定在主体 2上, 与第一可动部 41相 配合。 本实施例的特点是通过电锁紧机构锁紧或解锁机械锁紧机构, 从而通过 打印机控制装置控制打印机盖体相对于主体的锁紧或开启。 图 4是根据图 2所示的一种打印机控制方法流程图, 该方法具体包括: 步 4聚 S201 : 检测 4了印机 ^1犬态。 打印机控制装置的 CPU 通过读取打印机接收到的控制指令或打印机各机 构状态标志检测打印机状态。 步骤 S202: 判断打印机是否处于打印状态, 如果是, 执行步骤 S203 , 否 贝' J , 执行步骤 S204。 控制装置根据检测结果判断打印机状态。 比如, 当控制装置检测到控制指 令中包含打印数据信息, 即可认为打印机处于打印状态, 否则, 认为打印机处 于非打印状态。 由于打印过程中会伴随进纸动作, 因此还可以通过检测进纸电机状态, 判 断打印机状态。 具体操作是, 检测进纸电机标志位, 当进纸电机处于中断状态 时, 表明打印机处于非打印状态; 当进纸电机处于驱动状态时, 表明打印机处 于打印状态。 步骤 S203: 控制电锁紧机构处于锁紧位置。 当打印机处于打印状态时, 控制电锁紧机构的电驱动件, 带动锁紧件运动 至锁紧位置, 使手动无法开启盖体, 保证盖体相对于主体锁紧。 步骤 S204: 控制电锁紧机构处于解锁位置。 当打印机处于非打印的空闲状态时, 控制电锁紧机构的电驱动件, 带动锁 紧件运动至解锁位置, 通过手动操作可以开启盖体。 因此, 本发明实施例提供的打印机控制方法, 通过打印过程中锁紧上盖, 阻止人为在打印过程中开启打印机盖体现象的发生, 避免因人为错误操作引起 废票的产生, 因此, 减少了不必要的纠纷, 保证了打印机工作的可靠性。 下面结合图 5、 图 6说明根据本发明第二实施例的打印机具体实施方式。 本实施例与本发明第一实施例提供的打印机的区别在于设置了一个独立的电 锁紧机构 5,,电锁紧机构的锁紧件 52,包括第二可动部 521,和第二固定部 522,。 第二可动部 521,与电驱动件 51,固定连接, 第二固定部 522,设置在盖体 1上, 电驱动件 51,带动第二可动部 521,运动, 可以与第二固定部 522,卡接或分离。 当第二可动部 521,与第二固定部 522,卡接时, 如图 5所示, 电锁紧机构 5,处于 锁紧位置, 盖体 1与主体 2相对锁紧, 即使扳动机械锁紧机构 4的第一可动部 41 , 也无法打开盖体 1 ; 当第二可动部 521,与第二固定部 522,分离时, 如图 6 所示, 电锁紧机构 5'处于解锁位置, 扳动机械锁紧机构 4的第一可动部 41 , 使 第一可动部 41与第一固定部 42分离, 可以打开盖体 1。 优选地, 第二可动部 521,是锁钩或锁紧轴, 对应地, 第二固定部 522,是与第二可动部 521,配合的锁 紧轴或锁钩。本实施例中, 第二可动部 521,为锁钩, 第二固定部 522,为锁紧轴。 需要说明的是, 本发明实施例提供的打印机, 可以根据需要确定是否设置 机械锁紧机构。 本实施例中, 由于机械锁紧机构与电锁紧机构没有直接连接关 系, 即使不设置机械锁紧机构也可以实现对盖体的锁紧和解锁, 因此, 机械锁 紧机构是非必要的。 本实施例打印机控制原理与上述实施例基本相同, 主要区别在于, 控制电 驱动件带动锁紧件的第二可动部运动, 使其与第二固定部卡接或分离, 能够实 现盖体与主体间的直接锁紧和解锁。 下面结合图 7、 图 8说明根据本发明实施例三的打印机电锁紧机构具体实 施方式。 如图所示, 本实例与本发明第一实施例的区别在于不只增加了一个独 立的电锁紧机构, 而且该电锁紧机构为直线运动的电磁铁, 在该实施例中为了 使得位于主体 2的电磁铁的滑杆 52"能够与盖体相配合, 可以在盖体上设置一 个向下的延伸部 Γ , 电磁铁包括螺旋形线圏 51"、 滑杆 52"、 电磁铁主体 53" 和弹性件 55"。其中,螺旋线形线圏 51"和弹性件 55"位于电磁体主体 53"内部, 滑杆 52"可以为具有磁性的磁芯, 其一端沿水平方向伸出电磁体主体 53" , 另 一端穿过螺旋形线圏 51"与弹性件 55"连接。 它的工作原理是: 断电状态时, 滑杆 52"在弹性件 55"拉力作用下停止在初始位置, 在该初始位置, 主体 2与 盖体 1 处于解锁状态 (或者解锁位置), 二者能够相分离。 通电状态时, 向螺 旋形线圏 51"施加电压, 螺旋形线圏 51"产生与弹性件 55"拉力相反的磁力,将 滑杆 52"推出到工作位置, 其中, 该工作位置即为将主体 2与盖体 1相锁紧的 位置。 这样, 通过控制螺旋形线圏 51"通电或断电, 可以实现滑杆 52"的直线 往返运动。 电磁铁主体 53"固定在打印机主体 2上, 在盖体 1的延伸部 1,上设置与滑 杆 52"配合的限位孔 54" , 当滑杆 52"插入限位孔 54"时, 盖体 1和主体 2相 对锁紧, 如图 7所示; 当滑杆 52"脱离限位孔 54"时, 盖体 1和主体 3解锁。 因此, 打印机控制装置 6通过控制螺旋形线圏 51,,的通电或断电, 在打印机处 于打印状态时驱动滑杆 52,插入限位孔 54" , 使盖体 1与主体 2锁紧, 阻止人 工开启盖体 1; 在打印机处于非打印状态时, 驱动滑杆 52"与限位孔 54"分离, 使盖体 1与主体 2解锁。 与上述实施例相比本实施例的进一步优点是, 打印过 程中打印机发生断电, 即电磁铁断电时, 电磁铁的滑杆会恢复到初始位置, 打 印机盖体与主体自动解锁, 避免断电情况下打印机盖体无法开启的情况。 在本 发明的其他实施例中也可以实现在断电情况下打印机盖体与主体的解锁, 此 时, 可以设置一个独立的电源, 例如电池, 控制装置 6在检测到打印机出现断 电的情况时, 利用独立的电源控制打印机盖体与主体处于解锁状态。 当然, 电磁铁也可以为保持式电磁铁, 保持式电电磁铁与上述电磁铁的区 别在于, 在电磁体主体 53"内部设置有永久性磁铁, 通过控制螺旋形线圏 51" 的电压或电流的方向, 实现滑杆 52"的直线往返运动, 当电磁铁断电时, 滑杆 52,,会保持断电前的状态。 打印机控制装置 6通过控制螺旋形线圏 51"的电压 或电流, 在打印机处于打印状态时驱动滑杆 52'插入限位孔 54" , 使盖体 1 与 主体 2锁紧, 阻止人工开启盖体 1; 在打印机处于非打印状态时, 驱动滑杆 52" 与限位孔 54"分离, 使盖体 1与主体 2解锁。 需要说明的是,电磁铁主体 53"也可以固定在打印机盖体 1的延伸部 1,上, 相应的, 与滑杆 52"配合的限位孔 54"设置在主体 2上, 通过打印机控制装置 6 驱动滑杆 52"与限位孔 54"的配合或分离, 实现盖体 1与主体 2的锁紧或解锁。 在本发明的其他实施例中, 还可以在打印机盖体或主体二者中的一个上设 置永久性磁铁, 在盖体或主体二者中的另一个上设置与永久性磁铁对应配合的 电磁铁, 当电磁铁通电状态时产生与永久性磁铁相反的磁性, 从而二者之间的 吸引力使打印机盖体与主体锁紧; 当电磁铁断电状态时磁力消失, 二者之间不 存在作用力从而使打印机盖体与主体解锁。 从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 本发明实施例所提供的打印机和打印控制方 法, 在打印过程中能够避免因人为错误操作 I起打印不完整或者废票的产生, 因此, 减少了不必要的纠纷, 保证了打印机工作的可靠性。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领 i或的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的 ^"神和原则 之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之 内。

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种打印机控制方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
控制装置判断打印机是否处于打印状态; 以及
在所述打印机处于打印状态的情况下, 所述控制装置控制所述打印 机的主体与所述打印机的盖体处于锁紧状态。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的打印机控制方法, 其特征在于, 控制装置判断打 印机是否处于打印状态包括:
所述控制装置读取所述打印机接收到的控制指令或所述打印机的状 态标志; 以及
所述控制装置根据所述控制指令或所述状态标志判断所述打印机是 否处于打印状态。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的打印机控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述控制装置控 制所述打印机的主体与所述打印机的盖体处于锁紧状态包括:
所述控制装置控制第一电锁紧机构运动至第一位置以使所述打印机 的主体与所述打印机的盖体之间的机械锁紧机构处于锁紧状态, 其中, 在所述第一位置, 所述第一电锁紧机构与所述机械锁紧机构相配合, 或 所述控制装置控制所述打印机的主体与所述打印机的盖体之间的第 二电锁紧机构处于锁紧状态。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的打印机控制方法, 其特征在于, 在所述打印机处 于非打印状态的情况下, 所述控制装置控制所述打印机的主体与所述打 印机的盖体处于解锁状态, 其中, 在所述解锁状态, 所述打印机的主体 与所述打印机的盖体能够相分离。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的打印机控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述打印机的初 始状态为解锁状态, 其中, 在所述解锁状态, 所述打印机的主体与所述 打印机的盖体能够相分离, 在所述控制装置控制所述打印机的主体与所 述打印机的盖体处于锁紧状态之后, 所述方法还包括: 在断电的情况下, 所述打印机复位到所述解锁状态。
6. 一种打印机, 其特征在于, 包括:
盖体 ( 1 );
主体 (2), 与所述盖体 ( 1)相配合;
锁紧机构, 位于所述盖体 ( 1) 与所述主体 (2) 之间, 具有锁紧位 置, 其中, 在所述锁紧位置, 所述盖体 ( 1) 与所述主体 (2) 处于锁紧 犬态; 以及
控制装置 (6), 与所述锁紧机构电连接,
其中, 所述控制装置(6)在检测到所述打印机处于打印状态时, 控 制所述锁紧机构处于所述锁紧位置以使所述主体 (2) 与所述盖体 ( 1) 处于锁紧状态。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的打印机, 其特征在于, 所述锁紧机构包括:
机械锁紧机构, 包括:
第一可动部 ( 41 ), 设置于所述盖体( 1 )和所述主体( 2 )二者 中的一个上, 延伸至所述打印机的外部;
第一固定部 ( 42 ), 设置于所述盖体( 1 )和所述主体( 2 )二者 中的另一个上, 具有与所述第一可动部 (41) 的卡接位置, 其中, 在所述卡接位置, 所述锁紧机构处于所述锁紧位置; 以及 弹性元件(43), —端与所述第一可动部(41)连接, 另一端与 所述第一可动部 (41 )所在的所述盖体( 1 )或所述主体(2)连接, 提供所述第一可动部 (41) 与所述第一固定部 (42)相卡接的预紧 力,
电锁紧机构, 与所述控制装置(6) 电连接, 具有第一位置和第二位 置, 在所述第一位置, 所述电锁紧机构与所述第一可动部(41 )相分离, 在所述第二位置, 所述电锁紧机构与所述第一可动部 (41) 相配合以使 所述第一可动部 (41) 处于所述卡接位置,
其中, 在所述控制装置(6)检测到所述打印机处于打印状态时, 控 制所述电锁紧机构处于所述第二位置。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的打印机, 其特征在于, 所述电锁紧机构包括: 电驱动件 (51), 与所述控制装置 (6) 电连接; 以及 锁紧件 (52), 与所述电驱动件 (51)相连接,
其中, 在所述控制装置(6)检测到所述打印机处于打印状态时, 通 过控制所述电驱动件 (51) 驱动所述锁紧件 (52)运动以使所述电锁紧 机构处于所述第二位置。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的打印机, 其特征在于, 所述锁紧件 (52) 为凸轮 或偏心轮, 位于所述第一可动部 (41)一侧, 包括锁紧面 (52a)和解锁 面 (52b), 并且所述锁紧件 (52) 可旋转地设置于所述电驱动件 (51) 上, 其中, 在所述锁紧件(52)旋转至所述锁紧面 (52a) 与所述第一可 动部 (41) 相对时, 所述电锁紧机构处于所述第二位置, 在所述锁紧件
(52)旋转至所述解锁面 (52b)与所述第一可动部 (41)相对时, 所述 电锁紧机构处于所述第一位置。
10. 根据权利要求 6所述的打印机, 其特征在于, 所述锁紧机构包括:
电驱动件 (5Γ), 与所述控制装置 (6) 电连接,
锁紧件 (52'), 与所述电驱动件 (5Γ) 相连接, 包括: 第二可动部 (52Γ), 设置于所述盖体( 1) 和所述主体(2)二 者中的一个上; 以及
第二固定部 (522'), 设置于所述盖体( 1) 和所述主体(2)二 者中的另一个上,
其中, 所述第二可动部 (52Γ) 与所述电驱动件 (5Γ)相连接并具 有第三位置和第四位置, 在所述第三位置, 所述第二可动部 (521,) 与 所述第二固定部 ( 522,) 处于卡接状态以使所述锁紧机构处于所述锁紧 位置,在所述第四位置,所述第二可动部( 521,)与所述第二固定部( 522, ) 处于分离状态。
11. 根据权利要求 6所述的打印机, 其特征在于, 所述锁紧机构为电磁铁, 所述控制装置(6)在检测到所述打印机处于打印状态时, 经由所述电磁 铁控制所述主体 (2) 与所述盖体 ( 1) 处于锁紧状态。
12. 根据权利要求 11所述的打印机, 其特征在于, 所述盖体 ( 1) 具有延伸 部 ( Γ), 所述电磁铁包括:
电磁铁主体( 53" ), 设置于所述主体( 2 )和所述延伸部 ( Γ )二者 中的一个上; 螺旋形线圏 ( 51" ), 设置于所述电磁铁主体 ( 53" ) 内; 以及 滑杆 (52" ), —端与所述螺旋形线圏 (51" ) 相连接, 另一端延伸 至所述电磁铁主体 (53,,) 外部,
