- the wirings 87 and 91 can be concentrated on one surface of the wiring board 80 via the through vias 85, the connection portions 110 and 111 need only be provided on one surface of the wiring board 80. This eliminates the need for the wiring board 80 to be multi-layered, and eliminates the need to provide the connection portions 110 and 111 on both sides of the wiring board 80, thereby reducing the cost by effectively utilizing the space of the wiring board 80 with a simple configuration. Can do.
- the wirings 87 and 91 arranged between the paths 88 can be reduced, and the wiring width and the spacing between the wirings can be increased.
- the bundle of the wirings 87 and 91 divided in two directions is connected to the through via in the two-dimensional arrangement region R and the wiring connected to the through via outside the two-dimensional arrangement region R. - the wiring drawn out to the first column side is connected to the first connection part 110 on the first column side, and the wiring drawn out to the 16th column side is connected to the second connection part 111 on the 16th column side. Therefore, the distance from each through via 85 to the connecting portions 110 and 111 to be connected can be shortened, and the wiring can be shortened.
- connection portions 110 and 111 are disposed between the two-dimensional arrangement region R and the through via, the wiring 91 can be connected to the connection portions 110 and 111 from both sides of the connection portions 110 and 111. . Thereby, the wiring width around the connection portions 110 and 111 and the interval between the wirings can be widened, and the wiring space can be effectively used.
- the number of through vias 85 inside and outside the two-dimensional arrangement region R is set to be the same, it is possible to make the same number of wirings arranged on the upper surface of the wiring board 80 and wiring arranged on the lower surface. As a result, only one wiring width and the interval between the wirings are not reduced, so that the wiring width and the interval between the wirings can be increased, and the wiring space can be used effectively.
- the bonding strength between the bonding member 70 and the wiring board 80 can be increased. A decrease can be prevented.
- an ink flow path 72 for supplying ink to the pressure chamber 41 is provided on the surface of the wiring substrate 80 on the side where the piezoelectric element 60 is provided (the lower surface of the wiring substrate). Since the joining member 70 is provided, the wiring 87 needs to be arranged avoiding the joining member 70, and the wiring space is also narrower than the other surface.
- the wiring 87j connected to the through via 85j provided outside the two-dimensional arrangement region R is arranged on the surface on which the joining member 70 is provided, the wiring on the surface on which the joining member 70 is provided. The number can be made smaller than the number of wirings connected to the through via 85b provided in the two-dimensional arrangement region R.
- the wiring space on the lower surface of the wiring board 80 is reduced by the amount of the joining member 70, it is preferable to arrange (N / 4) + n wirings on the upper surface and (N / 4) ⁇ n wirings on the lower surface.
- the wiring space can be used more effectively than in the case where the upper and lower surfaces of the wiring board 80 are the same number, which is preferable. Thereby, the balance of the wiring width of the wiring of both surfaces of the wiring board 80 and the space
- the interval between the wiring 161 adjacent to the ink flow path 151 and the ink flow path 151 is set between the wirings ( 161 and 162).
- the protective layer 90 formed on the upper surface of the wiring substrate 80 is missing or R is formed at the corner. Even in this case, the wiring 161 is hardly exposed to the outside. As a result, poor conduction of the wiring 161 can be prevented in advance. Therefore, when there is a margin in L / S, it is preferable to preferentially widen the interval between the wirings adjacent to the ink flow path.
- FIG. 12 is a table comparing the space that can be secured per wiring when the nozzle density, the number of nozzle rows, and the wiring arrangement are changed.
- the nozzle density is 600 npi
- the number of nozzle rows N is 16
- the nozzle interval is 677 ⁇ m
- the inner diameter of the ink flow path is 100 ⁇ m
- the outer diameter of the ink flow path is 200 ⁇ m

- the space that can be secured per wiring is 72.2 ⁇ m, and L / S (line / space) is 36/36.
- the space that can be secured per wiring is 144.3 ⁇ m on the upper surface side of the wiring substrate and 119.3 ⁇ m on the lower surface side, and L / S (line / space) is 72/72 on the upper surface side of the wiring substrate.
- the lower surface side is 59/59.
- the space that can be secured per wiring is 115.5 ⁇ m on the upper surface side and 159.1 ⁇ m on the lower surface side, and L / S (line / space) is 57/57 on the upper surface side of the wiring substrate.
- the lower surface side is 79/79.
- FIG. 12 shows the results of calculating the space that can be secured per wiring when the nozzle density and the number of nozzle rows are changed.
- the wiring pattern of the embodiment is the conventional wiring. It can be seen that the space that can be secured per wiring is larger than the pattern. Thus, the reliability of wiring can be improved by reducing the number of wirings passed between the ink flow paths.
- the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and design changes can be freely made without changing the essential part of the invention.
- the configuration when the number of connection portions is two is described, but the number of connection portions is increased to three or more, and the wiring is divided into three or more according to the number of connection portions. It is also possible.
- the wiring corresponding to the left nozzle row connected to the first connection portion and the wiring corresponding to the right nozzle row connected to the second connection portion are arranged in the same manner.
- the number of wires to be drawn out of the two-dimensional arrangement region may be different between the left and right nozzle rows.

Abstract
