一种免脱穿粪便自动清理器 技术领域
本发明涉及个人及医用卫生设备领域,更具体的说是针对行动不便的人而设计的一种免脱穿 粪便自动清理器 。
背景技术
目前,市场上有一种大小便自动处理系统,其主要是针对行动不便的人设计并起到自动处理行动不便的人的大小便的作用,其通常包括大小便自动处理机以及与大小便自动处理机配套使用的便器;该大小便自动处理机一般设有排污桶、负压装置、热水装置、热风装置以及控制装置,该排污桶供从人体排出的大小便容置;该便器一般则设有排泄物收集区、大小便排泄口、热水输入管和热风输入管;该排泄物收集区上又设有大小便排泄口,该大小便排泄口连接有大小便排泄通道,该排污桶通过负压装置而与大小便排泄通道相连接,用于将大小便通过负压吸入大小便容器内,热水输入管通过热水管与热水装置相连接,用于冲洗使用者的大便处和小便处,热风输入管通过热风管与热风装置相连接,用于烘干使用者的大便处和小便处,该控制装置还包括人机交互接口,该人机交互接口上设置有启停开关,当然具体实施时该控制装置还可配有遥控器进行启停控制 。
但是,现有的大小便自动处理机,其当行动不便的人完成大小便后,清洗所需要的热水较多,湿气的散发较慢,耗能较多,而且通常需在预定时间或者当该大小便容器承载到一定量时,将该大小便容器从处理机中取出,然后到卫生间倒掉,然后再用水冲洗干净。在此过程中,护理人员眼睛会看到大小便,鼻子会闻到大小便的气味,还要通过手用清洁工具洗刷排污桶。
而且,现有的与大小便自动处理机相配用的便器,它们共同的特点是当行动不便的人需要大小便时,必须使用者具有自理能力或需要护理人员把上述各类便器安装到大小便排泄处,完成排便后,还需要护理人员取下。无法实现无需旁人的帮助下,自动智能完成排泄大小便,及便后进行卫生处理的全过程。特别是现有便器的工作方式、所用材料和结构方面的原因,不能长时间保持与人体接触,只能再通过机械传动机构或者护理人员从大小便排泄处人工移开,使用起来比较麻烦。
有鉴于此,本发明人对现有大小便自动处理系统的结构进行了深入研究,本案由此产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种免脱穿 粪便自动清理器,其便器可较长时间穿戴在使用者的身上,使用者在排便时无需他人的帮助,便后卫生处理简单,具有便器免脱穿、使用简单、方便又舒适等优点。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种免脱穿 粪便自动清理器,包括 完全自动处理器和便器;该便器上设有与上述完全自动处理器相配用的排泄物收集区、大小便排泄口、热水输入管及热风输入管;上述完全自动处理器包括机壳体和设在该机壳体内的排污桶、负压装置、热水装置、热风装置及控制装置,该排污桶经由大小便排泄通道与上述便器的大小便排泄口相连,上述控制装置分别与上述负压装置、热水装置及热风装置相连,上述负压装置、热水装置及热风装置分别连接至上述排污桶、上述热水输入管及上述热风输入管上;上述完全自动处理器还设有与上述排污桶相连的、可对大小便及污水进行密封打包的打包装置;上述便器为柔性面料制成的自适应内裤,上述排泄物收集区设置于自适应内裤的裆部且由软质防水材料制成,上述完全自动处理器还设有可为上述自适应内裤充气以使上述自适应内裤的排泄物收集区被撑开而形成排泄空间的正压装置。
上述机壳体包括高低设置的后腔室和前腔室,上述排污桶、打包装置及控制装置放置在上述后腔室内,上述排污桶与打包装置呈上下设置,上述控制装置设于上述排污桶的侧边处,上述前腔室内容置有左右依次并排设置的负压装置、热风装置及热水装置,对应上述排污桶、热风装置及热水装置的排入管道、热风输出管及热水输出管的出口均从上述机壳的同一相邻位置伸出。
上述排污桶上设有分别供上述大小便排泄通道、负压装置及打包装置相连通的排入管道、负压管道及排出管道,该排出管道设置在排污桶的底部,上述排入管道及负压管道的出口呈错开设置,且此负压管道的出口位置比此排入管道的出口位置高。
上述排污桶于其排出管道处还设有排污控制阀,该排污控制阀与上述控制装置相连。
上述排污桶内设有供上述热水装置相连通的热水管道,该热水管道的出口位于上述排入管道的上方处。
上述打包装置包括打包袋和供该打包袋容置的打包袋放置箱,该打包袋放置箱位于上述排污桶的下方,上述打包袋上开设有与上述排污桶相连的袋口,该袋口上设有用于密封该袋口的收紧带。
上述热水装置包括呈上下设置的水箱及水加热器,水箱上部设有用于加水的加注水口,水箱的底部设有用于支撑该水箱的支撑条。
上述控制装置包括主控制器、与该主控制器输入端相连的数据采集模块及与该主控制器输出端相连的驱动输出模块。
上述控制装置还包括与主控制器相连的人机交互单元,其包括液晶显示模块和按键输入模块。
上述机壳体的底部设有方便该机壳体行走移动的行走轮。
采用上述方案后,本发明免脱穿 粪便自动清理器 ,与现有的大小便自动处理系统相比,具有如下优点:
一、大小便被冲洗至排污桶后,可通过打包装置将排污桶的大小便及污水密封打包而装入包装袋中,这样护理人员只需将经打包处理后的污物丢到垃圾箱中即可,而不需直接接触大小便,可大大改善护理人员清理排污桶时的工作环境,从而便于护理工作的开展。
二、采用柔性面料制成的自适应内裤作为便器,并对自适应内裤进行相适应的设计,这种内裤形式的便器,不仅具有现有便器的各种功能,而且,其柔软舒适,可较长时间穿戴在使用者的身上,舒适度、穿戴过程和换洗时间、方法同普通内裤基本上没有什么区别,使用者大小便无需他人帮忙穿脱便器,可随时自己启动免脱穿粪便自动清理器进行排便,使用十分方便。
三、自适应内裤还连接有正压装置,其可为自适应内裤充气,以使自适应内裤的排泄物收集区被撑开而形成排泄空间,进而使得负压装置能够更顺当地将污物吸入排污桶,也增强了排泄过程中使用者的舒适性能。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
如图1至图11所示为本发明一种免脱穿粪便自动清理器,包括完全自动处理器和自适应内裤9,该自适应内裤9 由柔性面料制成,其 上 设有与完全自动处理器相配用的排泄物收集区911、大小便排泄口、热水输入管及热风输入管,所述排泄物收集区911设置于自适应内裤9的裆部,其由软质防水材料制成。
上述完全自动处理器包括机壳体和设于该机壳体内的排污桶1、负压装置2、热水装置3、热风装置4、打包装置5、正压装置7以及控制装置6,其中:
上述机壳体,其包括高低设置的后腔室100和前腔室200,排污桶1、打包装置5及控制装置6放置在后腔室100内;如图3所示,后腔室100具体分为左右两腔室,排污桶1与打包装置5呈上下设置,设于后腔室100的右半腔室,控制装置6设于后腔室100的左半腔室的上部;如图2所示,前腔室200内容置有从右到左依次并排设置的负压装置2、热风装置4及热水装置3;对应排污桶1的 排入管道13的 入口131、热风装置4及热水装置3的热风输出管及热水输出管的出口421、312相邻设于同一位置,具体均从后腔室100上端的侧壁伸出;所述各装置在机壳体内分布有序且紧凑,为了方便完全自动处理器的自由移动作用,于机壳体的底部设有方便该机壳体行走移动的行走轮;
上述排污桶1,如图4所示,包括桶上盖11和桶本体12,桶本体12上设有 排入管道13,其入口131经由大小便排泄通道92与自适应内裤9的大小便排泄口相连,从而从人体排出的大小便依次经由该大小便排泄口、大小便排泄通道92及排入管道13,最终进入排污桶1内;桶本体12上设有与下述负压装置2相连通的负压管道14,桶本体12的底部还设有排出管道15,与该排出管道15相连的桶本体12处形成一漏斗结构,上述排入管道13的出口130向下正对该漏斗结构,以利于大小便的排泄作用;
上述负压装置2,其所设的真空泵与排污桶1内设的负压管道14相连,以使排污桶1内产生负压的作用,从而将人体排出的大小便从排入管道13吸入排污桶1中,为了避免排入管道13内的大小便直接被吸入负压装置2中,上述排入管道13及负压管道14的出口呈错开设置,且负压管道14的出口位置比排入管道13的出口位置高,如图3所示,负压管道14由桶本体12的底端竖直向上插入设置,其出口140略低于上述桶本体12的开口周沿,排入管道13由桶本体12的侧边横向插入并竖直向下弯折正对上述排出管道15,排入管道13的出口130与负压管道14的出口140呈错开设置,且出口140高于出口130,则确保了大小便的顺利排泄作用;负压装置2 与排污桶1间还连接有一管路16,其作用在于排出负压装置2中有可能存在的水份,以确保负压装置2的清洁及正常工作;
上述打包装置5,如图5所示,其包括打包袋51和供该打包袋51容置的打包袋放置箱52,该打包袋放置箱52位于上述排污桶1的正下方,打包袋51上设有一袋口510,如图3所示,上述排出管道15的下端连接有一连接管,袋口510套设在连接管上,并采用公母扣511将该袋口510紧紧地套设在连接管上,连接管的下端周沿形成一凸缘结构,所述公母扣511位于凸缘结构的上侧位置处,由此加强了袋口510与连接管的连接强度;于打包袋51的袋口510靠下端处还设有收紧带512,该收紧带512能够对进入打包袋51内的大小便及污水进行密封打包;另外,排出管道15处还设有排污控制阀18,该排污控制阀18与下述控制装置6相连,从而可以将该排污桶1中的污物受控制适时地排入打包袋51中;
上述热水装置3,通过热水输出管与自适应内裤9上的热水输入管相连,其内可产生冲洗使用者大小便处的水流;该热水装置3流出的水流冲洗完使用者大小便处后,直接经排污桶1和自适应内裤9之间的大小便排泄通道92,由排入管道13流入排污桶1中;具体热水装置3包括呈上下设置的水箱31、水加热器32及热水泵33,如图6所示,水箱31上部设有用于加水的加注水口和与该加注水口相适配的加注水盖310,通过拧开该加注水盖310即可对水箱31作添水作用,水箱31的底部设有用于支撑该水箱31的若干支撑条311,水加热器32置于该若干支撑条311所形成的空间内,从水箱31底部对水箱31内水体进行加热作用,水箱31内设有分别与控制装置6相连的温度传感器及液位传感器,用于检测水箱31内的水温及液位作用,水箱31经由热水泵33与自适应内裤9相连,借由该热水泵33提供一定的水流压力,以实现对人体进行冲洗作用;为了使该排污桶1亦能具有清洁度,热水装置3还包括冲洗换向阀,该冲洗换向阀设置在与自适应内裤9相连的热水输入管上,并该冲洗换向阀还通过管路与排污桶1上的热水管道17相连,该热水管道17的出口170位于排入管道13的上方处,这样,通过冲洗换向阀的作用,可以对排污桶1进行有效地冲洗,从而能提高其清洁度,避免细菌滋生。
上述热风装置4,包括风加热器41及热风泵42,该热风泵42通过热风输出管与自适应内裤9上的热水输入管相连,借由该热风泵41提供的一定压力,使热风输出管及热水输入管内可产生烘干使用者大小便处的气流,该气流经烘干使用者的大小便处后,经由该负压装置2而排出;
上述正压装置7,如图7所示,其通过正压输出管与自适应内裤9上的相应管路相连,可为上述自适应内裤9充气,从而使上述自适应内裤9的排泄物收集区被撑开而形成排泄空间,进而使得负压装置2能够更顺当地将污物吸入排污桶1中,作为该正压装置7的一种较佳实施方式,该正压装置7包括空气泵71、空气过滤器72、压力传感器73、电控泄压阀74以及止回阀75,该空气泵71通过该空气过滤器72而与大气相连,从而确保该空气的清洁度;该止回阀75设置在空气泵71与自适应内裤9之间的管路中,从而保持自适应内裤9中的气压,该电控泄压阀74和压力传感器73则均设置在自适应内裤9中,该电控泄压阀74与该控制装置6相连并由其控制,当人体排泄物清理机使用结束时,该电控泄压阀74则即将自适应内裤9中的气压放掉,该压力传感器73则起到过压保护的作用;
上述控制装置6,分别与上述负压装置2、热水装置3及热风装置4、正压装置7相连,控制各装置之间的协同工作,即控制各个装置相互之间的工作顺序;具体如图8所示,控制装置6主要包括主控制器61、数据采集模块62、驱动输出模块63、人机交互单元64及电源模块,其中, 由电源模块为整个控制装置6提供电源,数据采集模块62能够将所采集的数据输送至主控制器61,经由该主控制器61的读取、分析及控制作用,最终将相关控制指令输送至驱动输出模块63,该驱动输出模块63与上述各装置相连,具体与各装置内的阀体及泵体依次相连,以实现该上述装置的相关操作;
所述数据采集模块62,其分为温度、水位及压力采样电路单元,其中温度采样包括热水装置3的水温采样及热风装置4的气流温度采样,水位采样为热水装置3内的水箱31的水位采样,压力采样包括负压装置2的负压采样及正压装置7的正压采样;数据采集模块62还可以连接有报警单元,报警单元通过发出报警信号来矫正使用者的相关操作,以加强整机的安全性能;
人机交互单元64,其与主控制模块61相连,具体包括按键输入模块和液晶显示模块,其可以实现机器控制参数的设定和修改、工作模式设定、当前工作状态的显示以及提供手动控制按键等功能,该人机交互单元64还可以采用带触摸屏的LCD显示器,并根据需要设置语音功能模块,另外,还可以配备无线遥控单元,从而实现无线式开启和关闭整个粪便自动清理器;
所述完全自动处理器内部不可避免会存在一定的粪便气味,为了减少该气味,加强其空气清新度,本发明于完全自动处理器还设有空气清新装置8,其与上述控制装置6相连,不仅能够用于改善清理器内的空气清新作用,还用于对其内的空气进行杀毒作用。
这样,本发明涉及的免脱穿粪便自动清理器,其在控制装置6的控制下有序地循环进行,根据节约原则,其主要分为两种工序:大小便处理需要冲洗工序和小便处理无需冲洗工序;大小便处理需要冲洗工序如图9所示,首先开机,机器自检所有设备3秒;操作 人机交互单元64,按下'设备准备',开启正压装置7的正压泵及热水装置3的水加热器32;按下'大便开始',打开负压装置2的真空泵,排泄物在正压装置7及负压装置2的作用下,经由大小便排泄通道92及排入管道13排入排污桶1内;待排泄完毕,按下'大便结束',打开热水装置3的热水泵33,冲洗身体5秒;如需再次冲洗,按下相关开关,如无需冲洗,等待7秒后,系统自动进入烘干过程;烘干过程中,打开热风装置4的热风泵42,烘干3分钟,如需再次烘干,按下'再次烘干'按钮;待烘干结束后,系统自动进行排泄物回收过程,即先关闭负压装置2的真空泵,再开启排污桶1上的排污控制阀18,冲洗排污桶1,使排泄物及污水一统进入打包袋51内,最后关闭排污控制阀18;最后进行泄压过程,开启正压装置7上的泄压阀,延时2秒后,关闭泄压阀,结束排泄工序; 小便处理无需冲洗工序,如图10所示,其相对大小便处理需要冲洗工序,'小便结束'后热水泵33冲洗的时间缩短,且在'排泄物回收过程'中少了冲洗步骤,其他工序相同,这里不再详细阐述。
本发明在使用者结束排泄后,护理人员只需打开机壳体,先将打包袋51上的收紧带512收紧,将袋口510拆卸后拿出并丢到垃圾箱中即可,其过程中不需直接接触大小便,故本发明能大大改善护理人员清理排污桶1时的工作环境,从而便于护理工作的开展。而且 热风烘干时在自适应内裤9中产生的湿气被负压装置2吸到排污桶1中,此举减少了烘干时间,且湿气基本不通过人体排除,解决了湿气排放的通道,起到节能、增强人体舒适度的作用。另外正压装置7的最后泄压作用起到了增强使用者穿戴及使用的舒适效果,故本发明具有免脱穿、使用简单、方便又舒适等优点。
如图11所示,自适应内裤9主体为内裤本体91,内裤本体91的面料可采用普通常见的面料制成,如棉、涤纶、尼龙、氨纶、莱卡、丝、Modal(莫代尔)等。在本实施例中,内裤本体91为类似于纸尿裤结构的活动式内裤,其前片、后片的两侧边上分别设有相对应的粘贴部件,前片、后片粘合后便形成三角或平角的内裤本体91。
内裤本体91的裆部靠近大小便排泄口处覆盖有防水的软质面层(如防水纳米面料,或德国GUFC公司研发的高防水透气膜SUPER-TEX,或硅胶片,或乳胶片),构成防水的排泄物收集区911,排泄物收集区911的底部设置有大小便排泄口,此大小便排泄口处设置有硅胶管或乳胶管等软质材料制成的管路接头912,管路接头912柔软度好、舒适度高,同人体有接触时感觉不明显,对人体基本不构成影响,它可以是圆形、椭圆形、多边形等形状。
大小便排泄通道92是一个采用硅胶管或乳胶管等软质材料制成的粗软管,该粗软管可长期与自适应内裤9相连,柔软度好、舒适度高,同人体有接触时感觉不明显,对人体基本不构成影响,大小便排泄通道92的输入端设有与大小便排泄口处的管路接头912相应的另一快速接头921,管路接头912与快速接头921可快速对接,从而使大小便排泄口通过大小便排泄通道92与完全自动处理器100的排污桶1相连接。
内裤本体91内还设有充气管93、热水输入管(包括小便喷淋管94和大便喷淋管95)、及热风输入管(包括小便热风管96和大便热风管97)。充气管93、小便喷淋管94、大便喷淋管95、小便热风管96和大便热风管97为采用硅胶管、乳胶管等软质材料制成的细软管。
充气管93的一端位于内裤本体91内,另一端由内裤本体91的管口处伸出内裤本体91外通过管道与正压装置7的出风口相连接。使用时,通过充气管93对内裤本体91内进行充气,使得排泄物收集区911被撑开下坠形成大小便的排泄空间。
小便喷淋管94、大便喷淋管95、小便热风管96和大便热风管97的输出端分别伸至内裤本体91内相应的位置(对应于大便排泄口的位置或对应于小便排泄口的位置),小便喷淋管94、大便喷淋管95的输入端分别由内裤本体91的管口处伸出内裤本体91外并分别通过管道与热水装置3相连接,小便热风管96和大便热风管97的输入端分别由内裤本体91的管口处伸出内裤本体91外并分别通过管道与热风装置4相连接。
充气管93、小便喷淋管94和小便热风管96固定设置于内裤本体91的前片,大便喷淋管95和大便热风管97固定设置于内裤本体91的后片,也可在内裤本体91的前片和后片设置夹层,再将充气管93、小便喷淋管94、大便喷淋管95、小便热风管96和大便热风管97分别设置于相应的夹层内。
需要说明的是,本发明中采用的各种管道或输送管均可以由硅胶管或乳胶管等材质制成,而该各种管道或输送管与自适应内裤9之间还可以通过快速接头来提高拆装时的便利性。
上述实施例和图式并非限定本发明的产品形态和式样,任何所属技术领域的普通技术人员对其所做的适当变化或修饰,皆应视为不脱离本发明的专利范畴。

Claims (10)

1 、 一种免脱穿 粪便自动清理器,包括 完全自动处理器和便器;该便器上设有与上述完全自动处理器相配用的排泄物收集区、大小便排泄口、热水输入管及热风输入管;上述完全自动处理器包括机壳体和设在该机壳体内的排污桶、负压装置、热水装置、热风装置及控制装置,该排污桶经由大小便排泄通道与上述便器的大小便排泄口相连,上述控制装置分别与上述负压装置、热水装置及热风装置相连,上述负压装置、热水装置及热风装置分别连接至上述排污桶、上述热水输入管及上述热风输入管上;其特征在于:上述完全自动处理器还设有与上述排污桶相连的、可对大小便及污水进行密封打包的打包装置;上述便器为柔性面料制成的自适应内裤,上述排泄物收集区设置于自适应内裤的裆部且由软质防水材料制成,上述完全自动处理器还设有可为上述自适应内裤充气以使上述自适应内裤的排泄物收集区被撑开而形成排泄空间的正压装置。
2 、如权利要求1所述的一种免脱穿 粪便自动清理器,其特征在于: 上述机壳体包括高低设置的后腔室和前腔室,上述排污桶、打包装置及控制装置放置在上述后腔室内,上述排污桶与打包装置呈上下设置,上述控制装置设于上述排污桶的侧边处,上述前腔室内容置有左右依次并排设置的负压装置、热风装置及热水装置,对应上述排污桶、热风装置及热水装置的排入管道、热风输出管及热水输出管的出口均从上述机壳的同一相邻位置伸出。
3 、如权利要求1所述的一种免脱穿 粪便自动清理器,其特征在于: 上述排污桶上设有分别供上述大小便排泄通道、负压装置及打包装置相连通的排入管道、负压管道及排出管道,该排出管道设置在排污桶的底部,上述排入管道及负压管道的出口呈错开设置,且此负压管道的出口位置比此排入管道的出口位置高。
4 、如权利要求3所述的一种免脱穿 粪便自动清理器,其特征在于: 上述排污桶于其排出管道处还设有排污控制阀,该排污控制阀与上述控制装置相连。
5、如权利要求3所述的一种免脱穿粪便自动清理器,其特征在于:上述排污桶内设有供上述热水装置相连通的热水管道,该热水管道的出口位于上述排入管道的上方处。
6 、如权利要求1所述的一种免脱穿 粪便自动清理器,其特征在于: 上述打包装置包括打包袋和供该打包袋容置的打包袋放置箱,该打包袋放置箱位于上述排污桶的下方,上述打包袋上开设有与上述排污桶相连的袋口,该袋口上设有用于密封该袋口的收紧带。
7 、如权利要求1所述的一种免脱穿 粪便自动清理器,其特征在于: 上述热水装置包括呈上下设置的水箱及水加热器,水箱上部设有用于加水的加注水口,水箱的底部设有用于支撑该水箱的支撑条。
8 、如权利要求1所述的一种免脱穿 粪便自动清理器,其特征在于: 上述控制装置包括主控制器、与该主控制器输入端相连的数据采集模块及与该主控制器输出端相连的驱动输出模块。
9 、如权利要求8所述的一种免脱穿 粪便自动清理器,其特征在于: 上述控制装置还包括与主控制器相连的人机交互单元,其包括液晶显示模块和按键输入模块。
10 、如权利要求1所述的一种免脱穿 粪便自动清理器,其特征在于: 上述机壳体的底部设有方便该机壳体行走移动的行走轮。
