传统连接椅背与椅座的缓冲结构, 无论釆用弹性件或气压棒实施方式, 两端皆通过销或螺固元件等固定手段, 将弹性件或气压棒两端与两物件相 互结合、 定位, 以获得椅背与椅座复位、 支撑效果。
然而, 上述缓冲结构利用销等固定手段与物件结合设计, 一者存在固 定元件组装费时问题, 二者固定元件会造成物件仰摆时的干涉问题, 使得 仰摆顺畅性大打折扣。 三者则是缓冲结构两端枢固设计, 容易于椅背仰躺 时导致缓冲装置变形夹伤人员的严重问题。 综合目前座椅、 健身器的缓冲 结构设计, 仍存在极大的改 进步空间。 发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种方便组装、 受力均匀的缓冲结构。
为了达成上述目的, 本发明所提供的缓冲结构供设置于一第一物件及 一第二物件之间, 该第二物件可沿一枢轴相对第一物件枢摆, 该缓冲结构 包括一抵顶件及一复位机构, 该抵顶件固设于第一、 第二物件其中一, 且 该抵顶件具有一第一抵顶面, 该复位机构包括一固定件及一可动件, 该固 定件固设于第一、 第二物件中的另一个, 该可动件可相对该固定件移动于 一第一位置及一第二位置之间, 该可动件具有一第二抵顶面, 该第二抵顶 面与该第一抵顶面相互抵顶, 且该可动件具有复位至第一位置的趋势。 其 中, 当该第一、 第二物件受一外力作用而相对该枢轴枢摆时, 该可动件会 受该抵顶件推动而朝第二位置移动; 而当该外力消失后, 该可动件会自发 性地复位至其第一位置, 以此推动第一、 第二物件枢摆复位。
本发明通过抵顶方式令抵顶件与复位机构传递受力, 因其受力面积增 加, 因而有助于减少磨耗, 进而延长产品寿命, 再者, 其组装上相当便利, 无须对位插孔, 仅需令抵顶件与复位机构自然抵顶即可, 可大幅缩短组装 工时。 附图说明

请参考图 1。 本发明提供一种缓冲结构, 供设置于一第一物件 1 (可以 是图示实施例的连接椅座的板件, 或为一椅座)及一第二物件 2 (图中所示 为一椅背 ) 之间, 该第二物件 2可沿一枢轴 3相对第一物件 1枢摆, 其中 该缓冲结构包括一抵顶件 10、 一复位机构 20及一定位机构 30。
该抵顶件 10固设于该第一、 第二物件 1、 2其中一, 且该抵顶件 10具 有一第一抵顶面 11。 在本实施例中, 该抵顶件 10 呈勾状并具有一枢接部 12及一抵顶部 13, 该枢接部 12开设有穿孔 121 , 该第一抵顶面 11设于该 抵顶部 13上。
而该定位机构 30主要用以固定该抵顶件 10, 因此其对应该抵顶件 10 而固定于第一、 第二物件 1、 2其中一, 该板片状定位机构 30包括顶端的 二支臂 31及连接于二支臂 31之间的连接段 32, 该二支臂 31及该连接段 32之间围构有一容置空间, 各该支臂 31设有枢孔 311 , 该抵顶件 10固设 于该容置空间且与连接段 32相互抵顶, 而该枢轴 3则穿设于该二枢孔 311 及该穿孔 121 , 以此令抵顶件 10牢固于该定位机构 30。 当然, 在本发明其 它可能实施例中, 可将该抵顶件 10直接固设于第一、 第二物件 1、 2其中 一而不借助该定位机构 30。
该复位机构 20包括一固定件 21及套设在中空简状固定件下方的中空 简状一可动件 22, 该固定件 21固设于该第一、 第二物件 1、 2中另一个。 该可动件 22可相对该固定件 21移动于一第一位置及一第二位置之间, 该 可动件具有一第二抵顶面 221 , 该第二抵顶面 221与该第一抵顶面 11相互 抵顶, 且该可动件 22具有复位至第一位置的趋势。 较佳的相互抵顶设计如 图 1所示, 该可动件 22—端开设有一剖槽 222, 该第二抵顶面 221则位于 该剖槽 222的底面, 该第一抵顶面 11为一凸面, 以此当第一、 第二物件相 对枢摆时, 该第一、 第二抵顶面 11、 221会相对滑移, 即如图 2及图 3所 示。

至于固定件与第一或第二物件的结合方式, 较佳者如图 1 所示, 包含 一固定于第二物件(亦可设于第一物件) 的 U形板 211 , 及供固定件焊固 的 π形件 25 , 该 π形件 25的两侧板 251上设有复数拴孔, 供与 U形板 211 两侧翼的拴孔相互对应,并通过复数螺栓令 π形件 25与 U形板 211相互固 定, 令复位机构 20可固定于椅背上。 再者, 该 π形件 25底端并设有枢孔, 供枢轴 3枢设。 而该抵顶件 10底端则形成有一阶面 14, 该阶面 14抵靠于 该连接段 32顶缘(亦得于相互抵靠处施以焊固手段), 以此令抵顶件同时 受该二支臂 31及该连接段 32支撑而具有较佳结构强度。
请参考图 4及图 5。 在本发明的另一实施例中, 是以具扶手的座椅(或 健身器)为结构叙述, 该实施例还包括一定位板 26, 该定位板 26设于 U 形板 211之间, 该定位板 26底端具有一弧面 261 , 且当可动件位于第一位 置时, 该弧面 261供与枢接部 12的弧形顶面 122相互抵顶, 并避免椅背向 前倾倒, 且通过改变定位板的弧面曲率大、 小, 以此控制该椅背复位时的 角度。
复再配合参照图 6及图 7, 该实施例的差异在于, 该固定件顶端设有一 旋转的控制件 40 , 通过向左或向右旋转作为抵靠 (LOCK ) 或非抵靠 ( UNLOCK )空间内的活塞模组(气压棒), 以获得活塞模组可压缩或不可 压缩切换选择, 以利使用者可依需求自行选择。
本发明提供椅背仰躺缓冲、 支撑功效的缓冲结构具备下述优势: 第一、 提供缓冲、 支撑的弹性件或活塞模组, 直接置入固定件与活动 件套合围构而成的空间内即完成组装、 定位, 加上该弹性件或活塞模组于 空间内定位的活动件, 由活动件下方套入后, 以剖槽第二抵顶面与抵顶件 的第一抵顶面相互抵定位, 过程中完全不用使用任何固定元件, 则有助于 简化组件及提升组装速度。
第二、 承上, 由于弹性件或活塞模组, 是通过活动件与抵顶件的活动 抵顶加以定位的, 使得活动件与弹性件或活塞模组在未有任何组接元件干 涉下, 即随着椅背后仰时做出最适当的压缩角度自动微调校, 令椅背后仰 时更顺畅。
第三、 承第一点所述, 仅通过固定件与活动件套合固定的弹性件或活 塞模组, 由于两端未设有枢固元件, 故可随第二物件的椅背仰躺时, 与椅 背恒保持平行状态, 以防止弹性件或活塞模组夹伤人员情况发生, 且相互 套接的中空固定件与活动件, 更形成第二道防夹伤功效, 以及具有防止弹 性件或活塞模组外露易生锈与破坏美观等优点。
第四、 提供仰躺的支撑关键第一、 第二抵顶面, 其中第二抵顶面为平 直面的剖槽, 配合第一抵顶面的凸面形成部分的支撑接触, 令椅背后仰时 可确保二者可随枢摆角度相互抵靠, 同时避免二者相互干涉的仰躺不顺畅 问题产生。

值得一提的是, 本发明的缓冲结构适用于座椅, 并可设于椅垫与椅背 之间、 以及椅背与靠枕之间, 由于该座椅具有多个可枢摆的关节, 因此本 发明的缓冲结构可用以提供支撑及复位功能。
当然, 在本发明其它可能实施例中, 该缓冲结构除可适用于座椅外, 还可适用于健身器材、 医疗康复器材等, 而达成支撑、 复位、 提供阻尼等 功效。

权利要求书
1、 一种缓冲结构, 供设置于一第一物件及一第二物件之间, 该第二物 件可沿一枢轴相对第一物件枢摆, 该缓冲结构包括:
一抵顶件, 固设于该第一物件及第二物件其中一, 该抵顶件具有一第 一抵顶面;
一复位机构, 包括一固定件及一可动件, 该固定件系固设于该第一物 件及第二物件中另一个, 该可动件可相对该固定件移动于一第一位置及一 第二位置之间, 该可动件具有一第二抵顶面, 该第二抵顶面与该第一抵顶 面相互抵顶, 且该可动件具有复位至第一位置的趋势;
其中, 当该第一、 第二物件受一外力作用而相对该枢轴枢摆时, 该可 动件会受该抵顶件推动而朝第二位置移动;
其中, 当该外力消失后, 该可动件会自发性地复位至其第一位置, 以 此推动第一、 第二物件枢摆复位。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的缓冲结构, 其特征在于, 该抵顶件具有一枢接 部及一抵顶部, 该枢接部开设有穿孔, 该第一抵顶面设于该抵顶部上, 其 中该穿孔供该枢轴穿设。
