删除模块 54 , 耦合至接收模块 52 和保存模块 32 , 用于删除以上的对应关系。 通过以上的结构, 节省了保 存模块 32的存储空间, 另外, 还防止了监控模块 24和查找模块 34的重复 处理。 图 6是才艮据本发明实施例的呼叫失败的处理装置的优选结构框图四, 如 图 6所示, 优选地, 该装置还可以包括: 判断模块 62 , 耦合至检测模块 22 , 用于判断主叫用户呼叫被叫用户失败的原因是否是被叫用户缺席或被叫用户 无应答; 调度模块 64 , 耦合至判断模块 62 , 用于在判断模块 62的判断结果 为是的情况下, 调度结束模块 66 , 在判断模块 62的判断结果为是的情况下, 调度监控模块 24; 结束模块 66 , 耦合至调度模块 64 , 用于结束处理。 在以 上的两种场景下, 呼叫失败的原因不是由于网络设备、 覆盖等原因造成的, 避免了监控模块 24进行不必要的监控。 以下描述的实施例 1至实施例 4 , 综合了上述多个优选实施例的技术方 案。 实施例 1 该实施例描述了一种优选的呼叫失败的处理系统的结构, 如图 7所示, 该系统包括: 被叫通信状态监控设备、 号码存放模块、 号码检索模块、 短消 息构造模块及控制模块。 其中, 被叫通信状态监控设备, 用于在呼叫失败后, 实时的监控被叫用户的通 信状态; 号码存放模块, 用于存放呼叫失败的主被叫手机号码, 及主叫用户在开 通该项业务时选择的需要获取的其它相关信息; 号码检索模块, 用于在被叫通信状态恢复正常后, 检索并提取号码存放 模块中存放的与被叫号码相关联的主叫号码等信息; 短消息构造模块, 用于构造以主叫号码作为收件人, 被叫号码及其他信 息作为内容的短消息; 控制模块, 用于将构造的短信息发送至短消息中心, 并用于在接收到短 信息发送成功通知后清空号码存放模块中存放的相关记录。 该系统能够在呼叫失败后, 保存主被叫号码等相关信息, 在被叫通信状 态恢复正常后, 通过保存的信息构造短消息以提示主叫用户, 使得主叫及时 获取到被叫通信恢复正常的提示。 该系统与主叫、 主叫所属端口局、 关口局、 短消息中心、 及被叫端口局 间的关系如附图 8所示。 主叫向自身所在的端口局发起呼叫, 端口局向关口 局发送建立呼叫请求, 关口局向被叫所在端局发起建立呼叫请求, 被叫所在 端局中存放上述呼叫失败的处理系统, 用于监控被叫设备的通信状态、 存放 呼叫失败的主被叫相关信息、 构造被叫通信状态恢复正常的短信息, 并通过 位于关口局的短消息中心发送到主叫端口局,最终将短消息发送给主叫用户。 实施例 2 该实施例结合实施例 1提供的系统, 对具体的呼叫失败的处理方法进行 详细描述, 如图 9所示, 该方法包括如下步 4聚: 步骤 901 , 主叫用户向被叫用户发起呼叫。 逐步判断被叫用户是否缺席, 是否关机或漫游不允许, 呼叫入局后被叫是否寻呼无响应或响应超时, 是否 正在通话, 网络是否拥塞, 被叫用户无应答。 若呼叫失败的原因不是被叫用 户缺席或被叫用户无应答, 则进入步骤 902。 步骤 902, 将主叫和被叫用户的手机号码成对的存入号码存放模块中。 步骤 903 , 启动通信状态监控设备, 实时监控被叫设备。 若监控到被叫 设备处于通信正常状态, 则进入步骤 904。 步骤 904, 号码检索模块启动, 开始对号码存放模块中存放的被叫号码 进行检索, 检索到通信恢复正常的被叫手机号码, 则将其连同主叫号码、 和 一并存入的其它相关信息全部提取出来, 交由短消息构造模块。 步骤 905 , 短消息构造模块在收到号码检索模块检索到的主叫号码、 被 叫号码和其它相关信息 (例如, 被叫户主姓名等) 后, 即以主叫号码作为收 件人的号码, 被叫号码和其他相关信息作为短消息内容, 构造出被叫通信状 态恢复正常的短信息。 并将其交由控制模块进行处理。 步骤 906, 控制模块将获取到的短信息发送给短信息中心。 短信息中心 将该短信息发送给主叫用户, 并且, 通信状态监控设备停止对被叫用户通信 状态的监控。 步骤 907 , 控制模块在收到来自短信息中心的短信息发送成功通知后, 才艮据号码检索模块的检索结果, 清空号码存放模块中的成对存放的主叫和被 叫号码, 及其它相关信息。 实施例 3 该实施例以主叫用户向被叫用户发起呼叫, 被叫用户正在通话为例, 结 合附图 10, 描述上述方法的一个具体实施流程如下: 步骤 1 , 主叫移动用户向自身所在端局发起呼叫请求, 端局在收到请求 后向关口局发送建立呼叫请求。 步骤 2, 关口局收到建立呼叫的请求后向被叫签约的归属位置寄存器发 起路由请求。 步骤 3 , 如果被叫签约的归属位置寄存器发现被叫用户缺席, 流程结束。 如果被叫用户没有缺席, 关口局向被叫端局发起建立呼叫请求。 步骤 4, 被叫端局检测到被叫用户正在通话。 步骤 5 , 主叫端口局判断主叫用户是否开通该被叫通信状态恢复正常提 示业务。 如果未开通, 流程结束, 如果开通, 进入步 4聚 6。 步骤 6,将主叫用户及被叫用户的手机号码存入系统的号码存放模块中。 此外, 居用户开通该项功能时的选择, 还可以存入一些其它信息, 如被叫 用户的户主的姓名等。 步骤 7, 启动通信状态监控设备, 实时监控被叫设备的通信状态。 步骤 8, 监控到被叫设备通信状态恢复正常, 即通知号码检索模块。 步骤 9, 号码检索模块根据通信状态恢复正常的被叫号码, 在号码存放 模块中检索到相关的主被叫号码, 和其他保存的信息。 步骤 10 , 短消息构造模块将主叫号码作为收件人的号码, 被叫号码, 及 用户的户主的姓名等其他信息, 连同 "通信状态恢复正常,, 提示, 作为短消 息内容, 构造被叫通信状态恢复正常的短信息。 步骤 11 , 控制模块在获取到短消息构造模块构造的短消息后, 通过建立 短消息业务请求, 将其发送给短消息中心, 并触发监控设备停止对被叫用户 通信状态的监控。 步骤 12, 短消息中心获取到短消息后, 将该短消息发送给主叫。 确认短 消息发送成功后, 短消息中心将给本发明实施例所述系统发送短消息发送成 功的回执。 步骤 13 , 控制模块在收到短消息发送成功的回执后, 清空号码存放模块 中通信状态恢复正常的被叫号码及其相关的其他信息。 步骤 14, 流程结束。 实施例 4 该实施例以主叫用户向被叫用户发起呼叫,被叫用户关机为例进行说明。 通信状态监控设备首先构造包括主叫号码的呼叫失败短消息。 通过短消息中 心发送给被叫用户。 同时对被叫用户进行实时性监控, 监控到被叫用户通信 状态恢复正常后, 构造包括被叫号码的被叫用户通信状态恢复正常短消息, 通过短消息中心发送给主叫用户。 使得主被叫双方都能够获取到相应得提示 信息。 具体实施流程如下: 步骤 1 , 主叫用户向被叫用户发起呼叫请求, 被叫端局判断被叫用户关 机。 步骤 2 , 短消息构造模块, 构造以被叫用户作为收件人, 主叫号码、 机 主姓名、 呼叫时间等相关信息, 连同 "有电话呼入,, 提示, 作为短消息内容, 构造主叫有电话呼入的短信息。 步骤 3 , 控制模块通过建立短消息业务请求, 将其发送给短消息中心, 通过短消息中心将该短信发送给被叫用户。 步骤 4, 将主被叫用户的手机号码, 即被叫户主姓名等其它相关信息存 入号码存放模块中。 步骤 5 , 实时监控被叫设备的通信状态, 一旦被叫设备处于通信正常状 态。 号码检索模块检索并取出存于号码存放模块中的主被叫号码及其它相关 信息。 步骤 6 , 短消息构造模块构造包括被叫用户手机号码在内的被叫用户通 信状态恢复正常短消息, 步骤 7, 控制模块通过短消息中心将短消息发送给主叫用户, 停止对被 叫设备的监控, 并且在收到来自短消息中心的短消息发送成功响应后, 清空 号码存放模块中的相关信息。 步骤 8, 流程结束。 综上所述,本发明实施例提供的方案能够更好的保证信息传递的时效性。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可 以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布 在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程 序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并 且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者 将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作 成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件 结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的 ^"神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种呼叫失败的处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
检测到主叫用户呼叫被叫用户失败;
监控所述被叫用户的通信状态;
在所述通信状态变化为正常时, 将所述被叫用户的所述通信状态正 常的信息通知所述主叫用户。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
在监控所述被叫用户的通信状态之前, 还包括: 保存所述主叫用户 和所述被叫用户之间的对应关系;
在所述通信状态变化为正常时, 将所述被叫用户通信状态正常的信 息通知所述主叫用户之前, 还包括: -据所述对应关系查找所述通信状 态变^ ^为正常的被叫用户所对应的主叫用户。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 将所述被叫用户的所述通信 状态正常的信息通知所述主叫用户包括:
构造用于指示所述被叫用户的所述通信状态变化为正常的消息; 将所述构造的消息通过短信中心发送至所述主叫用户。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在将所述构造的消息通过短 信中心发送至所述主叫用户之后, 还包括:
接收到所述主叫用户经由所述短信中心发送的回执消息; 删除所述对应关系。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在监控所述被叫用户的通信 ^1 态之前, 还包括:
判断所述主叫用户呼叫所述被叫用户失败的原因是否是所述被叫用 户缺席或所述被叫用户无应答, 若是则结束处理, 否则继续后续处理。
6. —种呼叫失败的处理装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
检测模块, 用于检测到主叫用户呼叫被叫用户失败; 监控模块, 用于监控所述被叫用户的通信状态;
通知模块, 用于在所述通信状态变化为正常时, 将所述被叫用户的 所述通信状态正常的信息通知所述主叫用户。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
保存模块,用于保存所述主叫用户和所述被叫用户之间的对应关系; 查找模块, 用于 居所述对应关系查找所述通信状态变化为正常的 被叫用户所对应的主叫用户。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述通知模块包括:
构造模块, 用于构造用于指示所述被叫用户的所述通信状态变化为 正常的消息;
发送模块, 将所述构造的消息通过短信中心发送至所述主叫用户。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
接收模块, 用于接收到所述主叫用户经由所述短信中心发送的回执 消息;
删除模块, 用于删除所述对应关系。
10. 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
判断模块, 用于判断所述主叫用户呼叫所述被叫用户失败的原因是 否是所述被叫用户缺席或所述被叫用户无应答;
调度模块, 用于在所述判断模块的判断结果为是的情况下, 调度结 束模块, 在所述判断模块的判断结果为是的情况下, 调度所述监控模块; 所述结束模块, 用于结束处理。
