以下に、本発明の回転遊具装置100について図面を参照して説明する。図1は、本発明の回転遊具装置100の全体構成を示す概略模式図であり、図2、本発明の回転遊具装置100を上方から見たときの概略模式図である。更に、図3から図7は本発明の回転遊具装置100に備えられる回転基体200若しくは当該回転基体200を備えた回転遊具装置100を説明する模式図である。ただし、本発明に直接には関係しない各部の詳細は省略している。なお、図4から図6に記載した回転基体200についての説明は後述する。
壁面及び、入口の下部に張る構成を採用しても構わない。上記気流壁を遊戯室の下部に備えることで、後述の送風手段により生ずる気流が当該気流壁により衝突し、上昇気流を生じさせることになる。上記入口にステップ150を設ける構成を採用してもよい。風船162を十分撹拌させるためには遊戯室の側面すべてが気密性部材130で覆われていることが望ましい。そのためステップ150を設けることにより、ユーザは、入口に設けられた気密性部材130を跨いで出入りすることが可能となる。
次に、本発明の回転遊具装置100に備えられる回転基体200について、図面を参照して説明する。図3から図7は、回転基体200の概念模式図である。ただし、本発明に直接には関係しない各部の詳細は省略している。上記回転基体200は、上部回転体210と、下部基体220とを備える。図3(A)に示すように、上部回転体210は、円形状の基板であるが、回転に支障がなければ矩形や多角形形状であっても構わない。
で、当該キャスタ224が、回転基体200内の配線等を踏むことがない。もちろん、図3(A)若しくは図3(B)に示したように、上記キャスタの車輪部分は上であってもよいし、当該車輪部分を下にして配置する構成を採用しても構わない。
実施の形態1に使用した回転基体200を以下のように構成することにより偏心して回転する回転遊具装置100を構成することが可能となる。なお、後述の偏心軸以外については実施の形態1で説明した回転遊具装置100と同じ構成を採用する。従って偏心軸以外の構成については図示及び説明を省力する。
実施の形態2では、クランク228の一方端(他端は駆動モータ226の回転軸に取り付けられる)に上部回転体210を水平に取り付ける構成を採用した。これに対して、遊具装置本体を傾斜させた状態で取り付ける構成を採用することができる。
図7には、上部回転体210に傾斜板230を設けて、遊具装置本体110を傾斜した状態で当該上部回転体210上に配置する構成を示した。この場合も、駆動モータ226の回転軸は実施の形態1で使用した回転軸を使用してもよいし(図7(A)参照)、実施の形態2で使用したクランク228を使用しても構わない(図7(B)参照)。なお、遊具装置本体を傾斜して取り付ける構成以外については、上記実施の形態1及び2と同じであるので、説明及び図示を省略する。
更に、回転遊具装置100にスリップリング(図示しない)を設け、このスリップリングによって回転遊具装置100の電飾部材(例えば、装置外面に設けられるLEDリボン)に電力を供給するようにしてもよい。電力供給手段としてスリップリングを使用することで、回転遊具装置100が回転しても、配線のねじれ等がなく、給電が可能となる。
まず、以下のようにして、当該弾性ユニットを形成する。例えば、所定の弾性シートを溶着して筒状に形成し、上下の開放端を円形の弾性シートで溶着することで弾性ユニット
が形成される。なお、内部に空気が気密に充填可能な構成であれば、弾性ユニットの製造方法は任意である。
遊具部材を上記のように複数形成し、当該複数の遊具部材の集合体として本発明の遊戯室を構成することも可能である。例えば、上記遊具部材間には空気流路が連通しないように連結または独立させることで、一の遊具部材に設けた弁体から空気を送入すると独立した他の遊具部材には空気が充填しないように構成することができる。上記のように構成することで、例えば一の遊具部材(本発明の遊戯室の一部を言うことは言うまでもない。)が破損等して、空気の漏れが生じたとしても、破損した遊具部材のみを交換又は修理すればよく、回転遊具装置100に備えた全ての遊具部材を交換又は修理する必要がない。
