Definitions
- the invention relates to a knife according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a knife is known from DE 10 2005 049 41 1.
- the movement of the blade carrier between a rear position in which the blade is completely received in the housing and a front position in which the blade exits the housing movable.
- a housing-fixed stop can be moved out of the movement path of the blade carrier, so that the blade carrier can be moved beyond the front position against the force of a return spring into the position of contact.
- a knife is disclosed, the blade carrier is movable in the blade housing between a rear position in which the blade is disposed completely in the housing and a front position in which the blade exits from the housing.
- the blade carrier is formed in two parts. To perform a blade change, the housing can be opened. It is then possible to detach a first part of the blade carrier provided with the blade seat from a second part of the blade carrier and to move it in the longitudinal direction of the blade such that the blade emerges from a front housing opening of the blade and a blade change is possible.
- the object of the invention was to provide a knife which is structurally simple and in soft Kiingenwechsei in a simple and reliable manner possible.
- the object has been achieved according to a first aspect of the invention by a knife having the features of claim 1.
- the principle is that the blade carrier is movably mounted relative to a housing in a receiving space of the housing.
- the blade carrier may be moved between a home position with the blade fully received in the housing and a cutting position in which the blade exits the housing.
- the movement of the blade is limited by the interaction of a stop shoulder of the blade carrier with a stop surface of a base member.
- the stop shoulder is in contact with the stop surface, e.g. an additional movement of the blade carrier in a direction of movement and / or in one direction of rotation is not possible.
- a movement of the blade carrier can then take place only between the basic position and the position in which the stop shoulder and the stop surface come into contact. This can e.g. be in the cutting position of the case.
- the blade carrier is loaded by a spring in the basic position.
- the spring is for example attached directly or indirectly to the blade carrier and directly or indirectly to the base element.
- the base element is detachably fastened directly or indirectly to the housing.
- a base member to a housing-fixed base releasably fastened.
- the locking device is adjustable between a locking position and an unlocking position. In the locking position of the locking device, e.g. a movement of the base member from a first position relative to the housing not possible. In the unlocked position, e.g. a movement of the base member relative to the housing between the first position and the second position possible.
- the stop surface associated with the base element is also moved, with the result that the blade carrier is movable into a blade changing position in the second position of the base element.
- the blade carrier In the first position of the base member, the blade carrier is not movable to the blade changing position.
- the blade carrier is in the first position of the base member e.g. only movable to the cutting position.
- the blade carrier When the blade carrier is located in the blade changing position, the blade can be removed from a blade seat of the blade carrier. For example, the blade between a base and a tumbler in the blade seat attachable and only in the blade changing position, the opening of the tumbler and the removal of the blade is possible. is If the blade carrier is not in the blade changing position, opening of the tumbler is prevented, for example, by housing surfaces of the receiving space.
- An advantage of the invention is that the blade carrier is not spring loaded during the blade change and thus does not have to be held against the spring force in the blade changing position.
- the movement of the Kiingenarris in the Kiingenwechseiposition is particularly easy to carry out, since the base member relative to the housing or e.g. is moved relative to a fixedly held on the housing base element.
- An embodiment is characterized in that the second stop means are associated with a carriage, the carriage having first guide means which cooperate with second guide means of the housing.
- the guide means are for example designed such that the carriage is movable between a primary position and a secondary position. At least in the primary position, the carriage is e.g. Lockable by means of the locking device with the housing. In addition, the carriage can be locked in other positions.
- the first guide means may be provided with first stop means and the second guide means may be provided with a second stopper to define the primary position and the secondary position between the slide and the housing.
- the carriage may e.g. be translationally movable relative to the housing.
- a further embodiment is characterized in that the first stop means are formed by at least one stop shoulder arranged on the blade carrier and the second stop means are formed by at least one stop face of the base element. If the stop shoulder, for example, in the first position of the base member in contact with the stop surface, thereby the cutting position of Blade carrier defined.
- the stop shoulder can be arranged, for example, on an arm of the blade carrier. For example, several stopper shoulders may be formed, which in turn interact with a slack smile. In addition, for example, at least two stop shoulders interact with a stop surface or vice versa.
- a further embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the blade carrier is movable in translation between the rear position, the front position and the blade changing position.
- the blade changing position of the blade carrier may be e.g. be reached by the blade carrier is moved relative to the housing from the home position beyond the cutting position.
- An embodiment is characterized in that the
- Housing is associated with a housing-fixed base element, to which the base member is releasably lockable.
- This embodiment offers the possibility of locking the base element with the base element in such a way that a premountable structural unit is formed.
- the blade carrier be held insoluble.
- the basic element, the base element and the blade carrier form a preassemblable unit.
- An embodiment is characterized in that the base element, the base element and the blade carrier form a preassemblable structural unit.
- the blade carrier, the base member and the base member are preassembled in this case, that the assembly without aids in the first housing part can be mounted. The assembly is thus much easier.
- An embodiment is characterized in that the preassemblable unit at least partially by a rear Housing opening in a receiving space of the housing can be inserted.
- the housing may be formed like a tube, for example.
- the assembly of base element, base e! Ement and blade carrier is z, B, at least partially inserted into the rear opening of the housing.
- At least one region of the structural unit, in particular a region of the basic element, can protrude out of the housing and form a termination region.
- the termination area can have, for example, stop means which cooperate with the stop of the first housing part and fix the assembly seat of the assembly.
- the blade carrier comprises a base and a tumbler and that the blade is held in a blade seat between the base and the tumbler, wherein the tumbler between a holding position and a removal position is movable.
- the tumbler is not movable into the removal position when the blade carrier is arranged in the basic position and the cutting position and in positions therebetween, and that the tumbler is movable to the removal position when the blade carrier in The K! ingenwec-hse! position is arranged.
- the cutting position and in intermediate positions inner surfaces of the housing, e.g. adjacent to the receiving space of the housing surfaces, prevent the blade can be removed from the blade seat.
- the blade change position is achieved, for example, when the blade carrier is moved so far out of the housing that the Removal of the blade from the blade seat is possible.
- the inner surfaces prevent the tumbler from moving to the picking position when the blade carrier is in the home position and the cutting position, as well as in intermediate positions.
- the blade change position for example, a movement of the tumbler in the removal position is possible.
- the blade carrier may be movable relative to the housing in several Kiingenroarpositionen, for example.
- the object is achieved by a knife having the features of claim 10.
- the carriage may e.g. to be movable in the same directions of movement as the blade carrier.
- the carriage is movable within the receiving space of the housing.
- the carriage may also be arranged outside the receiving space on the housing.
- the carriage is e.g. translationally movable.

- the blade carrier 12 is shown in FIG. 1 in a basic position, in which a not shown in FIG. 1 blade S a blade 39 is inaccessible to the user in the housing 1 1 is arranged from the basic position of the blade carrier 12 can be moved to a cutting position shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, in which a part of the blade S from a front opening 15 of the housing 1 1 emerges so that a cutting operation can be performed.
- a handle 29a formed on the blade carrier 12 and a handle 29b can be actuated through the recess 17b, in order in this way the blade carrier 12 against the force of a spring shown in Fig. 2 only schematically by a dash-dot line 57 in the direction of x1 in the cutting position move.
- the spring 57 then loads the blade carrier 12 in the direction x2.
- the blade 39 is fixed as shown in FIG. 2 in a blade seat 58 between a contact surface 35 of a base 20 and a contact surface 36 of a tumbler 21 of the blade carrier 12.
- a projection 37 of the Grundteiis 20 passes through a recess of the blade 39 and engages in a recess 38 of the tumbler 21 a.
- the tumbler 21 is pivotable relative to the base 20 about a pivot axis a between a holding position (see, e.g., Fig. 5) and a picking position (see, e.g., Fig. 7) to remove the blade 39 from the blade seat 58.
- the base device 13 forms a stop for the blade carrier 12.
- the base device 13 comprises a base element 22, which is fastened to the housing 11 by means of a fastening device B designed as a latching device. In the latched position, the base member 22 can not be moved relative to the housing 11.
- the base device 13 comprises a base element 23 which is guided on the base element 22 in a manner of vertical movement.
- a locking device 24 the base member 23 are releasably secured to the base member 22.
- the base member 23 In a locking position of the locking device 24, the base member 23 is in a first Position so attached to the base member 22 that the blade carrier 12 according to the Fig. 4 and 5 is not over the cutting position out in the direction xl movable.
- the unlocked position of the locking device is the
- Base member 23 disposed in a second position and movable relative to the Grundeiement 22 and the housing 1 1 so that the blade carrier 12 is movable beyond the cutting position in the direction x1 in a blade changing position (see Figs. 6 to 8).
- a shaft element 32 of the tumbler 21 is e.g. at least partially moved out of the housing 1 1, so that the tumbler 21 is movable into the removal position.
- To perform the locking device 24 is to move to the unlocking position by an actuator 25 of a base member 23 is first moved in the direction of y1. By the movement of the actuator 25 in the direction y1 and then in the direction x1, a hook 26 of the base member 23 is disengaged from a recess 28 of the base member 22.
- the base member 23 and the blade carrier 12 can be moved together in the direction x1 until the base member 23 is disposed in the second position and the blade carrier 12 in the blade changing position.
- the spring element 57 is therefore not deformed elastically.
- the blade changing position is shown in Figs.
- the tumbler 21 In the blade change position, the tumbler 21 can be pivoted about the geometrical pivot axis a relative to the base part 20 in the direction u1 into the removal position shown in FIGS. 6 to 8. In the removal position, the blade 39 from the blade seat 58 are removed and replaced with a new blade 39. - the hook 26 is provided with an oblique surface 64 arranged in the insertion direction x2 at the front, which comes into contact with a web 27 of the base element 22 when the blade carrier 12 moves in the direction x2.
- the Klinaenträaers 12 in the direction x2 of the hook 26 is deflected due to the inclined surface 64 in the direction of y1, so that the hook 26 can pass through the web.
- the Kiingenarme 12 and the Basisiseement 23 are back in the basic position, the elastically deformed hook 26 moves from the restoring force causes in the direction y2 in the recess 28 and locked with this.
- the locking device 24 is then in the locking position.
- the hook 26 On an opposite side of the inclined surface 64, the hook 26 has no inclined surface, but a locking surface 65, which prevents movement of the base member 23 when the locking surface 65 is in contact with a holding surface 66 of the soffit of the recess 28. For this reason, the base member 23 can be released only from the locking position shown in Figs. 1 to 5, when the actuator 25 is moved in the direction of y1.
- the blade carrier 12 is shown for example in Figs. 14 and 15.
- the base part 20 on which the blade seat 58 and the arms 41a and 41b are formed.
- a tie bar 42 is attached to the arm 41a and to the arm 41b.
- the connecting web 42 serves for stabilization.
- On a projection 40 of the base 20, the attachment 30 is formed for the spring 57.
- a recess 33 of the base portion 20 serves as a bearing seat for the axle member 32 of the tumbler 21.
- the housing 11 is shown.
- the housing 11 is formed by a bent sheet metal part. It has an approximately rectangular cross section with housing side walls 14a, 14b, 14c and 14d. Inside the housing 11, a receiving space 50 is formed.

- 1 1 recesses 18a and 18b and recesses 19 are formed on the housing, each forming first locking means, which cooperate with second locking means of the base device 13.
- the rear edge of the housing 1 1 forms a closing surface 59 which cooperates as a stop with a stop shoulder 61 of a region 67 of the base element 22 arranged outside the housing 11.
- the basic element 22 is shown in FIGS. 13 to 16. It comprises elongated holes 43a and 43b for guiding the lugs 44a and 44b of the base element 23. Furthermore, the base element 22 comprises two latching projections 34a and 34b, which serve to latch the base element to the housing 11 and form the above-mentioned second latching means. In order to achieve elastic deformability of the wall regions adjacent to the latching projections 34a and 34b, elongated holes 48a and 48b are formed on the base element 22. Further, on the base member 22, the recess 28 is formed, which is part of the locking device.
- the base member 23 is shown in FIGS. 17 to 20 as a single part. It includes a recess 46 for receiving the extension 40 of the blade carrier 12.
