- a plurality of the component pieces 22 are fitted together to constitute one piece set 20.
- a plurality of gratings 26 are formed on the back surface of each of the component pieces 22.
- the grating 26 has a square shape, but the shape of the grating 26 may be, for example, rectangular, circular, honeycomb, etc. in addition to the square.
- the lattice 26 is formed by attaching a lattice-coloured film 24 to the rear surface of the component piece 22.
- the lattice 26 may be formed by attaching a lattice patterned paper to the rear surface of the component piece 22.
- the lattice 26 may be integrally formed at the time of manufacturing the piece set 20, attached to the rear surface of the constituent piece 22, and then cut and divided into the respective constituent pieces 22.
- the grid 26 is colored white or black.
- the grating 26 forms an array of white or black. Therefore, when the grating 26 is white, the grating 26 may be 0, and when the grating 26 is black, the grating 26 may correspond to the grating 26 1. That is, a value corresponding to 0 or 1 may correspond to the color of each grating 26. In this way, if a value of 0 or 1 is matched according to the color of each lattice 26, the component pieces 22 form a binary array on the back side. An array of binary numbers formed on the back side of the component piece 22 may be defined by a unique address or name of the component piece 22.
- the unique address or name of the piece set 20 may be replaced with a binary number defined by the arrangement of the lattice 26. Can be.
- the arrangement of the lattice 26 substituted with binary numbers thus becomes a key component of the present invention.
- 3 schematically shows an arrangement of the gratings 26 of the piece set 20 according to the present embodiment.
- the unique number ID of the fragment set 20 corresponding to FIG. 3 may be defined as, for example, 0101101101100010, which is converted to decimal to 23394.
- the main body 30 has a space for accommodating the component pieces 22. On the bottom of the space provided in the main body 30, a plurality of light emitting elements 32 and light receiving elements 34 are arranged in pairs.
- the light emitting element 32 is disposed so as to correspond to the grating 26 of each of the component pieces 22.
- the light emitting device 32 is a device for generating light.
- An energy supply source such as a battery for causing the light emitting device 32 to generate light may be installed outside the main body 30 or the main body 30.
- the light emitting device 32 emits light toward the grating 26.
- a light emitting diode may be employed as the light emitting element 32.
- the light receiving element 34 detects light reflected from the grating 26 among the light emitted from the light emitting element 32.
- the amount of light detected by the light receiving element 34 depends on the color of the grating 26. That is, the amount of light detected by the light receiving element 34 when the color of the grating 26 is white is the amount of light detected by the light receiving element 34 when the color of the grating 26 is black. More. Therefore, since the amount of light detected by the light receiving element 34 is different according to the color of the grating 26, the color of the grating 26 is used by using the light emitting element 32 and the light receiving element 34. Can be distinguished. Since the light receiving element 34 may employ a known optical sensor, a detailed description of the structure of the light receiving element 34 itself will be omitted.

- the component piece 22 is disposed at a designated position.
- the light irradiated from the light emitting element 32 is reflected by the grating 26 formed on the component piece 22 and then incident on the light receiving element 34. Since the light receiving element 34 senses different amounts of light according to the color of the grating 26, the color of the grating 26 may be distinguished.
- the signal sensed by the light receiving element 34 is transmitted to the signal analyzer 36.
- the signal analyzer 36 allocates 0 when the color of the grating 26 is white, and assigns 1 when the color of the grating 26 is black. In this case, since the portion where the component pieces 22 are not assembled is neither white nor black, light emitted from the light emitting element 32 is hardly incident on the light receiving element 34. Thus, the signal analyzer 36 can recognize that the component piece 22 is not completely assembled.
- the signal analyzer 36 obtains a binary array of the entire piece set 20 composed of the component pieces 22.
- the binary array is compared with the data regarding the type of the piece set 20 previously stored in the memory in the feedback caller 37 to determine the type of the piece set 20 and whether the piece set 20 is assembled.
- the feedback processor 38 calls information on the completed piece set 20 and outputs the related information through the speaker 40 and the display 45. do.
- the arrangement of the grating 26 and the arrangement of the grating 26 can be recognized by the light emitting element 32 and the light receiving element 34, whether the assembly of the piece set 20 is completed and the piece set ( 20 types can be recognized very efficiently and simply. Therefore, since the main body 30 does not need to be manufactured separately, the purchase cost of the main body 30 is remarkably reduced from the user's point of view. In addition, since the manufacturer or seller does not need to install a separate medium such as an electric transmission passage or an optical transmission passage in the component fragment 22 to detect whether or not the assembly of the fragment set 20 is conventional, the fragment set 20 There is an effect that can significantly lower the manufacturing cost of the.
