Abstract

본 발명은 초음파 혼 및 제 1, 제 2 및 제 3 플레이트부들을 갖는 앤빌을 포함하는 초음파 용접 어셈블리를 제공한다. 제 3 플리이트부는 제 1 및 제 2 플레이트부들 사이에서 연결된다. 제 1 플레이트부는 초음파 혼에 인접하게 위치하는 제 1 측면 상에 제 1 널링부를 가지고, 제 2 플레이트부는 제 2 측면상에 제 2 널링부를 갖는다. 제 3 플레이트부는 제 1 그것을 통해 연장되는 제 1 간극을 가진다. 상기 어셈블리는 앤빌을 고정하기 위해 앤빌의 제 2 측면을 수용하는 브라켓을 포함한다. 브라켓은 제 1 간극에 정렬되어 있는 제 2 간극을 가져서, 제 1 및 제 2 간극들을 통해 연장되어 있는 연결부재(coupling member)는 앤빌을 브라켓에 분리가능하게 연결한다.
