Description

激光打印机用碳粉盒 技术领域
本发明涉及激光打印机用碳粉盒。该碳粉盒包括显影辊、送粉辊、出粉刀、搅拌架和碳粉仓,它通过显影辊把碳粉仓中容纳的碳粉按照预设布局敷设于感光鼓表面的静电潜像区域,使静电潜像转换成由碳粉之类显影剂所显示的可视化图像。本发明基于申请日为2010年05月27日、申请号为201020205656.4的中国实用新型专利申请,该申请的内容作为与本发明密切相关的参考文献引入本文。
背景技术
影像形成装置通常包括复印机、激光打印机、传真机、色带打印机以及 LED 打印机等多种机型。
在激光扫描或激光照排形式的影像形成装置中,碳粉是实现图~~光~~电~~图转换的最终成像介质。显影辊就设置在感光鼓附近,以便于碳粉跃过显影辊和感光鼓之间的极小间隙后在感光鼓上形成影像。由显影辊转运的碳粉来自碳粉仓。碳粉仓的储粉量受仓体容积限制,因此,碳粉仓中的碳粉用尽后须要予以补充。
作为激光影像形成装置的一类,激光打印机的主要功能块包括:激光扫描单元、光电转换单元、充电单元、显影单元、转印单元和定影单元。
激光扫描单元的主要构件是激光发生器和光线反射透射系统。
光电转换单元的主要构件是感光鼓。
充电单元主要包括正电荷栅控式电晕充电辊或其它形式的充电辊。
显影单元由用于储存碳粉的储粉室、显影室和显影辊构成。显影辊、送粉辊、出粉刀就设置于显影室内。搅拌架和碳粉仓共同构成储粉室。
转印单元主要包括转印辊。
定影单元由加热辊和加压辊构成。
常见的碳粉盒或处理盒通常包括光电转换单元、充电单元、显影单元等几个承担光~~电~~图转换功能的功能块,此种构造方式一般得到多功能集成型的碳粉盒或处理盒。也有采用区分不同功能进行不同布局的方式,将光电转换单元、充电单元直接设置于激光打印机主机上,而碳粉盒则仅包括显影单元,此种构造方式仅能得到仅可实施单一显影功能的碳粉盒,此类单一功能碳粉盒与激光打印机主机之间则以总成装配的形式完成两者之间的匹配。
在碳粉盒装入激光打印机的使用状态下,感光鼓表面被充电辊均匀地充电。激光扫描器向感光鼓发射含有图像信息并且经过调制的激光束,在感光鼓表面形成分布不同的静电压图,亦即与待复制图像对应的静电潜像。之后,来自显影辊的碳粉被吸附在感光鼓表面,碳粉覆盖静电潜像后再转换成可以肉眼观察的可视图像。随着感光鼓的旋转,由碳粉在感光鼓表面形成的可视图像换位至转印辊所在位置。经转印辊转印电压的作用,将可视图像形式的碳粉转印至纸张等记录介质上,随后经加热辊和加压辊对记录介质上的可视图像进行加热加压后,将碳粉形成的可视图像永久地固化于记录介质上。这样即可完成一个基本的成像操作流程。
对于多功能集成型的碳粉盒,或着是单一功能类型的碳粉盒,其碳粉是形成图像的物质载体,碳粉盒同碳粉接触的部件或者部件之间的传送部位均需要采取密封措施,以防止碳粉不适当地泄露到碳粉盒之外,污染工作环境,或者造成所记录的图像出现瑕疵等不合格产品。如图1、2、3、4、5、6示出了一种现有碳粉盒的框体100。该碳粉盒框体100上设置了用于容纳碳粉的碳粉仓101,用于导出碳粉仓101内所容装碳粉的出粉口102,同出粉口102毗邻的送粉辊安装部103,同送粉辊安装部103毗邻的显影辊安装部104。在框体100同其他构件装配成完整碳粉盒的状态下,送粉辊(图中未示出)被安装于安装部103上,显影辊(图中未示出)被安装于安装部104上,送粉辊和显影辊之间保持毗邻和轴向相互平行的状态。在安装部103上,对应于送粉辊两个轴端的部位,分别开设有沿着送粉辊的直径方向延伸的第一缺口105和第二缺口106。在把送粉辊装入碳粉盒框体100内时,第一缺口105和第二缺口106分别用于接纳送粉辊的两个轴端,为送粉辊提供支承。在安装部104上,对应于显影辊两个轴端的部位,分别开设有用于接纳显影辊两个轴端第一支承口107和第二支承口108。在把显影辊装入碳粉盒框体100内时,第一支承口107和第二支承口108分别用于接纳显影辊的两个轴端,为显影辊提供支承。由于送粉辊两个轴端比其中部的直径小许多,因此送粉辊的安装方式主要是沿着送粉辊的直径方向把送粉辊的两个轴端分别压入第一缺口105和第二缺口106内,为此,用于支承送粉辊轴端之一的第一缺口105一直延伸到用于支承显影辊轴端之一的第一支承口107内,用于支承送粉辊轴端之二的第二缺口106同用于支承显影辊轴端之二的第二支承口108之间则由承接板109隔断。由于显影辊工作区域长度大于送粉辊的工作区域,因而在安装部103和安装部104之间在对应于显影辊和送粉辊的同向轴端部位还分别预留有第一开口113和第二开口114。第一开口113的横向尺寸大于第一缺口105,其位置位于第一缺口105沿送粉辊轴向的外侧。第二开口114的横向尺寸大于第二缺口106,其位置位于第二缺口106沿送粉辊轴向的外侧。第一开口113和第二开口114为安装送粉辊提供必要的空间。安装送粉辊时,送粉辊轴端之二首先以轴向横移的方式被压入第二缺口106中,随后,送粉辊轴端之一沿着送粉辊的直径方向经第一支承口107被压入第一缺口105内。安装完毕之后,送粉辊和显影辊的两个轴端均需要密封,下面以其轴端之一的密封为例加以说明,结合图5、6。在送粉辊装入安装部103后,把第一密封海绵110沿着送粉辊的轴向压贴于送粉辊轴端之一上以防止送粉辊的该轴端发生漏粉,随后,把第二密封海绵111和毛毡112沿着显影辊的直径方向依次装在第二缺口106上,以在显影辊直径方向上密封第二缺口106,也同时对第二开口114予以密封。
技术问题
然而,在对应于第二开口114的部位,第二密封海绵111和毛毡112在显影辊直径方向上仅受到第一密封海绵110的支撑,这就使得第二密封海绵111和毛毡112对显影辊圆周面的接触紧密程度不够,以致容易出现密封性不良而泄露碳粉的缺陷。同样,送粉辊和显影辊的两个轴端之二也存在与此相类的缺陷。
技术解决方案
针对上述碳粉盒存在的构造问题,本发明目的在于提供一种其显影辊轴端密封性良好的激光打印机用碳粉盒。
为实现上述目的,本发明利用具有以下构造方式的激光打印机碳粉盒,它包括显影辊、送粉辊和碳粉仓。送粉辊的两个轴端被分别支承于设置在碳粉盒上的第一缺口和第二缺口中。送粉辊的两个轴端分别由两块第一密封海绵从送粉辊的轴向予以密封。显影辊的两个轴端被分别支承于设置在碳粉盒上的第一支承口和第二支承口中。在碳粉盒上对应于显影辊和送粉辊两者的同向轴端部位还分别预留有第一开口和第二开口。第一缺口和第一开口由第二密封海绵同时覆盖后再覆盖毛毡。第二缺口和第二开口由另一片第二密封海绵同时覆盖后再覆盖另一片毛毡。在第一开口内设置有沿显影辊的横向自第一开口相对的两壁向中部延伸的用于支撑第二密封海绵的两块垫板,该两块垫板之间在显影辊的横向上保留有敞口。在第二开口内亦设置有沿显影辊的横向自第二开口相对的两壁向中部延伸的用于支撑另一片第二密封海绵的两块垫板。位于第二开口内的两块垫板之间在显影辊横向上亦保留有敞口。
前述激光打印机用碳粉盒,其位于第一开口内的两块垫板之间的敞口在显影辊横向上具有相同于第一缺口的宽度;其位于第二开口内的两块垫板之间的敞口在显影辊横向上具有相同于第二缺口的宽度。
有益效果
本发明的激光打印机用碳粉盒,针对其显影辊轴端密封性不良的问题,通过在显影辊轴端和碳粉盒的相应支撑部位设置带有敞口的垫板的方式,可以对显影辊轴端的原有径向密封部件提供良好的径向支撑,以增大原有径向密封部件对显影辊圆周面的径向接触紧密程度,提高显影辊轴端的密封特性,防止碳粉自显影辊轴端泄露。

本发明激光打印机用碳粉盒的主要构成部件为框体100。该碳粉盒框体100上设置了用于容纳碳粉的碳粉仓101,用于导出碳粉仓101内所容装碳粉的出粉口102,同出粉口102毗邻的送粉辊安装部103,同送粉辊安装部103毗邻的显影辊安装部104。在框体100同其他构件装配成完整碳粉盒的状态下,送粉辊(图中未示出)被安设于安装部103上,显影辊(图中未示出)被安设于安装部104上,送粉辊和显影辊之间保持毗邻和其轴向相互平行的状态。在安装部103上,对应于送粉辊两个轴端的部位,分别开设有沿着送粉辊的直径方向延伸的第一缺口105和第二缺口106。在把送粉辊装入碳粉盒框体100内时,第一缺口105和第二缺口106分别用于接纳送粉辊的两个轴端,为送粉辊提供支承。在安装部104上,对应于显影辊两个轴端的部位,分别开设有用于接纳显影辊两个轴端的第一支承口107和第二支承口108。在把显影辊装入碳粉盒框体100内时,第一支承口107和第二支承口108分别用于接纳显影辊的两个轴端,为显影辊提供支承。由于送粉辊两个轴端比其中部的直径小许多,因此送粉辊的安装方式主要是沿着送粉辊的直径方向把送粉辊的两个轴端分别压入第一缺口105和第二缺口106内,为此,用于支承送粉辊轴端之一的第一缺口105一直延伸到用于支承显影辊轴端之一的第一支承口107内,用于支承送粉辊轴端之二的第二缺口106同用于支承显影辊轴端之二的第二支承口108之间则由承接板109隔断。由于显影辊工作区域长度大于送粉辊的工作区域,因而在安装部103和安装部104之间于对应于显影辊和送粉辊的同向轴端部位还分别预留有第一开口113和第二开口114。第一开口113和第二开口114为安装送粉辊提供必要的空间。
在第二开口114内,设置有沿着显影辊的横向自第二开口114相对的两壁向中部延伸的两块垫板115。两块垫板115相互之间在显影辊的横向上保留有敞口116。敞口116在显影辊横向上具有相同于第二缺口106的宽度。在第一开口113内,亦按照相同于在第二开口114设置垫板的方式设置有属于第一开口113的垫板和敞口。
安装送粉辊时,送粉辊轴端之二首先以轴向横移的方式被压入第二缺口106中,随后,送粉辊轴端之一沿着送粉辊的直径方向经第一支承口107被压入第一缺口105内。随即装配显影辊。
作为碳粉盒同碳粉发生接触的构成部件,送粉辊和显影辊的两个轴端均需要密封。在送粉辊装入安装部103后,把第一密封海绵110沿着送粉辊的轴向自送粉辊的外部压贴于送粉辊轴端之一上以防止送粉辊的轴端发生漏粉,随后,把第二密封海绵111和毛毡112沿着显影辊的直径方向依照第二密封海绵111在先毛毡112在后的顺序压装在两块垫板115上,以在显影辊直径方向上密封第二缺口106,之后把显影棍装配到位。对于显影辊的另一个轴端,亦采用同样的方式进行装配。
工业实用性
本发明针对其显影辊轴端密封性不良的问题,通过在显影辊轴端和碳粉盒的相应支撑部位设置带有敞口的垫板的方式,可以对显影辊轴端的原有径向密封部件提供良好的径向支撑,以增大原有径向密封部件对显影辊圆周面的径向接触紧密程度,提高显影辊轴端的密封特性,防止碳粉自显影辊轴端泄露。

Claims (2)

  1. 激光打印机用碳粉盒,包括显影辊、送粉辊和碳粉仓,所述送粉辊的两个轴端被分别支承于设置在所述碳粉盒上的第一缺口和第二缺口中,所述送粉辊的两个轴端分别由两块第一密封海绵从所述送粉辊的轴向予以密封,所述显影辊的两个轴端被分别支承于设置在所述碳粉盒上的第一支承口和第二支承口中,在所述碳粉盒上对应于所述显影辊和所述送粉辊两者的同向轴端部位还分别预留有第一开口和第二开口,所述第一缺口和所述第一开口由第二密封海绵同时覆盖后再覆盖毛毡,所述第二缺口和所述第二开口由另一片第二密封海绵同时覆盖后再覆盖另一片毛毡;
    其特征在于:
    所述第一开口内设置有沿所述显影辊的横向自所述第一开口相对的两壁向中部延伸的用于支撑所述第二密封海绵的两块垫板,所述两块垫板之间在所述显影辊的横向上保留有敞口;
    所述第二开口内亦设置有沿所述显影辊的横向自所述第二开口相对的两壁向中部延伸的用于支撑所述另一片第二密封海绵的两块垫板,位于所述第二开口内的所述两块垫板之间在所述显影辊的横向上亦保留有敞口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述激光打印机用碳粉盒,其特征在于:
    位于所述第一开口内的所述两块垫板之间的所述敞口在所述显影辊横向上具有相同于所述第一缺口的宽度,位于所述第二开口内的所述两块垫板之间的所述敞口在所述显影辊横向上具有相同于所述第二缺口的宽度。
