본 발명은 단열 상자용 원단에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 종이 재질의 골판지 외표면에 단열성이 우수한 압축 우레탄폼층, 알루미늄 필름층, 합성수지재질의 투명수지 필름층을 층착한 다층 구조로 제공하여 생선류, 고기류, 야채류와 같은 신선도 유지 식품이나 보온 식품 등을 포장시 공기의 유통 차단 및 단열 기능으로 신선 보관 및 보온 유지 효과가 우수함은 물론 눈, 비에 의해 외부가 젖어버리는 손상과 외부 충격에 의한 충격 손상을 방지하도록 함으로서 사용 만족성을 가지는 단열 상자를 제공하기 위한 단열 상자용 원단에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 생선류나 고기류, 야채류와 같이 신선도가 유지되어야 하는 식품을 포장하거나 보온 식품 등을 포장하는 용도로 단열 상자를 사용하고 있다.
이와 같은 종래 단열 상자는 주로 스티로폼 상자를 이용하였다.
이러한 스티로폼 상자는 단열 효과가 우수하여 신선도 유지가 요구되는 식품이나 보온 식품 등의 포장에 적합한데 반하여, 다양한 크기로 제조하기 위해서는 그 크기에 맞는 금형을 별도로 제조하여야 하는 경제적 손실과 작업성이 저하되는 불편함이 있으며, 단열 상자의 부피가 커져 운반 및 보관시 공간 효율성이 떨어지는 문제점이 있었다.
이에 반해 골판지 재질의 포장 상자는 심지 양측에 표면지가 적층된 형태로 제조하기 때문에 다양한 크기로 제조할 수 있고, 운반 및 보관시 공간 효율성이 우수한 잇점은 있으나 단열 효과가 저하되어 신선 유지 식품이나 보온 식품의 포장에 적합하지 못한 문제점이 있었다.
이러한 문제점을 개선하고자 일본 공개특허공보 평08-276519호 및 평10-211928호에서는 종이 재질의 골판지 외표면에 알루미늄 증착층이나 합성수지층을 형성하여 단열 효과를 부가한 단열 상자가 개시되었다.
그러나 이러한 단열 상자는 골판지 외표면에 단순히 알루미늄 증착층이나 합성수지층을 단독으로 형성하는 정도이어서 골판지의 단열 효과가 극히 제한적으로 상승하는 효과만 얻기 때문에 종래 골판지 재질의 포장상자가 갖는 문제점을 근본적으로 해결하지 못함은 물론 그 밖의 다른 기능을 부여하지 못하는 한계를 갖고 있었다.
본 발명은 상기한 종래 기술이 갖는 제반 문제점을 해결하고자 발명된 것으로서, 종이 재질의 골판지 외표면에 단열성이 우수한 압축 우레탄폼층, 알루미늄 필름층, 합성수지재질의 투명수지 필름층을 층착한 다층 구조로 제공하여 생선류, 고기류, 야채류와 같은 신선도 유지 식품이나 보온 식품 등을 포장시 공기의 유통 차단 및 단열 기능으로 신선 보관 및 보온 유지 효과가 우수함은 물론 눈, 비에 의해 외부가 젖어버리는 손상과 외부 충격에 의한 충격 손상을 방지하도록 함으로서 사용 만족성을 가지는 단열상자를 제공할 수 있도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다.
이러한 본 발명은 지그 재그 형태로 접혀진 심지 양쪽으로 표면지가 적층되게 접착된 종이 재질의 골판지 외표면에 알루미늄필름층을 가지는 단열 상자용 원단에 있어서, 상기 골판지와 알루미늄 필름층사이에 압축우레탄폼층을 구성하고, 상기 알루미늄 필름층의 외표면에 합성수지 재질의 투명수지 필름층을 증착 형성하여 다층 구조로 구성함에 그 특징이 있다.
이러한 본 발명은 종이 재질의 골판지 외표면에 단열성이 우수한 압축 우레탄폼층, 알루미늄 필름층, 합성수지재질의 투명수지 필름층을 층착한 다층 구조로 제공하여 생선류, 고기류, 야채류와 같은 신선도 유지 식품이나 보온 식품 등을 포장시 공기의 유통 차단 및 단열 기능으로 신선 보관 및 보온 유지 효과가 우수함은 물론 눈, 비에 의해 외부가 젖어버리는 손상과 외부 충격에 의한 충격 손상을 방지하도록 함으로서 사용 만족성을 가지는 단열 상자를 제공하는 효과가 있다.

이하, 상기한 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예를 첨부도면을 참조하여 구체적으로 살펴보기로 한다.
본 발명 단열 상자용 원단은 도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 지그 재그 형태로 접혀진 심지(11) 양쪽으로 표면지(12)(12')가 적층되게 접착된 종이 재질의 골판지(10)를 이용하는 것이다.
이와 같은 종이 재질의 골판지(10)에 단열성을 더 부가한 것이다.
즉, 상기 골판지(10)의 외표면에 압축 우레탄 폼층(20), 상기 압축 우레탄 폼층 외측에 알루미늄 필름층(30), 상기 알루미늄 필름층 외측에 합성수지 재질의 투명수지 필름층(40)을 증착 형성하여 다층 구조로 구성하는 것이다.
상기 압축 우레탄 폼층(20)은 주로 고성능 단열재이고, 경질의 성질을 가지고 있어 상자 제조시 견고성 확보 및 외부 충격에 대한 완충 역활로 상자를 보호할 수 있게 됨은 물론 그 밖에 접착성, 제조 간편성 등의 기능을 제공하는 것이다.
그리고 상기 알루미늄 필름층(30)은 공기 유통을 차단하고, 단열 성능을 제공하므로 상기 우레탄 폼층과 함께 사용되어 단열 성능을 더욱 배가시키는 기능을 제공하는 것이다.
또한, 상기 합성수지재질의 투명수지 필름층(40)은 원단의 가장 외표면에서 마감 기능을 행하되, 전술한 소재가 갖는 공기의 유통 차단, 단열 성능과 함께 운반 또는 보관시 외부가 눈이나 비에 의해 젖게 되는 폐단도 막을 수 있는 기능과 내부에 인쇄된 인쇄물을 외부에서 쉽게 식별 가능하도록 하는 기능을 제공하는 것이다.
이와 같은 본 발명의 단열 상자용 원단은 슬림 구조로 필요한 형태로 간단히 재단하여 접는 방식으로 단열 상자를 제조하게 되므로 종래 스티로폼에 비해 다양한 크기 및 형태로 제조할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 운반 및 보관시 공간 효율성이 우수하고, 종래 골판지 재질에 비해 단열 효과가 우수함은 물론 그 밖에 다양한 기능을 부가적으로 갖게 되는 것이다.
특히, 본 발명은 종이 재질의 골판지 외표면에 단열성이 우수한 압축 우레탄폼층, 알루미늄 필름층, 합성수지재질의 투명수지 필름층을 층착한 다층 구조로 제공하므로서 생선류, 고기류, 야채류와 같은 신선도 유지 식품이나 보온 식품 등을 포장시 공기의 유통 차단 및 단열 기능으로 신선 보관 및 보온 상태 유지 보관 효과가 우수함은 물론 눈, 비에 의한 손상이나 외부 충격에 대한 충격 손상을 방지하게 되는 것이다.
