Definitions
- the present invention relates to a technique for collecting, tabulating, and displaying environmental information such as temperature, humidity, and illuminance using a sensor device.
- BEMS Building Energy Management System
- a technique for controlling an air conditioner using this BEMS technique is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
- Patent Document 2 various sensors such as a temperature sensor, an odor sensor, a humidity sensor, an infrared sensor, and an acceleration sensor are provided for a mobile phone. Based on each detection output, the state of the mobile phone is comprehensively determined, and operation control is performed according to the determined state. For example, when a temperature sensor detects a temperature above a predetermined temperature or below a predetermined temperature, a control command for controlling the output of a voice message asking whether to turn on the power of the air conditioner device and controlling the power on Is transmitted by short-range wireless transmission to remotely control the air conditioner device.
- a temperature sensor detects a temperature above a predetermined temperature or below a predetermined temperature
- a control command for controlling the output of a voice message asking whether to turn on the power of the air conditioner device and controlling the power on Is transmitted by short-range wireless transmission to remotely control the air conditioner device.
- Non-Patent Document 1 Measures that humans always wear sensing devices are steadily advancing, and research is being conducted to constantly measure pulse and temperature by using a bracelet (see, for example, Non-Patent Document 1). In addition, research is being conducted to measure the amount of face-to-face communication between people and the amount of speech by using infrared rays as a name tag type (see, for example, Non-Patent Document 2). Furthermore, research has been started to analyze the relationship between the communication pattern in the organization and productivity using a name tag type sensing device (for example, see Non-Patent Document 3).
- Patent Document 1 relates to energy management.
- each output system is associated with a floor or room of a building, which room is consumed, which floor is consumed. It is possible to grasp whether there is a large amount, etc., and to grasp energy consumption and environmental information for each room and building.
- a thermometer, a hygrometer, etc. are used for energy measurement.
- the inventors are conducting research to collect environmental information by directly sensing subjects belonging to the organization and manage the energy of the organization. In doing so, I realized that the organizational constraints that govern the activity space of the organization's target audience have a significant impact on energy management.
- energy management is generally performed by measuring and analyzing energy in units of places. Since stationary sensors such as thermometers and hygrometers used in Patent Document 1 are also often placed on a location basis, the organization administrator should grasp energy consumption and environmental information to reduce energy consumption. If employees are instructed to change the settings of devices such as air conditioners, organizational constraints will not surface. On the other hand, when environmental information is collected and energy management is performed by directly sensing the target persons belonging to the organization, it depends on where each target person is active in the organization. It often happens that it is not appropriate to perform energy management in units of locations.
- this is a case where a plurality of organizations exist in the same space.
- group A and group B exist in room 1.
- the leaders of each group are assumed to be leader a and leader b. Someone may be able to instruct all the employees of groups A and B, but it is generally the leader of each group that can give instructions to each employee.
- the leader a takes care of the environment, instructs the employee, and tries to use the air conditioner setting weakly. It is assumed that one leader b does not care about the environment.
- the person in group B may think that his / her group may use a little more energy and may increase the setting of the air conditioner.
- Group A will accept that it is inevitable that only his / her group will do their best.
- Another example is when an organization is divided into multiple locations or where operations are performed in different locations. For example, a group C that normally operates in the room 2 may naturally operate in the room 3 of another group D. Group C employees will not be motivated to reduce energy unless they are responsible for the room. Increasing the air conditioning settings can waste energy. An organization manager who conducts energy monitoring for each room instructs a person in group D who normally uses the space to reduce energy, but it cannot perform energy management efficiently.
- Patent Document 2 various sensors are provided for the mobile phone to perform energy management. However, it is intended for a place where one person is in one space, and no consideration is given to the situation where multiple people are in multiple spaces.

- the humidity information at the time is recorded. Similarly to the temperature, this is obtained by referring to the value of the humidity data RHUM in the table TIR1 of the sensor database SD1 and calculating the corresponding average value and mode value for one minute.
- the degree of worker activity is calculated by the following method and stored in the column ACTV.
- a time zone in which the frequency of acceleration exceeds a certain threshold value is set to an active state.
- the acceleration frequency is 2 Hz or more.
- this value varies depending on the type of person or business, and can be changed according to the situation.
- the first acceleration frequency calculation is a process for obtaining a frequency from acceleration data (TACC1) arranged in time series.
- the frequency is defined as the frequency of the wave per second, that is, an index representing the intensity of vibration.
- the frequency may be calculated by Fourier transform, in this embodiment, in order to simplify the calculation, a zero cross value is used as one corresponding to the frequency.
- the processing load on the server is reduced, which is also effective for an increase in the calculation amount of the server due to an increase in the number of sensor nodes.
- the zero-cross value is the number of times the time-series data value becomes zero within a certain period, more precisely, the time-series data is changed from a positive value to a negative value, or from a negative value to a positive value.
- the number of changes is counted. For example, when the period from when the acceleration value changes from positive to negative until the value changes again from positive to negative is regarded as one cycle, the vibration per second is calculated from the counted number of zero crossings. A number can be calculated.
- the vibration frequency per second calculated in this way can be used as an approximate frequency of acceleration.
- the sensor node SN0 of the present embodiment includes a triaxial acceleration sensor, one zero cross value is calculated by summing the zero cross values in the same triaxial direction.
- a fine pendulum motion in the left-right and front-back directions can be detected and used as an index representing the intensity of vibration.
- a value larger than a continuous data interval (that is, the original sensing interval) is set as the “certain period” for counting the zero-cross value. For example, the zero cross value per second and the zero cross value per minute are obtained.
- the zero cross value at each time and the vibration frequency in seconds calculated therefrom are generated on the memory or as a file as the acceleration list (BMA1).
- an activity determination (BMCB) is performed on this list (BMA1). As described above, it is determined here whether or not it is active based on whether or not the acceleration exceeds a certain threshold value.
- the list (BMA1) is sequentially scanned, and “1” is inserted in the determination value as an active state in a row where the frequency exceeds the threshold value, and “0” is inserted in the inactive state in a row below the frequency.
- an activity list (BMC 2) obtained in units of seconds as to whether or not it is active in each time zone is generated.
- the time before and after the threshold is active when it is above the threshold, and conversely, it is above the threshold at a certain moment, but the time before and after is below the threshold and actually active There can be nothing.
- a mechanism for removing such instantaneous noise is required.
- this list (BMC2) is subjected to noise removal (BMCC).
- the role of noise removal is to generate a series such as “0000000111111111” in which the instantaneous change is removed by adding the context to the time series change of the activity obtained above, for example, “0001000111111001111”. It is. By performing such noise removal processing, it is possible to calculate the activity in consideration of the time zones before and after that, and to grasp the activity more reflecting the actual situation.
- the process of removing noise can be performed by removing high-frequency components using a low-pass filter, a majority method will be described here as a simpler method. In this method, the determination is made one by one from the beginning to the end in chronological order.
- the i-th time zone is the target of determination.
- n is small, noise reflecting only the short time is removed, and if n is large, noise reflecting long time is removed.
- the degree of n depends on the type of person or business, but it is also possible to first remove fine noise with a small n and then remove a little longer noise with a large n again.
- This activity list (BMC 3) is data in units of seconds.
- a period totaling process BMCD for calculating the activity in a longer time unit can be performed.
- an example of calculating the activity in minutes from the activity in seconds is shown.
- One method is to count the number of seconds that have been active in one minute, and if that is greater than or equal to a threshold value, that one minute is considered to be active. For example, if it exceeds 50%, it is regarded as an active state.
- the worker activity level calculated in this way is stored in the column ACTV. If it is an active state, that is, if it is an active action, “1” is stored, and if it is an inactive action, “0” is stored.
- the column COMM information indicating whether or not the person has been faced at the corresponding time is stored. For example, “1” is stored when meeting and “0” is stored when not meeting.
- This information is obtained by referring to the column RIR of the table TIR1 of the sensor database SD1 and checking whether or not the identification ID of another worker has been detected.
- the number of seconds that have been in a face-to-face state during the corresponding one minute is totaled, and if it is equal to or greater than a threshold value, that one minute is regarded as a face-to-face state. For example, if it exceeds 50%, it is considered as a face-to-face state.
