背景技术
世界食品工业正在向天然、保健、方便的趋势发展，脱水果蔬因其符合天然、 绿色、 营养及携带方便、保质期长而越来越受到人们的欢迎； 中药材收获后也要 进行脱水储藏， 脱水后， 包装运输方便， 并可长期储存。 目前植物脱水一般采用 烘箱高温干燥的脱水工艺以及真空低温冻干工艺。本申请人发明了一种果蔬及中 草药植物二氧化碳脱水工艺， 并申报了国家发明专利。二氧化碳脱水工艺的重要 设备为脱水罐。 由于果蔬及中草药材植物繁多， 二氧化碳脱水工艺对脱水罐的要 求很高， 体积庞大， 耐压高， 还要求罐盖开闭方便。 发明内容
为了满足上述技术要求，本发明提供一种果蔬二氧化碳脱水罐自动开罐锁罐 装置， 它是利用液压缸或气压缸实现罐盖的开启和闭合， 同时利用另一只液压缸 或气压缸驱动罐盖转动， 以达到锁紧罐盖的功能。
