Abstract
본 발명은 대기압에서 소성가능한 구리 나노입자의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 구리 전구체 용액에 강염기성 저친핵체성 유기아민 또는 유기디아민을 첨가한 후 환원시키는 본 발명의 방법에 의해 제조된 구리 나노입자는 입자가 작고 균일하면서도 산소 분압이 있는 대기압 하에서 소성시에도 산화가 일어나지 않아 우수한 전기전도도를 나타낼 수 있어 고가의 은 입자를 대신하여 금속 잉크재료로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
