Claims (21)
- (a) 에폭시 수지 10~50중량%, 반응성 희석제 1~25중량%, 응집제, 0.1~15중량%, 무기물 충전제 1~20중량%, 촉진제 0.1~5중량%, 유화제 0.05~20중량% 및 물 10~85중량%를 포함하는 에폭시 수지 성분: 및
(b) 폴리아미드 5~50중량%, 아민 화합물 0.1~40중량%, 유화제 0.05~20중량%, 촉진제 0.1~10중량%, 및 물 5-50중량%를 포함하는 경화성분으로 이루어진 수성 에폭시 수지 조성물로서 상기 에폭시 수지 성분과 경화성분을 혼합한 조성물 100중량부에 유화제, 계면활성제 및 물로 이루어진 물 베이스를 10~1000 중량부 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 수지 성분 100중량부에 대하여 상기 경화성분이 5-200 중량부로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에서 있어서, 상기 반응성 희석제는 n-부틸글리시딜에테르, 알리파틱글리시딜에테르, 2-에틸헥실글리시딜에테르, 페닐글리시딜에테르, O-크레실글리시딜에테르, 노닐페닐글리시딜에테르, p-터트부틸페닐글리시딜에테르, 1.4-부탄디올디글리시딜에테르, 1.6-헥산디올디글리시딜에테르, 네오펜틸글리시딜에테르, 1.4-사이클로헥산디메틸올디글리시딜에테르, 폴리프로필렌글리콜디글리시딜에테르, 에틸렌글리콜디글리시딜에테르, 폴리에틸렌글리콜디글리시딜에테르, 디에틸렌글리콜디글리시딜에테르, 레조어사이놀디글리시딜에테르, 하이드로겐네이트비스페놀에이글리시딜에테르, 트리메틸올프로펜트리글리시딜에티르, 글리세롤폴리글리시딜에테르, 디글리세롤폴리글리시딜에테르, 펜테리트리톨폴리글리시딜에테르, 케스톨글리시딜에테르, 서비톨폴리글리시딜에테르, 네오케녹에시드글리시딜에테르, 디글리시딜-1.2-사이클로핵산디카복실레이트, 디글리시딜-O-프탈레이트, n,n-디글리시딜아민, n,n-디글리시딜-O-톨루디엔, 트리글리시딜-p-아미노페놀, 테트라글리시딜-디아미노디페닐메탄, 트리글리시딜-이소시아네이트, 1.4-부탄디올디글리시딜에테르, 1.6-헥산디올디글리시딜에테르, 폴리프러필렌글리시딜디글리시딜에테르 및 트리에틸롤프로펜트리글리시딜에테르로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 응집제는 실리콘 디옥사이드, 에어로질, 벤토나이트 나노입자, 실리카 나노입자, 화이트카본, 실리케이트 및 아소베스트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기물 충전제는 탄산칼슘, 탈크, 중탄, 쎄라믹, 점토, 실리카 및 백운석으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉진제는 페놀, 노닐페놀, 3급아민, 디브틸틴디아세데이트, 스텐너스옥데이트, 디브틸틴디라우레이트, 모노브틸틴옥사이드, 모노브틸틴클로라이드디하이드록시드, 부틸틴트리(2-에틸헥산네이트), 디브틸틴멜라이트, 포테이즘옥데이트, 비스므스트리-2-에틸헥산네이트 및 벤질트리에틸암모니윰클로라이드으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유화제는 폴리옥시에틸렌 및 폴리옥시프로필렌의 공중합체, 폴리옥시에틸렌 및 폴리옥틸페닐에테르의 공중합체 및 소디움도데실벤젠설파이드로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드는 중량평균분자량이 1,000~5,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아민 화합물은 폴리옥시프로필렌 디아민, 트리에틸렌 테트라아민, 디에틸렌 트리아민, 이소포론 디아민, 메타크실렌 디아민, 메타페닐렌 디아민, 디메틸 아민, 디아미노 디페닐 설폰 아민, 디에틸렌 아미노 프로필 아민 및 멘탄 디아민으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항의 수성 에폭시 수지 조성물 100 중량부; 및 시멘트 5-500 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 표면 코팅용 수성 에폭시 수지 코팅제 및 프라이머제 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 시멘트는 포틀랜드 시멘트, 기경성 시멘트, 수경성 시멘트, 내산 시멘트, 중용열 시멘트, 조강 시멘트, 저열 시멘트, 내황산 시멘트, 고로슬래그 시멘트, 플라이애시 시멘트, 포틀랜드 포졸란 (실리카) 시멘트, 백색 시멘트, 팽창질석 시멘트, 팽창성 수경 시멘트, 메이슨리 시멘트, 초조강 시멘트, 초속경 시멘트, 방통 시멘트 및 유정 시멘트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 표면 코팅용 수성 에폭시 수지 코팅제 및 프라이머제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항의 수성 에폭시 수지 조성물 100 중량부; 및 금속 분말 5-500 중량부를 포함하는 금속 표면 코팅용 수성 에폭시 수지 코팅제 및 프라이머제 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서 상기 금속 분말은 아연, 알루미늄, 망간, 카드늄, 니켈, 마그네슘, 주석 및 그 합금의 분말, 그 합금의 산화분말 및 철 합금으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 표면 코팅용 수성 에폭시 수지 코팅제 및 프라이머제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항의 수성 에폭시 수지 조성물 100 중량부; 시멘트 혼합물 50-500 중량부; 및 규사 100-1000 중량부를 포함하는 수성 에폭시 수지 모르타르제 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 시멘트 혼합물은 시멘트 분말 10-30 중량%, 알루미나 시멘트 분말 40-80 중량% 및 수산화칼슘 5-30 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 에폭시 수지 모르타르제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항의 수성 에폭시 수지 조성물 100 중량부; 및 무기물 충전제 5-500 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 에폭시 수지 접착제 조성물.
- 콘크리트 표면의 요철 또는 레이탄스를 제거 정리하는 단계; 및
상기 콘크리트 표면상에 제10항에 따른 콘크리트 표면 코팅용 수성 에폭시 수지 코팅제 및 프라이머제 조성물을 도포하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 표면 코팅 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 콘크리트 표면 코팅용 수성 에폭시 수지 코팅제 및 프라이머제 조성물을 콘크리트 표면상에 도포한 후에 동일한 조성물을 중도 및 상도를 진행하여 도포하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 표면 코팅 방법.
- 금속 표면의 녹 또는 요철면을 제거 정리하는 단계; 및
상기 금속 표면상에 제12항에 따른 금속 표면 코팅용 수성 에폭시 수지 코팅제 및 프라이머제 조성물을 도포하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 표면 코팅 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 금속 표면 코팅용 수성 에폭시 수지 코팅제 및 프라이머제 조성물을 금속 표면상에 도포한 후에 동일한 조성물을 중도 및 상도를 진행하여 도포하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 표면 코팅 방법.
- 콘크리트 표면의 요철 또는 레이탄스를 제거 정리하는 단계; 및
상기 콘크리트 표면상에 제14항에 따른 수성 에폭시 수지 모르타르제 조성물을 도포하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 표면 모르타르 시공 방법.
