本发明涉及一种水性环氧树脂涂料,按照重量百分比的原料包括:环氧树脂E51 13~20%,环氧树脂E20 12~20%,乙二醇二缩水甘油醚1~4%,聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚1~4%,C12‑14脂肪缩水甘油醚12~17%,丙二醇甲醚1~3%,间苯二胺5~10%,聚氧乙烯二胺10~15%,水10~16%,水性润湿剂0.3~1.2%,水性流平剂0.1~0.8%,纳米TiO23~7%,纳米Si022~6%。稀释均匀,固化后的涂膜光泽柔和,性能优良。

水性环氧树脂涂料
技术领域
本发明属于化工涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种水性环氧树脂涂料。
背景技术
近些年来,环境保护的要求日益迫切和严格,许多国家因此相继颁发了有关控制VOC(挥发性有机化合物, Volatile Organic Compound)的法令。由于环保法规不断强化促使涂料工业加速发展,其中发展最快的是水性涂料、粉末涂料、高固体分涂料和辐射固化涂料,其中由于溶剂价格的上涨以及环境保护法规的限制,使得以水作为溶剂成为涂料发展的一个热点。开发既不含VOC或不含HAP(有害空气污染物, Hazardous Air Pollutants)的系统成为新的研究方向水性环氧树脂涂料具有无污染、安全无毒、施工工具易于清洗等优点,可替代目前广泛使用的溶剂型涂料,具有很大的经济效益和发展前景。中国专利《一种水性环氧树脂涂料》(申请公布号:CN 105331252 A;申请公布日:2016.02.17)公开了一种水性环氧树脂涂料,不含甲苯、二甲苯之类的挥发性有机溶剂,不会造成环境污染,没有失火的隐患,但是稀释得到的涂料均匀度较差,固化后的涂膜光泽暗淡,性能也有待提高。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种水性环氧树脂涂料,稀释均匀,固化后的涂膜光泽柔和,性能优良。
为了实现以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种水性环氧树脂涂料,按照重量百分比的原料包括:环氧树脂E51 13~20%,环氧树脂E20 12~20%,乙二醇二缩水甘油醚1~4%,聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚1~4%,C12-14脂肪缩水甘油醚12~17%,丙二醇甲醚1~3%,间苯二胺5~10%,聚氧乙烯二胺10~15%,水10~16%,水性润湿剂0.3~1.2%,水性流平剂0.1~0.8%,纳米TiO23~7%,纳米Si022~6%。
优选的,所述的水性环氧树脂涂料,按照重量百分比的原料包括:环氧树脂E5116%,环氧树脂E20 16%,乙二醇二缩水甘油醚2%,聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚3%,C12-14脂肪缩水甘油醚15%,丙二醇甲醚2%,间苯二胺8%,聚氧乙烯二胺13%,水14%,水性润湿剂0.8%,水性流平剂0.2%,纳米TiO25%,纳米Si025%。
本发明的技术效果在于:乙二醇二缩水甘油醚和聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚为双官能团环氧活性稀释剂,其中乙二醇二缩水甘油醚提高涂料的柔软性,聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚不仅柔软性好而且还赋予树脂材料柔性、伸长率和提高冲击强度;加入的C12-14 脂肪缩水甘油醚使得环氧树脂E51、环氧树脂E20在增韧性上大幅度领先其他改性剂,增强涂料的耐磨损性能;丙二醇甲醚为无空气污染的醇醚类溶剂,其改善水性环氧涂料的成膜;纳米TiO2能够降解空气中的有害有机物,具有光催化性能和超亲水性、超亲油性,不仅能杀死环境中的细菌、能降解由细菌释放出的有毒复合物,而且还具有自清洁效应,提高涂料的防污、防雾性能。采用上述配比得到的涂料,稀释后较为均匀,对大多基材具有良好的附着力,即使是潮湿的基材表面同样有良好的粘结性,固化后的涂膜光泽柔和,质感好。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1:一种水性环氧树脂涂料,按照重量百分比的原料包括:环氧树脂E5116%,环氧树脂E20 16%,乙二醇二缩水甘油醚2%,聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚3%,C12-14脂肪缩水甘油醚15%,丙二醇甲醚2%,间苯二胺8%,聚氧乙烯二胺13%,水14%,水性润湿剂0.8%,水性流平剂0.2%,纳米TiO25%,纳米Si025%。
采用上述配比得到的涂料,稀释后较为均匀,对大多基材具有良好的附着力,即使是潮湿的基材表面同样有良好的粘结性,固化后的涂膜光泽柔和,质感好。
实施例2:一种水性环氧树脂涂料,按照重量百分比的原料包括:环氧树脂E5115%,环氧树脂E20 17%,乙二醇二缩水甘油醚2%,聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚4%,C12-14脂肪缩水甘油醚14%,丙二醇甲醚1%,间苯二胺7%,聚氧乙烯二胺13%,水13%,水性润湿剂0.9%,水性流平剂0.1%,纳米TiO27%,纳米Si026%。
采用上述配比得到的涂料,稀释后较为均匀,对大多基材具有良好的附着力,即使是潮湿的基材表面同样有良好的粘结性,固化后的涂膜光泽柔和,质感好。
实施例3:一种水性环氧树脂涂料,按照重量百分比的原料包括:环氧树脂E5116%,环氧树脂E20 14%,乙二醇二缩水甘油醚2%,聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚4%,C12-14脂肪缩水甘油醚15%,丙二醇甲醚1%,间苯二胺7%,聚氧乙烯二胺13%,水14%,水性润湿剂0.9%,水性流平剂0.1%,纳米TiO27%,纳米Si026%。
采用上述配比得到的涂料,稀释后较为均匀,对大多基材具有良好的附着力,即使是潮湿的基材表面同样有良好的粘结性,固化后的涂膜光泽柔和,质感好。

1.一种水性环氧树脂涂料,其特征在于,按照重量百分比的原料包括:环氧树脂E51 13~20%,环氧树脂E20 12~20%,乙二醇二缩水甘油醚1~4%,聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚1~4%,C12-14脂肪缩水甘油醚12~17%,丙二醇甲醚1~3%,间苯二胺5~10%,聚氧乙烯二胺10~15%,水10~16%,水性润湿剂0.3~1.2%,水性流平剂0.1~0.8%,纳米TiO23~7%,纳米Si022~6%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性环氧树脂涂料,其特征在于,按照重量百分比的原料包括:环氧树脂E51 16%,环氧树脂E20 16%,乙二醇二缩水甘油醚2%,聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚3%,C12-14脂肪缩水甘油醚15%,丙二醇甲醚2%,间苯二胺8%,聚氧乙烯二胺13%,水14%,水性润湿剂0.8%,水性流平剂0.2%,纳米TiO25%,纳米Si025%。
