本发明涉及一种高光水性环氧树脂,按照重量百分比的原料包括:酚醛型环氧树脂占比13‑20%,硅溶胶改性环氧树脂占比12‑20%,KH560硅烷偶联剂3‑5%,WS702表面活性剂3‑5%,乙二醇丙醚占比3‑8%,BYK‑410流变剂占比3‑8%,BYK‑012消泡剂3‑8%,间苯二胺占比5‑10%,聚氧乙烯二胺占比10‑15%,水占比10‑16%,水性润湿剂占比0.3‑1.2%,水性流平剂占比0.1‑0.8%,纳米二氧化钛占比3‑7%,纳米二氧化硅占比2‑6%。本发明与现有技术相比优点在于:稀释后较为均匀,对大多基材具有良好的附着力,即使是潮湿的基材表面同样有良好的粘结性,固化后的涂膜光泽柔和,质感好。

技术领域
本发明涉及环氧树脂技术领域,特别涉及一种高光水性环氧树脂。
背景技术
由于环保法规不断强化促使涂料工业加速发展,其中发展最快的是水性涂料、粉末涂料、高固体分涂料和辐射固化涂料,其中由于溶剂价格的上涨以及环境保护法规的限制,使得以水作为溶剂成为涂料发展的一个热点。
现有的环氧树脂不含甲苯、二甲苯之类的挥发性有机溶剂,不会造成环境污染,没有失火的隐患,但是稀释得到的涂料均匀度较差,固化后的涂膜光泽暗淡,性能也有待提高。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种高光水性环氧树脂,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种高光水性环氧树脂,按照重量百分比的原料包括:酚醛型环氧树脂占比13-20%,硅溶胶改性环氧树脂占比12-20%,KH560硅烷偶联剂3-5%,WS702表面活性剂3-5%,乙二醇丙醚占比3-8%,BYK-410流变剂占比3-8%,BYK-012消泡剂3-8%,间苯二胺占比5-10%,聚氧乙烯二胺占比10-15%,水占比10-16%,水性润湿剂占比0.3-1.2%,水性流平剂占比0.1-0.8%,纳米二氧化钛占比3-7%,纳米二氧化硅占比2-6%。
作为改进:按照重量百分比的原料包括:酚醛型环氧树脂占比13%,硅溶胶改性环氧树脂占比12%,KH560硅烷偶联剂3%,WS702表面活性剂3%,乙二醇丙醚占比3%,BYK-410流变剂占比3%,BYK-012消泡剂3%,间苯二胺占比5%,聚氧乙烯二胺占比10%,水占比10%,水性润湿剂占比0.3%,水性流平剂占比0.1%,纳米二氧化钛占比3%,纳米二氧化硅占比2%。
本发明与现有技术相比优点在于:硅溶胶改性环氧树脂是采用硅溶胶作为改性剂改性得到的,它与酚醛型环氧树脂复合能够增加水性环氧树脂组合物的干性、硬度、耐水、耐酸、耐碱以及光泽度。同时硅溶胶的存在,本身具有高活性的吸附作用,且热稳定性好,化学性质稳定、有较高的机械强度等优点,能够通过物理方式吸附水性环氧树脂组合物中的水分,提高水性环氧组合物的干度,同时其还具有疏水、消泡、泡沫稳定、防粘、润滑、上光等各项优异性能。此外,KH560硅烷偶联剂内含有的有机官能团是双键,它既能与水性环氧树脂反应,又可以和硅溶胶发生缩聚,随着KH560含量的增加,在与其他填料、稀释剂等一起作用,大大提高了后期制得的涂料的干性、硬度、耐水、耐酸、耐碱以及光泽度。

下面结合实施例来进一步说明本发明的具体实施方式。
实施例1:一种水性环氧树脂涂料,按照重量百分比的原料包括:酚醛型环氧树脂占比13%,硅溶胶改性环氧树脂占比12%,KH560硅烷偶联剂3%,WS702表面活性剂3%,乙二醇丙醚占比3%,BYK-410流变剂占比3%,BYK-012消泡剂3%,间苯二胺占比5%,聚氧乙烯二胺占比10%,水占比10%,水性润湿剂占比0.3%,水性流平剂占比0.1%,纳米二氧化钛占比3%,纳米二氧化硅占比2%。
采用上述配比得到的涂料,稀释后较为均匀,对大多基材具有良好的附着力,即使是潮湿的基材表面同样有良好的粘结性,固化后的涂膜光泽柔和,质感好。
实施例2:一种水性环氧树脂涂料,按照重量百分比的原料包括:酚醛型环氧树脂占比15%,硅溶胶改性环氧树脂占比14%,KH560硅烷偶联剂7%,WS702表面活性剂7%,乙二醇丙醚占比5%,BYK-410流变剂占比5%,BYK-012消泡剂5%,间苯二胺占比7%,聚氧乙烯二胺占比13%,水占比15%,水性润湿剂占比0.8%,水性流平剂占比0.5%,纳米二氧化钛占比4%,纳米二氧化硅占比4%。
采用上述配比得到的涂料,稀释后较为均匀,对大多基材具有良好的附着力,即使是潮湿的基材表面同样有良好的粘结性,固化后的涂膜光泽柔和,质感好。
实施例3:一种水性环氧树脂涂料,按照重量百分比的原料包括:酚醛型环氧树脂占比16%,硅溶胶改性环氧树脂占比15%,KH560硅烷偶联剂8%,WS702表面活性剂8%,乙二醇丙醚占比5%,BYK-410流变剂占比6%,BYK-012消泡剂6%,间苯二胺占比8%,聚氧乙烯二胺占比14%,水占比16%,水性润湿剂占比0.9%,水性流平剂占比0.7%,纳米二氧化钛占比5%,纳米二氧化硅占比5%。
采用上述配比得到的涂料,稀释后较为均匀,对大多基材具有良好的附着力,即使是潮湿的基材表面同样有良好的粘结性,固化后的涂膜光泽柔和,质感好。

1.一种高光水性环氧树脂,其特征在于:按照重量百分比的原料包括:酚醛型环氧树脂占比13-20%,硅溶胶改性环氧树脂占比12-20%,KH560硅烷偶联剂3-5%,WS702表面活性剂3-5%,乙二醇丙醚占比3-8%,BYK-410流变剂占比3-8%,BYK-012消泡剂3-8%,间苯二胺占比5-10%,聚氧乙烯二胺占比10-15%,水占比10-16%,水性润湿剂占比0.3-1.2%,水性流平剂占比0.1-0.8%,纳米二氧化钛占比3-7%,纳米二氧化硅占比2-6%。
