车载饮水机主体 8主要包括集成在一起的加热装置、水泵组件以及临时 蓄水单元。 水泵组件将蓄水箱 13 中的水抽吸到临时蓄水单元, 该临时蓄水 单元中的水一部分进入到加热装置进行加热, 以能够通过热出水管 9供应热 水, 而冷出水管 9则直接连接于临时蓄水单元, 以能够直接供应冷水。 车载 饮水机主体 8的形状与汽车仪表板 1的凹腔 3的形状需要相互适应,在实际 生产中, 为了适应汽车驾驶区的前风挡玻璃、 刮水器等部件的结构布置, 车 载饮水机主体 8可以开发成特殊形状, 并具有一定的储水空间。
所述汽车仪表板 1通常包括可拆卸的电器检修封板 5, 这样在将车载饮 水机 8安装进凹腔 3内后, 可以通过封板将凹腔 3的所述开放部封闭, 以更 好地保护车载饮水机 8, 并且能够改善汽车内部的美观性。 该电器检修封板 5封盖凹腔 3的安装方式, 例如可以将电器检修封板 5通过铰链可枢转地安 装到汽车仪表板 1上, 也可以通过卡式结构将电器检修封板 5安装到汽车仪 表板 1上。 更特别地, 与车载饮水机 8安装在具有侧壁开放部的凹腔 3内的 布置结构相适应, 为了提供饮水机 3的供水功能, 本发明实施例对该电器检 修封板 5进行相应的结构设计, 具体地, 如图 1和 2所示, 该电器检修封板 5上形成有接水凹口部 14, 即该电器检修封板 5上具有向内凹入的凹坑, 这 样, 可以使得车载饮水机 8的出水管 9穿过该接水凹口部 14的侧壁, 并在 该出水管 9上安装水龙头 15 (图 3中更清楚地显示)。 从而, 当汽车乘客接 水时, 可以将容器 (例如杯子) 放置到所述接水凹口部 14 内并位于水龙头 15的正下方, 打开水龙头 15, 便可接水。 如上所述, 出水管 9包括两根, 即热水和冷水出水管, 相应地, 水龙头 15也需要设置两个。 当然, 在接水 凹口部 14的空间允许的情形下, 冷、 热出水管 9的数量可以变化, 例如各 设置有多个, 以满足多名乘客同时接水。
此外, 电器检修封板 5上还集成化安装有车载饮水机 8的操作面板 6, 该操作面板 6安装在接水凹口部 14的旁边, 以便于对车载饮水机 8进行操 作。操作面板 6上设置有饮水机开关和指示灯 16, 具体地, 主要设置有电源 开关、 加热开关、 水泵开关、 指示灯等。 相应地, 所述车载饮水机主体 8的 电路也可以集成在汽车仪表板总成 10的凹腔 3内, 例如汽车仪表板 1可以 包括相应的电线通道 (附图未显示), 以能够将车载饮水机主体 8中的相应 部件(例如加热装置或水泵组件中的微型电机)经由操作面板 6上的加热开 关、 电源开关、 水泵开关、 指示灯等电连接到电源(例如蓄电池)上。 当然, 也并不限于此, 例如还可以将电线通道开设在汽车地板 11上。 此外, 有关 电路的连接形式是公知的, 本领域技术人员可以想到多种电路连接形式, 因 此对比不再赘述。
在此需要说明的是, 凹腔 3并不限于图 1和图 2所示的形状, 在本发明 实施例的技术构思范围内可以有多种变型结构形状, 例如, 上述凹腔 3可以 不成形为图中所示的具有弧度的形状, 而是成形为方形凹腔等, 这样也同样 能够实现安装车载饮水机主体 8的目的。在本发明实施例的技术构思范围内, 凹腔 3的形状可以进行各种变型, 只要能够满足安装目的即可。
下面描述本发明实施例的集成有车载饮水机的汽车仪表板总成的操作。 如图 1和图 2所示, 本发明实施例提供的汽车仪表板总成 10包括所述 汽车仪表板 1, 在该仪表板 1一侧的汽车操作仪器安装区 2安装有各类车用 操作仪器件 7, 例如里程表、 车速表、 各类车灯的按钮、 空调按钮等。 在汽 车仪表板 1另一侧的凹腔 3内容纳有车载饮水机主体 8。 首先启动操作面板 6上的电源开关, 此时电源指示灯亮, 代表已经对饮水机供电。 从而能够通 过启动水泵开关驱动水泵组件将蓄水箱 13 中的水供应到车载饮水机主体 8 中的临时蓄水单元。临时蓄水单元中的水部分进入车载饮水机主体 8中的加 热装置, 启动操作面板 6上的加热开关对水进行加热。 此后, 乘客可以通过 开关相应的水龙头 15选择取用热水或冷水。
与上述集成式汽车仪表板总成 10的技术方案相适应, 为充分保护本发 明实施例的技术构思, 本发明实施例还提供一种汽车仪表板 1, 该汽车仪表 板 1的一侧为汽车操作仪器安装区 2, 其中, 汽车仪表板 1还包括位于该汽 车仪表板另一侧的凹腔 3, 该凹腔 3适于容纳车载饮水机的主体 8, 所述凹 腔 3具有开放部, 该开放部在所述汽车仪表板 1安装在汽车上的状态下朝向 所述汽车的后部,凹腔 3的开放部通过汽车仪表板 1的电器检修封板 5封闭, 该电器检修封板 5上设置有接水凹口部 14, 该接水凹口部 14的侧壁上设置 有通孔, 该通孔主要是供饮水机主体 8的出水管 9穿过的, 其它特征在上文 中已经详细阐述, 因此不再赘述。
此外, 本发明实施例提供一种汽车, 该汽车包括上述独特结构的汽车仪 表板总成 10。
由上描述可见, 由于本发明实施例的汽车仪表板 1采用了独创性的凹腔 3结构以及相应的电器检修封板 5的配套结构, 因此能够集成化地将车载饮 水机 8安装在汽车仪表板 1内, 最大限度地提高了汽车内部空间的利用率, 使得汽车内部的布置紧凑, 相对增大了汽车内部的空间, 从而改善了汽车乘 坐的舒适性和车辆运营的经济性, 同时, 由于车载饮水机 8内置在汽车仪表 板 1内部, 因此不容易被乘员碰到, 这有利于保护车载饮水机 8, 使得车载 饮水机 8不容易受到损坏, 从而延长了车载饮水机 8的使用寿命。 此外, 在 这种集成化安装方式下, 不仅非常方便乘客取水用水, 而且车载饮水机的安 装和检修也非常方便, 只需打开电器检修封板 5, 即可方便地安装或检修车 载饮水机。 以上参照附图描述了本发明实施例的优选实施方式,但是本发明实施例 并不限于上述具体实施方式。 在本发明实施例的技术构思范围, 本发明实施 例的汽车仪表板可以进行多种简单变型, 例如简单改变所述凹腔 3的形状、 将车载饮水机 8通过粘接方式固定到汽车地板 11上等等, 这些简单变型均 属于本发明实施例的保护范围。 此外, 上述具体实施方式中的技术特征, 在 符合本发明实施例的目的的情形下, 可以进行任意组合, 本发明实施例的保 护范围由权利要求限定。

Claims

权利要求书
1. 一种汽车仪表板, 该汽车仪表板(1) 的一侧为汽车操作仪器安装区
(2), 其中, 所述汽车仪表板 (1) 还包括位于该汽车仪表板另一侧的凹腔
(3), 该凹腔 (3) 适于容纳车载饮水机的主体 (8), 所述凹腔 (3) 具有开 放部, 该开放部在所述汽车仪表板 (1) 安装在汽车上的状态下朝向所述汽 车的后部, 所述凹腔 (3) 的开放部通过所述汽车仪表板 (1) 的电器检修封 板 (5) 可拆卸地封闭。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的汽车仪表板, 其中, 所述电器检修封板 (5) 上还设置有接水凹口部 (14), 该接水凹口部 (14) 的侧壁上设置有通孔。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的汽车仪表板, 其中,所述汽车仪表板(1) 由工程塑料制成。
4. 一种集成式汽车仪表板总成, 该汽车仪表板总成 (10) 包括汽车仪 表板 (1), 该汽车仪表板 (1) 的一侧为汽车操作仪器安装区 (2), 该汽车 操作仪器安装区 (2) 安装有汽车操作仪器件 (7), 其中,
所述汽车仪表板 (1) 还包括位于该汽车仪表板另一侧的凹腔 (3), 该 凹腔 (3) 具有开放部, 该开放部在所述汽车仪表板 (1) 安装在汽车上的状 态下朝向所述汽车的后部, 所述凹腔(3)的开放部通过所述汽车仪表板(1) 的电器检修封板 (5) 可拆卸地封闭; 以及
所述汽车仪表板总成(10)还包括车载饮水机, 该车载饮水机包括容纳 在所述凹腔 (3) 内的车载饮水机主体 (8), 该车载饮水机主体 (8) 与蓄水 箱 (13) 连通, 并且该车载饮水机主体 (8) 的出水管 (9)连接到位于所述 汽车仪表板 (1) 外部的水龙头 (15)。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的汽车仪表板总成, 其中, 所述电器检修封板 (5) 上设置有接水凹口部 (14), 所述车载饮水机主体 (8) 的出水管 (9) 穿过所述接水凹口部 (14) 的侧壁而伸入到该接水凹口部 (14) 内, 所述出 水管 (9) 连接到位于所述接水凹口部 (14) 内的所述水龙头 (15)。
6. 根据权利要求 4所述的汽车仪表板总成, 其中, 所述车载饮水机的 操作面板 (6) 设置在所述电器检修封板 (5) 上。
7. 根据权利要求 4所述的汽车仪表板总成, 其中, 所述车载饮水机主 体 (8) 包括加热装置和水泵组件。
8. 根据权利要求 4所述的汽车仪表板总成, 其中, 所述车载饮水机主 体 (8) 通过进水管 (12) 连接到位于汽车地板 (11) 下方的蓄水箱 (13) 上。
9. 根据权利要求 4至 8中任一项所述的汽车仪表板总成, 其中, 所述 凹腔(3) 的底部开放, 所述车载饮水机主体(8) 固定到汽车地板(11)上。
10. 一种汽车, 其中, 该汽车包括权利要求 4至 9中任一项所述的汽车 仪表板总成。
