Abstract

본 발명은 올리빈 결정구조를 가지고 있고 카본(C)이 리튬 철인산화물의 입자 표면에 코팅되어 있는 리튬 철인산화물로서, 상기 리튬 철인산화물의 분말을 물에 1시간 동안 분산시킨 후의 분산액으로부터 물을 제거한 리튬 철인산화물 잔류물에 대해 정량 분석하였을 때, 카본이 코팅된 리튬 철인산화물 총 무게 대비 카본이 박피되어 생성되는 리튬 철인산화물의 무게 비율이 0.005 wt% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 철인산화물을 제공한다. 이러한 리튬 철인산화물은 물에 대한 용출량이 매우 적은 상태로 카본이 입자 표면에 코팅되어 있어서, 리튬 철인산화물의 입자 표면에 대한 균일한 박막 코팅에 의해 전극 제조과정에서 잘 분리되지 않을 뿐만 아니라, 전도성 및 밀도가 우수하다는 장점이 있다.
