Abstract

본 발명은 올리빈 결정구조의 리튬 철인산화물로서, 상기 리튬 철인산화물은 하기 화학식 1의 조성을 가지며, 황(S)을 소정량 함유한 상태에서 카본(C)이 상기 리튬 철인산화물의 입자 표면에 코팅되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 올리빈형 리튬 철인산화물을 제공한다. Li1+aFe1-xMx(PO4-b)Xb (1) (상기 식에서, M, X, a, x 및 b는 명세서에서 정의된 바와 같다.)
