Abstract

본 고안은 자동 혼합 화장품 용기에 대한 것으로, 두 종류의 화장품을 혼합수단으로 교반하여 화장품이 균일하게 혼합되도록 하는 자동 혼합 화장품용기에 관한 것이다. 본 고안은 본체와 뚜껑으로 이루어지는 용기와, 상기 본체의 내부에 회전가능하게 설치된 내통과, 상기 내통의 내면에 설치되어 내용물을 교반시키는 돌기와, 상기 내통의 하부에 설치되어 상기 내통을 회전시키도록 구비된 구동모터와, 상기 구동모터와 상기 내통 사이에 설치된 축이음과, 상기 구동모터에 전원을 공급하는 전원공급부와, 상기 구동모터를 작동시키는 작동인터페이스부를 포함하는 자동 혼합 화장품용기를 제공한다.

Description

자동 혼합 화장품 용기
본 고안은 자동 혼합 화장품 용기에 대한 것으로, 두 종류의 저점도 화장품을 혼합수단으로 교반하여 화장품이 균일하게 혼합되도록 하는 자동 혼합 화장품용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 화장품은 단일한 상(phase)으로 이루어지지만 기능성 화장품의 빈도가 높아짐에 따라 비중이 다른 여러 액체를 혼합한 화장품이 출시되고 있다. 더욱이 필요에 따라 파우더층이 물층 또는 오일층에 포함되어 사용되는 경우가 종종 있다.
이와 같이 비중이 다르거나 서로 다른 제형으로 이루어진 화장품은 사용시 용기를 손으로 흔들어 혼합하여 사용하였다.
하지만 상기 비중이 다르거나 서로 다른 제형으로 이루어진 화장품의 경우 손으로 흔들 때 관성에 의해서 혼합되기 때문에 힘이 약한 여성이 흔들 경우 충분히 혼합되지 않는 문제점이 있다.
특히 용기의 배출부가 통상적으로 용기의 상부에 위치하므로 배출되는 내용물은 관성의 영향을 적게 받는 충분히 혼합되지 못한 상부의 내용물이 주로 배출되기 때문에 더더욱 혼합이 부족하게 되는 문제점이 있다.
따라서 본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서, 내부에 회전가능하고 내면에 돌기가 형성된 내통을 구비하여 난류를 형성시키므로 화장품이 균일하게 혼합될 수 있도록 자동 혼합 화장품용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
또한 본 고안은 타이머를 설치하여 주기적으로 혼합수단으로 내용물을 교반시키므로 내용물이 고화되는 것을 미연에 방지하도록 된 자동 혼합 화장품용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
본 고안은 본체와 뚜껑으로 이루어지는 용기와, 상기 본체의 내부에 회전가능하게 설치된 내통과, 상기 내통의 하부에 설치되어 상기 내통을 회전시키도록 구비된 구동모터와, 상기 구동모터와 상기 내통 사이에 설치된 축이음과, 상기 구동모터에 전원을 공급하는 전원공급부와, 상기 구동모터를 작동시키는 작동인터페이스부를 포함하는 자동 혼합 화장품용기를 제공한다.
여기서 상기 내통의 내면에 설치되어 내용물을 교반시키기 위하여 돌기가 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한 상기 돌기는 반구형 형상으로 이루어지는 것이 더욱 바람직하다.
아울러 상기 구동모터는 작동시간을 제어하는 타이머를 더 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.
또한 상기 축이음은 상기 구동모터로부터 상기 내통에 전달되는 동력을 단속할 수 있는 클러치인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 혼합 화장품 용기.
상기와 같이 본 고안에 따른 자동 혼합 화장품용기는 내부에 회전가능하고 내면에 돌기가 형성된 내통을 구비하여 난류를 형성시키므로 화장품이 균일하게 혼합되는 효과가 있다.
또한 본 고안에 따른 자동 혼합 화장품용기는 타이머를 설치하여 주기적으로 혼합수단으로 내용물을 교반시키므로 내용물이 고화되는 것을 미연에 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
도 1은 본 고안의 일실시예에 따른 자동 혼합 화장품용기를 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 2는 본 고안의 일실시예에 따른 자동 혼합 화장품용기를 나타내는 단면도이다.
본 고안에 따른 자동 혼합 화장품용기의 일실시예를 첨부도면을 참조하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안의 일실시예에 따른 자동 혼합 화장품용기는 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 본체(12)와 뚜껑(14)으로 이루어지는 용기(10)와, 상기 본체(12)의 내부에 회전가능하게 설치된 내통(20)과, 상기 내통(20)의 내면에 설치되어 내용물을 교반시키는 돌기(22)와, 상기 내통(20)의 하부에 설치되어 상기 내통(20)을 회전시키도록 구비된 구동모터(40)와, 상기 구동모터(40)와 상기 내통(20) 사이에 설치된 축이음(44)과, 상기 구동모터(40)에 전원을 공급하는 전원공급부(50)와, 상기 구동모터(40)를 작동시키는 작동인터페이스부(60)를 포함한다.
용기(10)는 하부에 별도의 공간(16)이 형성된 컵 형상의 본체(12)와, 상기 본체(12)의 상부에 결합되는 뚜껑(14)으로 이루어지며, 상기 본체(12)와 상기 뚜껑(14)은 내용물이 누설되지 않도록 밀봉되는 것이 바람직하다. 상기 본체(12)의 바닥은 상기 용기(10)를 안착시킬 때 전도되지 않도록 상기 하부에 형성된 별도의 공간(16) 테두리는 동일평면상에 위치하도록 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 내통(20)은 상기 본체(10)의 내부에 회전가능하도록 설치된다. 상기 내통(20)은 하부에 축이임(44)에 의해 상기 구동모터(40)와 연결 설치된다. 상기 축이음(44)에 연결설치된 상기 내통(20)은 회전시 기울어지지 않도록 무게의 회전중심에 축이음(44)이 연결되도록 설치하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 돌기(22)는 상기 내통(20)의 내면에 설치되어 상기 내용물의 교반시 난류를 형성하도록 하는 것이 바람직하다. 상기 돌기(22)의 형상은 난류를 형성하지만 돌기(22)에 의한 회전저항에 의해 교반되는 화장품의 속도저하를 방지하기 위하여 표면이 유선형인 반구형으로 이루어지는 것이 더욱 바람직하다.
상기 구동모터(40)는 상기 본체(12) 하부에 형성된 별도의 공간(16)에 고정 설치되며 상기 축이음(44)과 연결되어 상기 내통(20)을 회전시킨다. 상기 구동모터(40)는 내부에 모터축(42)이 형성되고 상기 모터축(42)에 축이음(44)이 결합설치된다. 따라서 상기 구동모터(40)가 회전함에 따라 모터축(42), 축이음(44), 내통(20)이 연동되어 회전한다.
상기 축이음(44)은 상기 구동모터(40)와 상기 내통(20) 사이에 설치되며 상기 구동모터(40)의 동력을 상기 내통(20)에 전달하여 상기 내통(20)이 회전되도록 한다. 여기서 축이음(44)은 필요에 따라 동력을 단속할 수 있는 클러치인 것이 바람직하다. 상기 클러치는 동력을 필요에 따라 단속할 수 있기 때문에 전원공급부(50)에서 전원을 공급하지 않을 경우 손으로 본체(12)의 외주면을 비비면서 최소한의 회전으로 교반이 가능하다.
전원공급부(50)는 상기 구동모터(40)에 전원을 공급하도록 전기적으로 연결설치되며 휴대가 용이하도록 전지로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다.
작동인터페이스부(60)는 사용자의 의도에 따라 구동모터(40)작동되도록 입력하는 인터페이스로서 본 실시예에서는 작동이 간단하고 용이하도록 버튼으로 이루어졌지만 필요에 따라 다양한 인터페이스를 설치할 수 있음은 물론이다.
여기서 상기 구동모터(40)에는 작동시간을 제어할 수 있도록 타이머(62)를 설치하는 것이 바람직하다.

Claims (5)

  1. 본체와 뚜껑으로 이루어지는 용기와, 상기 본체의 내부에 회전가능하게 설치된 내통과, 상기 내통의 하부에 설치되어 상기 내통을 회전시키도록 구비된 구동모터와, 상기 구동모터와 상기 내통 사이에 설치된 축이음과, 상기 구동모터에 전원을 공급하는 전원공급부와, 상기 구동모터를 작동시키는 작동인터페이스부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 혼합 화장품용기
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 내통의 내면에 설치되어 내용물을 교반시키기 위하여 돌기가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 혼합 화장품 용기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 돌기는 반구형 형상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 혼합 화장품 용기.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 구동모터는 작동시간을 제어하는 타이머를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 혼합 화장품용기.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 축이음은 상기 구동모터로부터 상기 내통에 전달되는 동력을 단속할 수 있는 클러치인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 혼합 화장품 용기.
