- 열경화성 제 1 투명수지층, 열가소성 제 2 투명수지층, 장식층 및 기재시트층을 포함하며, 상기 제 1 투명수지층, 제 2 투명수지층, 장식층 및 기재시트층이 순차적으로 적층된 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 적층시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 투명수지층은 아크릴계 수지 조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 적층시트.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 2 투명수지층은 아크릴계 수지, 폴리올레핀, RPU, 우레탄계 수지 또는 글리콜 변성 PET 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 적층시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 투명수지층의 두께는 50~ 300 미크론인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 적층시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 1 투명수지층은 아크릴계 수지 조성물을 포함하며, 제 2 투명수지층은 글리콜 변성 PET(glycomodified polyethylene terephthalate)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 적층시트.
- 1) 캐리어 필름 위에 열경화성 수지 조성물을 코팅하여 제 1 수지층을 제조하는 단계;2) 상기 단계 1에서 제조된 제 1 수지층 위에 열가소성 수지 조성물을 코팅하여 제 2 수지층을 제조하는 단계;및3) 상기 단계 2에서 제조된 제 2 수지층 위에 장식층을 구현하는 단계를 포함하는 성형용 적층시트의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,4) 캐리어 필름을 제거하고 열가소성 고분자를 포함하는 기재시트를 제 1 수지층과 합판하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 성형용 적층시트의 제조 방법.
- 제 6항 또는 제 7항에 있어서,상기 단계 1의 열경화성 수지 조성물은 아크릴계 수지 조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 6항 또는 제 7항에 있어서,상기 단계 2의 열가소성 수지 조성물은 아크릴계 수지, 폴리올레핀, RPU, 우레탄계 수지 또는 글리콜 변성 PET 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 6항 또는 제 7항의 방법으로 제조된 성형용 적층시트.
