Claims (19)
- 지주의 상단에 배치된 연결부재;상기 연결부재의 상측에 배치된 투명 또는 반투명인 보호커버;상기 보호커버에 의해 둘러싸인 적어도 하나의 LED 모듈; 및상기 LED 모듈의 열을 외부로 방출하기 위한 히트싱크(heat sink)를 포함하며,상기 히트싱크는 상기 보호커버의 상측에 배치되어 상기 연결부재와 함께 상기 LED 모듈을 수용하는 수용공간을 형성하고, 또한 상기 히트싱크의 저면에는 상기 LED 모듈이 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 가로등.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 히트싱크의 상측에 분리 가능하게 결합되며, 상기 히트싱크와의 사이에 수용공간을 형성하는 상부커버를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 가로등.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 히트싱크와 상기 상부커버 사이에 배치되며, 상기 히트싱크보다 더 큰 지름으로 이루어지는 반사판을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 가로등.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 보호커버와 상기 히트싱크 사이에 배치되며, 상기 히트싱크보다 더 큰 지름으로 이루어지는 반사판을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 가로등.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 보호커버의 상측 외주를 감싸는 글래어 차단부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 가로등.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 글래어 차단부재는 상기 LED 모듈이 설치되는 위치에 대응하는 높이로 위치 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 가로등.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 LED 모듈은 상기 히트싱크의 저면에 고정되는 다수의 블록을 포함하며,상기 다수의 블록은 각각 적어도 하나의 LED패키지 및, 상기 LED패키지가 설치되는 적어도 하나의 경사면을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 가로등.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 블록의 각 경사면은 상기 LED 모듈을 통해 원하는 배광곡선을 구현하도록 미리 설정된 틸트(tilt) 각도를 가지며, 상기 블록은 상기 배광곡선에 대응하는 방향으로 상기 히트싱크 저면에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 가로등.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 글래어 차단부재의 하단은 상기 LED 모듈의 LED패키지에 대한 틸트 각도와 컷오프 각도가 일치되는 지점에 대응하여 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 조명장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 히트싱크는상기 적어도 하나의 LED 모듈이 저면에 설치되는 평판 상의 베이스 플레이트; 및상기 베이스 플레이트의 상면 및 저면에 방사상으로 돌출 형성된 다수의 방열핀을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 가로등.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 다수의 방열핀은 상기 베이스 플레이트의 상기 상면 및 저면의 외측에 배열되는 외측 방열핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 가로등.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 다수의 방열핀은 상기 베이스 플레이트의 상기 상면의 내측에 배열되는 내측 방열핀을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 가로등.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 베이스 플레이트의 상면에 설치되는 적어도 하나의 보조 LED를 더 포함하며, 상기 상부커버는 상기 보조 LED를 통해 감성조명을 연출할 수 있도록 다수의 광통과공을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 가로등.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 LED 모듈은 상기 히트싱크의 중심을 기준으로 좌우 대칭으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 가로등.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 보호커버는 외형 각도를 임의 설정함에 의해 상기 LED 패키지로부터 발산되는 광이 수직으로 입사하도록 하기 위해 보울(bowl) 형상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 가로등.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 보호커버의 외측에서 상기 보호커버를 고정하기 위해 상기 연결부재와 히트싱크에 양단부가 연결되어 형성되는 다수의 지지로드를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 가로등.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 LED 모듈은 방사상으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 가로등.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 보호커버는 상기 히트싱크 상하측에 각각 배치되는 제1 및 제2 보호커버로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 가로등.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 히트싱크를 관통하여 통형상 커버의 중앙에 설치되어 LED로 전원을 공급하기 위한 전선이 삽입되는 배선관;상기 배선관 하단에 결합되어 상기 LED 모듈의 LED로부터 발산되는 광을 반사하는 제1 반사체; 및상기 배선관 상단에 결합되어 상기 보조 LED로부터 발산되는 광을 반사하는 제2 반사체;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 가로등.
