包装ケース
　本発明は、商品を収納する包装ケースに関し、特に、ハンディモップ等の清掃具を収納する包装ケースに関する。
　従来、室内や車内等の埃等を除去するための清掃具として、埃吸着部及び柄を有する清掃具が知られている。
　かかる清掃具は、通常、合成樹脂製シートを中空直方体状に組み立てた包装ケースに収納された状態で販売されている。
　消費者は、かかる清掃具を購入した後、かかる包装ケースから清掃具を取り出して、室内や車内等の埃等を除去するために使用する。通常、消費者は、清掃具を取り出した後の包装ケースについてはそのまま廃棄する。

　ここで、消費者は、かかる清掃具は、一度だけでなく何度か再使用することができるため、一度使用した清掃具を家具の上等において保管する必要がある。

　また、上述のように、かかる包装ケースは、清掃具が取り出された後に、そのまま廃棄されてしまうため、環境へ与える負荷が大きいという問題点があった。
　そこで、本発明は、上述の課題に鑑みてなされたものであり、商品の陳列販売時だけでなく、商品の保管ケースとしても使用可能な包装ケースを提供することを目的とする。

　図１に示すように、本実施形態に係る包装ケース１は、上下方向Ｄ１に延びる筒状の包装ケースであって、側面２１を有する上方部２、及び、周方向Ｄ２に前側面３１Ｂ及び後側面３１Ａが設けられている下方部３を有する。
　例えば、上方部２は、側面２１の上部を閉塞する天面と、かかる天面に対して略直角方向に設けられている側面２１とを有する有底筒状に形成されている。

　例えば、本実施形態では、「弱め線」は、包装ケース１において上方部２を分離可能とする線であって、ミシン目線であってもよいし、マイクロミシン目線（貫通孔の長さと非貫通部の長さがそれぞれ０.３ｍｍ～０.８ｍｍ程度のミシン目線）であってもよいし、レーザー処理等によってシート材を脆弱化した脆弱線等であってもよい。
　なお、第１弱め線Ｗ１の少なくとも一部において、上方部２と凸状の折返部４とが接続されていなくてもよい。
　具体的には、第１弱め線Ｗ１は、直線状弱め線Ｗ１１と、曲線状弱め線Ｗ１２とによって構成されており、曲線状弱め線Ｗ１２の少なくとも一部において、上方部２と凸状の折返部４とが接続されていなくてもよい。例えば、曲線状弱め線Ｗ１２の少なくとも一部（例えば、凸状の折返部４の角部に対応する位置）において、シート材の厚み方向に完全に貫通する切込み線が設けられていてもよい。
　また、下方部３には、前側面３１Ｂ及び後側面３１Ａ（すなわち、側面３１１～３１４）から下方向に延出する複数の凸状の起立部６が設けられている。ここで、かかる複数の凸状の起立部６は、等間隔で設けられていてもよい。かかる構成によれば、包装ケース１の起立が安定するという効果を奏する。
　また、上方部２には、第１弱め線Ｗ１及び第２弱め線Ｗ２の一部に沿って摘み部５が設けられている。また、上方部２の側面２１の上部には、包装ケース１を商品陳列棚に吊り下げるための孔１０が設けられている。
　また、包装ケース１は、紙製のスリーブで覆われている。スリーブは、包装ケース１の外側の少なくとも一部を覆う形状で、商品輸送中や店頭陳列時に、包装ケース１が外れないように、スリーブには、少なくとも１箇所以上のロック機構が設けられている。
　スリーブには、ツメ形状が設けられて折り、包装ケース１には、スリーブを嵌めこむ切れ込みが設けられており、ツメ形状を切れ込みに押し込むことによって、包装ケース１とスリーブとをロックするように構成されている。
　図３は、包装ケース１を形成するためのシート材の展開図を示す。かかるシート材は、特に限定されず、従来公知のものを用いることができる。かかるシート材としては、ポリプロピレンやポリエチレン等のポリオレフィン系、ポリエチレンテレフタレート等の合成樹脂製シート、厚紙、合成紙、及び、これらの積層シート等が挙げられる。また、かかるシート材の厚みは、特に限定されないが、０.２ｍｍ～１.０ｍｍ程度が好ましい。
　図３に示すように、凸状の折返部４と下方部３との間の周方向Ｄ２に、第１折り罫線Ｙ１が設けられており、凸状の折返部４内に、下方部３の前側面３１Ｂと後側面３１Ａとの間から連続して上下方向Ｄ１に延びる第２折り罫線Ｙ２が設けられている。
　かかる第２折り罫線Ｙ２は、上方部２と凸状の折返部４と下方部３とに渡って設けられている。
　本実施形態では、「折り罫線」とは、シート材を折り曲げ易く型付けできるように形成された線を意味する。折り罫線としては、例えば、シート材を厚み方向に押圧した押圧線や、シート材を厚み方向に略Ｖ字状に切り込んだハーフカット線等が挙げられる。
　図３に示すシート材において、第２折り罫線Ｙ２に沿って側面２１、３１１～３１４を折り曲げながら、側面３１１の側部に延設された糊代３３を側面３１４の側部に貼り付けた後、底面形成用フラップ３２を組み合わせることによって、包装ケース１を形成することができる。
　ここで、商品の陳列販売時には、図１に示すように、上方部２及び下方部３の内部に、商品が収納されるように構成されている。図１の例では、上方部２及び下方部３の内部に、柄Ｘ１及び埃吸着部Ｘ２を有する清掃具Ｘが収納されるように構成されている。
　図１に示すように、包装ケース１の内部では、清掃具Ｘは、固定用台紙１１によって固定されている。固定用台紙１１は、コート紙や合成樹脂製シートによって構成されており、埃吸着部Ｘ２及び柄Ｘ２が、固定用台紙１１にセットされるように構成されている。
　なお、下方部３の前側面３１Ｂは、１つの曲面（側面３１２）によって構成されており、下方部３の前側面３１Ｂ内には、押し罫線が設けられていない。かかる構成によれば、包装ケース１に収容されている商品を、外部から見易くなる。
　また、図４に示すように、消費者は、包装ケース１において、上方部２を分離した後、凸状の折返部４を第１折り罫線Ｙ１及び第２折り罫線Ｙ２に沿って下方部３の内部側又は外部側に折り返すことによって、図５に示すように、下方部３の内部に、一旦使用した清掃具Ｘを収納することができる。
　本実施形態に係る包装ケース１によれば、第１弱め線Ｗ１及び第２弱め線Ｗ２に沿って、上方部２を分離した後、凸状の折返部４を第１折り罫線Ｙ１及び第２折り罫線Ｙ２に沿って下方部３の内部側又は外部側に折り返すことによって、清掃具Ｘの保管シートとすることができる。
　また、本実施形態に係る包装ケース１によれば、消費者は、上方部２に設けられた掴み部５を上方向に引っ張ることによって、容易に、上方部２を分離することができる。
　また、本実施形態に係る包装ケース１によれば、凸状の折返部４の肩部に対応する位置における曲線状弱め線Ｗ１２を切込み線とすることで、消費者は、容易に、上方部２を分離することができる。
　本実施形態に係る包装ケース１によれば、上方部２を分離した後、凸状の折返部４を第１折り罫線Ｙ１及び第２折り罫線Ｙ２に沿って下方部３の外部側に折り返すことによって、下方部３の開口部を安定した状態に維持することができる。
（第２の実施形態）
　図６を参照して、本発明の第２の実施形態に係る包装ケース１について説明する。以下、本実施形態に係る包装ケース１について、上述の第１の実施形態に係る包装ケース１との相違点に着目して説明する。
　図６に示すように、本実施形態に係る包装ケース１では、凸状の折返部４内に、下方部３の前側面３１Ｂと後側面３１Ａとの間から連続して上下方向Ｄ１に延びる第２折り罫線Ｙ２の周方向Ｄ２の両側に、上下方向Ｄ１に沿って複数の折り罫線Ｙ２０が設けられている。かかる折り罫線Ｙ２０の一部は、図６に示すように、直線形状でなくてもよい。
（第３の実施形態）
　図７を参照して、本発明の第３の実施形態に係る包装ケース１について説明する。以下、本実施形態に係る包装ケース１について、上述の第１の実施形態に係る包装ケース１との相違点に着目して説明する。
　図７に示すように、本実施形態に係る包装ケース１では、下方部３の全ての側面３１１～３１４において、上下方向Ｄ１に沿って複数の折り罫線Ｙ２１が設けられている。
　すなわち、本実施形態に係る包装ケース１では、下方部３の前側面３１Ｂ（側面３１２）においても、折り罫線Ｙ２１が設けられている。
　なお、本実施形態では、前側面３１Ｂ及び後側面３１Ａが上下方向に沿って起立した状態で包装ケース１が使用される例について記載されているが、本発明に係る包装ケース１は、前側面３１Ｂ及び後側面３１Ａが横方向に沿って置かれた状態で使用されてもよい。
　以上、上述の実施形態を用いて本発明について詳細に説明したが、当業者にとっては、本発明が本明細書中に説明した実施形態に限定されるものではないということは明らかである。本発明は、特許請求の範囲の記載により定まる本発明の趣旨及び範囲を逸脱することなく修正及び変更態様として実施することができる。従って、本明細書の記載は、例示説明を目的とするものであり、本発明に対して何ら制限的な意味を有するものではない。
　なお、日本国特許出願第２０１０－０８９０７２号（２０１０年４月７日出願）の全内容が、参照により、本願明細書に組み込まれている。
　以上説明したように、本発明によれば、商品の陳列販売時だけでなく、商品の保管ケースとしても使用可能な包装ケースを提供することができる。

Claims (7)

  1. 　上下方向に延びる筒状の包装ケースであって、
    　上方部と、
    　周方向に前側面及び後側面が設けられている下方部と、
    　前記下方部の前側面及び後側面から上方向に延出する１対の凸状の折返部とを有し、
    　前記上方部と前記凸状の折返部との間の第１境界線に沿って、第１弱め線が設けられており、
    　前記上方部と前記下方部との間の周方向の第２境界線に沿って、第２弱め線が設けられており、
    　前記凸状の折返部と前記下方部との間の周方向に、第１折り罫線が設けられており、
    　前記凸状の折返部内に、前記下方部の前側面と後側面との間から連続して上下方向に延びる第２折り罫線が設けられていることを特徴とする包装ケース。
  2. 　前記第１弱め線の少なくとも一部において、前記上方部と前記凸状の折返部とが接続されていないことを特徴とする請求項１に記載の包装ケース。
  3. 　前記第１弱め線は、直線状弱め線と、曲線状弱め線とによって構成されており、
    　前記曲線状弱め線の少なくとも一部において、前記上方部と前記凸状の折返部とが接続されていないことを特徴とする請求項２に記載の包装ケース。
  4. 　前記上方部には、前記第１弱め線及び第２弱め線の一部に沿って摘み部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の包装ケース。
  5. 　前記下方部の前側面は、１つの曲面によって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の包装ケース。
  6. 　前記下方部には、前記下方部の前側面及び後側面から下方向に延出する複数の凸状の起立部が設けられており、
    　前記複数の凸状の起立部は、等間隔で設けられていることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の包装ケース。
  7. 　前記上方部が分離され、前記凸状折返部が前記第１折り罫線及び第２折り罫線に沿って前記下方部の内部側又は外部側に折り返された場合に、該下方部の内部に、柄及び埃吸着部を有する清掃具を収納するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の包装ケース。
