另一种解决方案是: 设置两套介质驱动机构, 其中一套可以同时驱动 原稿在扫描通道和打印通道运动, 另一套可以同时驱动打印介质在过渡通道 和打印通道中运动。 这种方案尽管只需设置两个驱动电机, 但是, 任一套驱 动机构工作时, 都会引起另一套驱动机构的传动齿轮和驱动电机被动运动, 极大的增加了扫描打印一体设备的输送负载, 容易引起输送失败。 发明内容 本发明目的在于提供一种对介质驱动机构进行改进的扫描打印一体设 备。 为此, 本发明提供了一种扫描打印一体设备, 其具有扫描通道、 与扫描 通道连通的打印通道、 向打印通道提供打印介质的过渡通道、 驱动扫描通道 的送纸辊和打印通道的送纸辊的第一驱动机构、 驱动过渡通道的送纸辊和打 印通道的送纸辊的第二驱动机构, 其中, 打印通道的送纸辊的两端分别通过 单向轴 7 传动连接至第一驱动机构和第二驱动机构。 进一步地, 上述扫描通道内具有扫描装置, 该扫描装置包括位于通道两 侧相对设置的压纸件和获取介质图像的光学器件, 上述打印通道内具有在打 印纸上打印图像或文字的打印装置。 进一步地, 上述打印装置包括热敏打印头和与热敏打印头相切配合并作 为打印通道的送纸辊的打印胶辊。 进一步地, 上述第一驱动机构包括第一驱动电机和与第一驱动电机传动 连接的多个齿轮, 该多个齿轮中的一齿轮与打印通道的送纸辊之间设有单向 轴承。 进一步地, 上述第二驱动机构包括第二驱动电机和与第二驱动电机传动 连接的多个齿轮, 其中, 多个齿轮中的一齿轮与打印通道的送纸辊之间设有 单向轴承。 更进一步地, 上述单向轴 7 的外圏设有止动挡边, 齿轮的内圏对应地设 置有与止动挡边配合的凹槽。 或者, 单向轴 的外圏设有止动凹槽, 齿轮的 内圏对应地设置有与止动凹槽配合的凸起。 或者, 齿轮的内圏和单向轴承的 外圏通过焊接或铆接固定。 进一步地, 上述扫描通道的入纸端和打印通道的出纸端在扫描打印设备 的同一侧, 上述扫描通道的出纸端和过渡通道的出纸端连通至打印通道的入 纸端。 在本发明中, 通过在打印通道的送纸辊两轴端均设置单向轴承, 使第一 驱动机构和第二驱动机构工作完全独立、 互不千涉, 从而在不增加负载的情 况下, 实现了两套驱动机构驱动原稿或打印纸在扫描通道、 打印通道和过渡 通道三条通道内自由输送。 除了上面所描述的目的、 特征、 和优点之外, 本发明具有的其它目的、 特征、 和优点, 将结合附图作进一步详细的说明。 附图说明 构成本说明书的一部分、 用于进一步理解本发明的附图示出了本发明的 优选实施例, 并与说明书一起用来说明本发明的原理。 图中: 图 1是根据本发明的扫描打印一体设备的纵向剖面示意图; 图 2是根据本发明的扫描打印一体设备的第一驱动机构示意图; 图 3是根据本发明的扫描打印一体设备的第二驱动机构示意图; 以及 图 4是根据本发明的扫描打印一体设备的打印通道的送纸辊与单向轴承 组件装配关系示意图。 具体实施方式 以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明, 但是本发明可以由权利 要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。 图 1是根据本发明的扫描打印一体设备的纵向剖面示意图。如图 1所示, 扫描打印一体设备包括扫描通道 1、 过渡通道 2、 打印通道 3和容纸机构 4。 扫描通道 1的入纸端敞开, 形成用于插入原稿的入口 P。 扫描通道 1 内设置有用于获取介质图像的扫描装置 11 , 扫描装置 11 包 括位于通道两侧相对设置的光学器件 111和压纸件 112 ,原稿从光学器件 111 和压纸件 112之间通过, 光学器件 111能够釆集介质表面图像。 通常, 光学 器件 111可以是接触式图像传感器 CIS , 也可是电耦合式图像传感器 CCD。 扫描通道 1内还设置有至少一个用于输送原稿的送纸辊 12。本实施例中根据 通道的长度和形状的需要设置了二个送纸辊 12 ,分别与从动辊 13相切配合, 原稿从送纸昆 12和从动昆 13之间通过, 各送纸昆 12转动带动原稿运动。 过渡通道 2的入纸端与容纸机构 4连接, 容纸机构 4内储存有用于打印 的打印纸。 过渡通道 2内设置至少一个用于输送打印纸的送纸辊 21 , 同样可 以才艮据通道的长度和形状确定送纸昆 21设置的位置和数量。 本实施例中设置了一个送纸辊 21 , 与从动辊 (图中未示出) 相切配合, 打印纸从送纸棍 21和从动棍之间通过, 送纸棍 21转动带动打印纸运动。 打印通道 3的入纸端与扫描通道 1的出纸端和过渡通道 2出纸端交汇, 打印通道 3的出纸端敞开, 形成用于 4 出原稿或打印纸的出口 Q。 打印通道 3内设置有用于在打印纸上打印图像或文字的打印装置 31。打 印通道 3内至少设置一个用于输送打印纸的送纸辊。 本实施例中, 打印装置 31包括位于通道两侧相对设置的热敏打印头 311和打印胶棍 312 , 由于打印 胶辊 312可以用于输送打印纸, 因此, 本实施例中, 打印胶辊 312同时兼作 送纸棍。 在本发明的其他实施例中, 如果打印装置为针式、 喷墨或激光等类型的 打印装置时, 需要单独设置用于输送打印纸的送纸辊。 请参考图 2和图 3。 扫描打印一体设备还包括第一驱动机构、 第二驱动 机构及单向轴 7 组。 如图 2所示, 第一驱动机构包括驱动电机 51 和若千传动齿轮 (即齿轮 组)。 该齿轮组包括电机齿轮 521、 扫描通道的送纸辊齿轮 522、 打印通道的 送纸昆齿轮 523及若千过渡齿轮。 其中, 电机齿轮 521与驱动电机驱动轴固定连接, 扫描通道的送纸辊齿 轮 522与扫描通道的送纸昆 12的一轴端固定连接, 打印通道的送纸昆齿轮 523 与打印通道的送纸辊的第一轴端固定连接, 本实施例中, 由于打印胶辊 312即为送纸棍, 因此, 打印通道的送纸棍齿轮 523与打印胶棍 312的第一 轴端 312a固定连接 (如图 4所示)。 若千过渡齿轮分别与电机齿轮 521、 扫描通道中的送纸昆的齿轮 522、 打印通道中的送纸辊的齿轮 523啮合, 将驱动电机提供的动力传递给扫描通 道的送纸棍 12和打印通道的打印胶棍 312 ,从而驱动原稿在扫描通道 1和打 印通道 3内沿同一向运动。 如图 3所示,第二驱动机构也包括驱动电机和若千传动齿轮(即齿轮组)。 该齿轮组包括电机齿轮 621、 过渡通道的送纸棍齿轮 622、 打印通道的送纸 昆的齿轮 623及若千过渡齿轮。 其中, 电机齿轮 621 与驱动电机 61 驱动轴固定连接, 送纸棍齿轮 622 与送纸昆 21 的一轴端固定连接, 打印通道送纸昆的齿轮 623与送纸昆的第 二端固定连接, 本实施例中, 齿轮 623与打印胶辊 312的第二轴端 312b 固 定连接。 若千过渡齿轮分别与电机齿轮 621、 送纸辊齿轮 622、 打印通道中的送 纸辊的第二齿轮 623啮合, 将驱动电机提供的动力传递给过渡通道的送纸辊 21和打印胶昆 312 , 从而驱动打印纸在过渡通道 2和打印通道 3内沿同一方 向运动。 请参考图 4。 单向轴 7 组件包括第一单向轴 7 71和第二单向轴 7 72。 第一单向轴 71位于齿轮 523与打印胶棍 312的第一轴端 312a之间, 其外圏的止动挡边或凸楞 71a与齿轮 523的内圏上的凹槽对应卡接, 二者能 够同步运动, 其内圏与第一轴端 312a套接。 第二单向轴 7 72位于齿轮 623与打印胶棍 312的第二轴端 312b之间, 其外圏的止动挡边或凸楞与齿轮 623的内圏 623a上的凹槽对应卡接, 使二 者能够同步运动, 其内圏与第二轴端 312b套接。 设定将原稿或打印纸由各通道入纸端运动至出纸口为进纸,反之为退纸, 第一单向轴 71和第二单向轴 72安装在打印胶昆轴端后, 二者的正向旋 转可以驱动打印胶辊进纸。 当第一驱动机构驱动原稿由扫描通道 1进入打印通道 3时,第一齿轮 523 带动第一单向轴 71 正向转动, 因 第一单向轴 71 与第一轴端 312a 抱紧, 从而驱动打印胶辊 312将原稿输送至出口 Q; 由于此时齿轮 623和第 二单向轴 7 72不受外力作用, 第二轴端 312b可以在第二单向轴 7 72 内自 由转动, 因此, 打印胶辊 312在第一驱动机构的驱动下运动时不会引起第二 驱动机构的运动。 当第二驱动机构驱动打印纸由过渡通道 2进入打印通道 3时, 齿轮 623 带动第二单向轴承 72正向转动, 因此, 第二单向轴承 72与打印胶辊 312轴 端 312b抱紧, 从而驱动打印胶辊 312将打印纸输送至出口 Q。 同样, 打印 胶辊 312在第二驱动机构的驱动下运动时不会引起第一驱动机构的运动。 当第二驱动机构驱动打印纸由打印通道 3退回过渡通道 2时, 齿轮 623 带动第二单向轴承 62反向转动, 因此, 第二单向轴承 72与打印胶辊 312轴 端 312b脱离, 打印胶辊 312不运动, 从而不会引起第一驱动机构运动。 为了方便打印后的打印纸与待打印的打印纸分离, 本实施例还在打印装 置 31和出纸口 Q之间设置了切纸装置 8。 切纸装置 8可以是自动切纸刀, 也可实施手动撕纸刀。 本实施例提供的切纸装置是自动切纸刀。 自动切纸刀 包括动刀片 81和静刀片 82 , 二者相对设置, 分别位于打印通道 3两侧。 打 印后的打印纸经过自动切纸刀输送到出纸口 Q , 打印完毕后, 控制装置控制 自动切纸刀动作, 将打印后的打印纸裁断, 便于用户取走。 在本发明中, 通过在打印通道的送纸辊两轴端均设置单向轴承, 使第一 驱动机构和第二驱动机构工作完全独立、 互不千涉, 从而在不增加负载的情 况下, 实现了两套驱动机构驱动原稿或打印纸在扫描通道、 打印通道和过渡 通道三条通道内自由输送。 以上仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域 的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的 ^"神和原则 之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围 之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种扫描打印一体设备, 具有扫描通道、 与所述扫描通道连通的打印通 道、 向所述打印通道提供打印介质的过渡通道、 驱动所述扫描通道的送 纸昆和打印通道的送纸昆的第一驱动机构、 驱动过渡通道的送纸昆和所 述打印通道的所述送纸昆的第二驱动机构, 其特征在于,
所述打印通道的所述送纸昆的两端分别通过单向轴^传动连接至第 一驱动机构和第二驱动机构。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的扫描打印一体设备, 其特征在于,
所述扫描通道内具有扫描装置, 所述扫描装置包括位于通道两侧相 对设置的压纸件和获取介质图像的光学器件,
所述打印通道内具有在打印纸上打印图像或文字的打印装置。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的扫描打印一体设备, 其特征在于, 所述打印装置 包括热敏打印头和与所述热敏打印头相切配合, 并作为所述打印通道的 送纸辊的打印胶辊。
4. 根据权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的扫描打印一体设备, 其特征在于, 所述第一驱动机构包括第一驱动电机和与所述第一驱动电机传动连接的 多个齿轮, 所述多个齿轮中的一齿轮与所述打印通道的送纸辊之间设有 所述单向轴^ 。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的扫描打印一体设备, 其特征在于, 所述单向轴承 的外圏设有止动挡边, 所述齿轮的内圏对应地设置有与所述止动挡边配 合的凹曹。
6. 根据权利要求 4所述的扫描打印一体设备, 其特征在于, 所述单向轴承 的外圏设有止动凹 4曹, 所述齿轮的内圏对应地设置有与所述止动凹 ^曹配 合的凸起。
7. 根据权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的扫描打印一体设备, 其特征在于, 所述第二驱动机构包括第二驱动电机和与所述第二驱动电机传动连接的 多个齿轮, 其中, 所述多个齿轮中的一齿轮与所述打印通道的送纸辊之 间设有所述单向轴^ 。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的扫描打印一体设备, 其特征在于, 所述单向轴承 的外圏设有止动挡边, 所述齿轮的内圏对应地设置有与所述止动挡边配 合的凹曹。
9. 根据权利要求 7所述的扫描打印一体设备, 其特征在于, 所述单向轴承 的外圏设有止动凹 4曹, 所述齿轮的内圏对应地设置有与所述止动凹 ^曹配 合的凸起。
10. 根据权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的扫描打印一体设备, 其特征在于, 所述扫描通道的入纸端和所述打印通道的出纸端在所述扫描打印设备的 同一侧, 所述扫描通道的出纸端和所述过渡通道的出纸端连通至所述打 印通道的入纸端。
