Technical field
The invention relates to shipbuilding, in particular to the manufacture of sectional hulls of inflatable motor boats.
State of the art
Known folding boats containing hull sections, which are made with the possibility of laying one hull section into another during storage or transportation and with flanges, frames located between the hull sections of the gasket, having the contours of the flanges, frames, which are interconnected by fasteners, body sections are made of composite material, for example, from eclastic, including four layers of a binder and three carrier layers located alternately between them, for example, of fiberglass, etc. masonry have sides parallel to the plane of the butt hull sections (RU N22099233 patent).
Hull sections of such boats are made in separate matrices 25 of the corresponding dimensions made of fiberglass. The process of manufacturing individual sections is quite complicated due to the difficulty of removing the finished product from the matrix, which for this has to be split, which greatly complicates its design. In addition, the matrix wears out over time during operation, changes its size, which immediately affects the shape and size of the finished sections made in this matrix, and complicates the process of assembling the boat by docking sections of its hull to each other after they are removed from a deformed matrix, which ultimately reduces the quality of the hull of the boat. Disclosure of invention
The objective of the invention is to simplify the manufacture of sectional hulls of boats and improve their quality.
According to the invention, a method of manufacturing sectional hulls of boats, including the use of dies for forming sections of the hull, is characterized in that they produce a single reusable matrix, the size and shape of which correspond to the required size and shape of the boat assembly, then between the transom of the matrix and its bow part set several removable transverse longitudinal axis of the boat partitions, dividing the total matrix volume into several volume cavities, the dimensions of which correspond to the required dimensions frames of the sections of the case, after this, several sections of the case are molded with composite material in non-adjacent volume cavities of the matrix, having previously covered their surfaces with a separating layer, after which the partitions are removed and the remaining sections of the case are made with composite material using side walls as partitions formed sections, having previously covered their surfaces with a separation layer, then all sections of the body are removed from the matrix and divided into separate parts.
In addition, the invention is characterized by a number of optional features, namely:
- в качестве композиционного материала используют стеклопластик на основе полиэфирных смол;  - fiberglass based on polyester resins is used as a composite material;

The best use of the invention
The essence of the claimed invention is illustrated by the drawing, in which 20 depicts a flow diagram of the implementation of the method, namely: in FIG. 1 shows a section along the matrix with removable partitions installed in it; FIG. 2 shows a section along the matrix with formed sections of the body in two non-adjacent volume cavities of the matrix; FIG. 3 is a section along the matrix with removable removable partitions; FIG. 4 is a section along the matrix with 25 formed sections of the body in all volume cavities of the matrix.
8.  In the drawings, the positions indicated are: reusable matrix 1, matrix transom 2, nose of matrix 3, removable partitions 4, volume cavities of matrix 5, molded sections 6 of the case, locking protrusions 7 on partitions 4, layers of composite material 8.
The method is implemented as follows.
A single reusable matrix 1 is made, the size and shape of which correspond to the required dimensions and shape of the assembled boat. Between the transom 2 of the matrix 1 and its bow 3 establish several removable transverse longitudinal axis of the boat partitions 4, I divide their total matrix volume into several volume cavities 5, the sizes of which correspond to the required dimensions of the sections of the housing. Then a composite material is molded into several sections 6 of the casing in adjacent volume cavities 5 of the matrix 1, having previously covered their surfaces with a separation layer (not shown conditionally in the drawings). After this, the partitions 4 are removed and molded with the composite material of the remaining sections 6 of the casing, using the side walls of the already formed sections 6 as partitions, having previously covered their surface with a separation layer. Then all sections 6 of the housing are removed from the matrix 1 and divided into separate parts. With further docking of the hull sections between themselves, adjacent sections fit perfectly together, which ensures high quality and improved operational characteristics of the hull as a whole. The locking protrusions 7 on the partitions 4 prevent the vertical displacement of the individual sections 6, and also prevent their axial displacement.
As a composite material, glass-plastic based on polyester resins can be used. The molding of sections 6 can be carried out using a composite material, for example fiberglass, comprising several layers of a binder and carrier layers arranged alternately between them, for example, of fiberglass.
