Abstract
La présente invention est basée sur les effets synergiques d'un composé naturel utilisé en tant que fongicide et bactéricide pour les cultures agricoles plus spécialement les cultures de cumin. L'activité fongicide du cinnamaldéhyde qui est extrait de l'écorce de cannelle ainsi que des feuilles est efficace contre fungus Fusarium sp., Alterneriya sp., Aspergillus sp., principalement les cultures infectées par fungal sp. qui neutralise la sporulation ainsi que l'hyphe fongique sur la culture, et le composé actif eugénol extrait du clou de girofle ou du pétale de rose présente une activité bactéricide contre certaines espèces de bactéries pathogènes des plantes comme pseudomonas sp., Xenthomonas sp., activité bactéricide excellente sur les cultures de cumin. Le composé cinnamaldéhyde examiné est utilisé dans des procédés d'application par contact direct et de fumigation, et comparé avec le benzaldéhyde et l'hexaconazole alors que le composé eugénol est comparé à la straptocycline antibiotique et à l'oxychlorure de cuivre. Sur la base de valeurs LD50 sur 24h, le composé ayant la toxicité à plus large spectre pour les champignons pathogènes des cultures de cumin est le cinnamaldéhyde à (0,1 μg/cm2) suivi par l'acétate de cinnamaldéhyde (1,00 μg/cm2), le benzaldéhyde (1,25 μg/cm2), le 3- phénylpropionaldéhyde (2,00 μg/cm2), l'alcool cinnamylique (2,25 μg/cm2), le salicylaldéhyde (2,80 μg/cm2), et l'acide (E)-2-hydroxycinnamique (3,50 μg/cm2). Ces composés sont plus puissants que le benzaldéhyde (10,00 μg/cm2) et que l'hexaconazole (15,00 μg/cm2), alors que sur la base des valeurs LD50 à 24h, le composé le plus toxique contre les bactéries pathogènes des plantes est l'eugénol à (0,5 μg/cm2) suivi par la straptocycline (2,5 μg/cm2) et l'oxychlorure de cuivre (50,00 μg/cm2). Le mode d'action des deux composés protège les récoltes de cumin par élimination des organismes pathogènes ou repose sur une action statique à l'égard des champignons et des bactéries par pulvérisation respectivement de cinnamaldéhyde et d'eugénol, sur les feuilles de ladite culture.
