상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 마사지편을 구비한 등받이 분리형 의자는, 의자 좌판부의 후방 일측에 결합되어, 상측 방향으로 연장 형성된 등받이지지대; 등받이지지대에 회동가능하게 결합되어 있는 제1 지지부재; 등받이지지대에 회동가능하게 결합되어 있는 제2 지지부재; 하단부가 등받이지지대에 결합되어 연장되며, 등받이지지대와 나란하게 배치되는 제1 등받이회동축; 하단부가 등받이지지대에 결합되어 연장되며, 등받이지지대를 중심으로 제1 등받이회동축과 대칭으로 배치되는 제2 등받이회동축; 제1 등받이회동축에 회동가능하게 결합되어 있는 제1 등받이; 및 제2 등받이회동축에 회동가능하게 결합되어 있는 제2 등받이;를 포함하며, 제1 지지부재와 제1 등받이의 일측 외주면이 맞물린 상태에서 제1 등받이가 회동되고, 제2 지지부재와 제2 등받이의 일측 외주면이 맞물린 상태에서 제2 등받이가 회동되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 제1 지지부재와 제1 등받이의 일측 외주면에 각각 형성되어 있는 서로 맞물림 대응되는 제1 걸림돌기가 서로 맞물리고, 제2 지지부재와 제2 등받이의 일측 외주면에 각각 형성되어 있는 서로 맞물림 대응되는 제2 걸림돌기가 서로 맞물릴 수 있다.
상기 서로 맞물림 대응되는 제1 걸림돌기 및 서로 맞물림 대응되는 제2 걸림돌기에 의하여 지압 또는 마사지가 이루어질 수 있다.
상기 서로 맞물림 대응되는 제1 걸림돌기 및 서로 맞물림 대응되는 제2 걸림돌기는, 옥, 인광석, 황토소성체, 세라믹소성체, 토르말린분말을 포함하는 결정체 및 키토산분말을 포함하는 결정체로 이루어지는 군(群)중의 어느 하나로 구성될 수 있다.
상기 제1 등받이는 제1 등받이회동축에 연결되어 있는 제1 탄성수단에 의하여 회동한 상태에서 원위치로 복귀되고, 제2 등받이는 제2 등받이회동축에 연결되어 있는 제2 탄성수단에 의하여 회동한 상태에서 원위치로 복귀될 수 있다.
상기 등받이회동축의 상측방향으로 연장된 일측에 각각 회동가능하게 결합되는 서로 맞물림 대응되는 목마사지부재;를 더 포함하며, 각각의 등받이에 연동되어 회동될 수 있다.
상기 제1 등받이 및 제2 등받이는 각각 제1 등받이회동축 및 제2 등받이회동축 상에서 공기스프링에 의하여 슬라이딩됨에 따라 높낮이가 조절될 수 있다.
상기 제1 등받이 및 제2 등받이는 각각 제1 등받이회동축 및 제2 등받이회동축 상에서 회동이 선택적으로 구속될 수 있다.
상기 의자 좌판부는 제1 좌판부 및 제2 좌판부로 양분되며, 제1 좌판회동축 및 제1 좌판회동축 상에서 회동이 선택적으로 구속될 수 있다.
의자, 휠체어, 유모차, 침대 및 좌식 의자에 적용될 수 있다.
이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따르면 등받이를 좌우로 각각 분리시킴으로써 척추의 변형을 방지하고 교정할 수 있는 마사지편을 구비한 등받이 분리형 의자를 제공할 수 있다.
그리고, 본 발명에 따르면, 앉은 상태에서 사용자의 움직임에 대응하여 각각의 등받이가 일정각도의 범위에서 회동됨으로써 사용자의 편의성을 높여줄 수 있는 마사지편을 구비한 등받이 분리형 의자를 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 별도의 전원공급 없이, 등받이 전면에 구비된 마사지편에 의하여 사용자의 등을 지압과 동시에 마사지할 수 있어 누적된 피로를 신속하게 풀 수 있는 마사지편을 구비한 등받이 분리형 의자를 제공할 수 있다.
도 1은 본원 발명의 일실시예에 따른 마사지편을 구비한 등받이 분리형 의자에 있어서, 회동부재를 중심으로 나타낸 개략도.

이하, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록, 본 발명의 실시예에 대하여 첨부한 도면을 참고로 하여 상세히 설명한다.
그러나, 본 발명은 여러 가지 상이한 형태로 구현될 수 있으며, 여기에서 설명하는 실시예에 한정되지 않는다. 명세서 전체를 통하여 유사한 부분에 대해서는 동일한 도면 부호를 붙였다.
도 1 내지 도 3을 참고하여, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 마사지편을 구비한 등받이 분리형 의자(100)를 살펴본다.
도 1은 본원 발명의 일실시예에 따른 마사지편을 구비한 등받이 분리형 의자에 있어서, 회동부재를 중심으로 나타낸 개략도이고, 도 2는 도 1에 도시한 등받이 분리형 의자에서, 회동부재를 중심으로 확대 도시한 결합상태도이고, 도 3은 도 3에 도시한 회동부재의 연결관계를 나타낸 분리사시도이다.
*여기서, 의자는 지면상에 지지되는 다수의 회전바퀴를 가지는 다리부; 다리부의 상단부에 사용자의 둔부를 지지하도록 수평 결합된 좌판부; 좌판부의 좌우측에 구비되어 사용자가 팔을 걸칠 수 있는 팔걸이부; 좌판부 후방 저면에 결합되어 수직 연장 형성된 수직지지대; 수직지지대의 전방에 장착되고 사용자의 등부위를 지지하는 등받이부; 및 수직지지대의 상단부에 장착되고 사용자의 목을 지지하는 목받침부;로 구성된다.
그리고, 본원 발명은 특히 수직지지대; 및 수직지지대의 전방에 장착되고 사용자의 등부위를 지지하는 등받이부에 관한 것으로서, 나머지 구성요소는 당업자에게 자명한 기술로서 상세한 설명을 생략한다.
본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 마사지편을 구비한 등받이 분리형 의자(100)는, 의자 좌판부(S)의 후방 일측에 결합되는 등받이지지대(10); 등받이지지대(10)에 대하여 회동되는 제1, 제2 지지부재(20,30); 하단부가 등받이지지대(10)에 연장 결합되는 제1,제2 등받이회동축(40,50); 및 제1,제2 등받이회동축(40,50)을 중심으로 회동하는 제1,제2 등받이(60,70);를 포함하여 이루어진다.
*보다 상세하게는, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 마사지편을 구비한 등받이 분리형 의자(100)는, 의자 좌판부(S)의 후방 일측에 결합되어, 상측 방향으로 연장 형성된 등받이지지대(10); 등받이지지대(10)에 회동가능하게 결합되어 있는 제1 지지부재(20); 등받이지지대(10)에 회동가능하게 결합되어 있는 제2 지지부재(30); 하단부가 등받이지지대(10)에 결합되어 연장되며, 등받이지지대(10)와 나란하게 배치되는 제1 등받이회동축(40); 하단부가 등받이지지대(10)에 결합되어 연장되며, 등받이지지대(10)를 중심으로 제1 등받이회동축(40)과 대칭으로 배치되는 제2 등받이회동축(50); 제1 등받이회동축(40)에 회동가능하게 결합되어 있는 제1 등받이(60); 및 제2 등받이회동축(50)에 회동가능하게 결합되어 있는 제2 등받이(70);를 포함하며, 제1 지지부재(20)와 제1 등받이(60)의 일측 외주면이 맞물린 상태에서 제1 등받이(60)가 회동되고, 제2 지지부재(30)와 제2 등받이(70)의 일측 외주면이 맞물린 상태에서 제2 등받이(70)가 회동되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이때, 등받이지지대(10)에는 다단의 핀결합공(11)이 형성되어 여기에 고정핀(P)이 끼워질 수 있으며, 제1 지지부재(20)와 제2 지지부재(30)가 고정핀(P)의 위쪽에서 등받이지지대(10)에 끼워짐으로써 고정핀 위에 각 지지부재(20)(30)가 얹혀져 회전은 가능하면서 하방향으로 낙하하지 않도록 구성할 수 있으며, 고정핀(P)의 결합위치를 변경하여 각 지지부재(20)(30)의 높이를 조절할 수도 있다. 이외에도 각 지지부재(20)가 회전은 가능하면서 조정된 높이를 유지할 수 있는 구성이면 어떠한 것이든 적용 가능할 것이다.
따라서, 상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명에 따르면, 등받이지지대(10)를 중심으로 대칭을 이루며 배치되어 있는 제1 등받이회동축(40)과 제2 등받이회동축(50)에 제1 등받이(60)와 제2 등받이(70)가 각각 회동가능하게 결합되고, 제1 등받이(60)와 제2 등받이(70)의 일측 외주면이 각각 제1 지지부재(20)와 제2 지지부재(30)에 맞물리면서 회동됨에 따라, 서로 맞물림 대응되는 제1 걸림돌기(21, 61) 및 서로 맞물림 대응되는 제2 걸림돌기(31,71)가 사용자에 대하여 지압 또는 마사지가 이루어짐에 본원 발명의 기술적 특징이 있다.
그리고, 제1 지지부재(20)와 제1 등받이(60)의 일측 외주면에 각각 형성되어 있는 서로 맞물림 대응되는 제1 걸림돌기(21,61)가 서로 맞물리고, 제2 지지부재(30)와 제2 등받이(70)의 일측 외주면에 각각 형성되어 있는 서로 맞물림 대응되는 제2 걸림돌기(31,71)가 서로 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 한다.
따라서, 상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명에 따르면, 서로 맞물림 대응되는 제1 걸림돌기(21, 61) 및 서로 맞물림 대응되는 제2 걸림돌기(31,71)에 의하여 제1 등받이(60)와 제2 등받이(70)가 각각 제1 지지부재(20)와 제2 지지부재(30)에 슬립이 발생되지 않는 상태에서 맞물리며 회동됨으로써, 회동 동작이 정확하게 이루어질 수 있다.
또한, 서로 맞물림 대응되는 제1 걸림돌기(21,61) 및 서로 맞물림 대응되는 제2 걸림돌기(31,71)는 옥, 인광석, 황토소성체, 세라믹소성체 또는 토르말린분말을 포함하는 결정체 및 키토산분말을 포함하는 결정체로 이루어지는 군(群)중의 어느 하나로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명에서, 서로 맞물림 대응되는 제1 걸림돌기(21, 61) 및 서로 맞물림 대응되는 제2 걸림돌기(31,71)는 원적외선이 방사되는 옥, 인광석, 황토소성체 및 세라믹소성체로 이루어지는 군(群) 중에서 어느 하나가 선택되어 구성될 수 있다.
그리고, 서로 맞물림 대응되는 제1 걸림돌기(21, 61) 및 서로 맞물림 대응되는 제2 걸림돌기(31,71)는, 음이온이 방사되는 토르말린, 키토산분말 중에서 어느 하나가 포함된 결정체로 구성될 수 있고, 그 외에도 인체에 유익한 다양한 천연물이나 조성물을 적용할 수 있다.
그리고, 제1 등받이(60)는 제1 등받이회동축(40)에 연결되어 있는 제1 탄성수단(미도시)에 의하여 회동한 상태에서 원위치로 복귀되고, 제2 등받이(70)는 제2 등받이회동축(50)에 연결되어 있는 제2 탄성수단(미도시)에 의하여 회동한 상태에서 원위치로 복귀되도록 구성함으로써, 지압 또는 마사지 기능을 극대화하는 것도 가능하다.
여기서, 상기 제1 탄성수단 또는 제2 탄성수단은 도시하지는 않았지만 각각 제1 등받이회동축(40) 또는 제2 등받이회동축(50)의 외주면을 감싸면서 일단부는 제1 등받이회동축(40) 또는 제2 등받이회동축(50)에 결합되고, 타단부는 제1 등받이회동축(40)이 삽입되는 제1 등받이(60)의 삽입홈(도시하지 않음) 내주면 일측 또는 제2 등받이회동축(50)이 삽입되는 제2 등받이(70)의 삽입홈(도시하지 않음) 내주면 일측에 결합되는 코일스프링으로 구성할 수 있다.
그리고, 도 4 및 도 5를 참고하여, 지압 또는 마사지가 이루어지는 것을 단계별로 살펴본다.
도 4는 도 1에 도시한 등받이 분리형 의자의 주요 구성요소를 부분적으로 나타낸 평면도이고, 도 5는 좌우 등받이에 의하여 지압 또는 마사지가 단계별로 이루어지는 작동상태를 도시한 개략도이다.
도 4 및 도 5를 참고하면, 사용자가 의자(100)의 좌판부(S)에 착석한 상태에서 등을 뒤로 젖히면 기대어진 등부위에 제1 등받이(60) 및 제2 등받이(70)가 각각 맞닿게 되면서, 제1 등받이(60)와 제2 등받이(70)가 각각 제1 지지부재(20)와 제2 지지부재(30)에 슬립이 발생되지 않는 상태에서 맞물리며 회동되어 회동각이 점진적으로 변화된다.
이때, 상기 제1 등받이(60)와 제2 등받이(70)는 각각 최대 180°의 범위 내에서 회동이 가능하다.
특히, 제1 등받이회동축(40) 및 제2 등받이회동축(50)에 연결되는 제1 탄성수단 및 제2 탄성수단을 더 구비함으로써, 회동되었던 제1 등받이(60)와 제2 등받이(70)는 원래의 위치로 복귀될 수 있다.
이하, 간략하게 지압 및 마사지가 이루어지는 원리를 살펴본다.
우선, 사용자가 의자(100)의 좌판부(S)에 착석한 상태에서 등을 뒤로 젖히면 기대어진 등부위에 제1 등받이(60) 및 제2 등받이(70)가 각각 맞닿게 되고, 서로 맞물림 대응되는 제1 걸림돌기(21,61) 및 서로 맞물림 대응되는 제2 걸림돌기(31,71)가 가압되면서 사용자의 등부분을 전반적으로 지압하게 된다.
이 상태에서, 사용자가 자세를 앞뒤 또는 좌우로 이동하면 제1 등받이(60)와 제1 지지부재(20), 제2 등받이(70)와 제2 지지부재(30) 역시 사용자의 신체 굴곡에 따라 맞물림 회전되고, 이에 따라 서로 맞물림 대응되는 제1 걸림돌기(21, 61) 및 서로 맞물림 대응되는 제2 걸림돌기(31,71)가 사용자의 등부위를 따라 좌에서 우로 또는 우에서 좌로 이동되면서 최초 가압되어 지압된 곳을 중심으로 마사지를 하게 된다.
도 6을 참고하여, 본원 발명의 마사지편을 구비한 등받이 분리형 의자에 있어서, 목마사지부재가 추가로 구성된 실시예를 살펴본다.
도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 본원 발명의 마사지편을 구비한 등받이 분리형 의자에, 외주면 일측을 따라 제3 걸림돌기(91)가 구비된 목마사지부재(90)를 추가로 구성할 수 있다.
이때, 상기 목마사지부재(90)는, 제2 등받이회동축(50)의 연장선상에 회동가능하게 구비되며, 상기 제3 걸림돌기(91)가 연장형성되는 제2 지지부재(30)의 외주면 일측을 따라 구비된 제2 걸림돌기(31)와 맞물리면서 회동됨으로써, 목부분에 대한 마사지가 이루어질 수 있다.
이때, 상기 목마사지부재(90)는 최대 180°의 범위 내에서 회동이 가능하다.
도 1 내지 도 6에 도시된 본 발명의 마사지편을 구비한 등받이 분리형 의자는, 학생용 의자 또는 사무용 의자를 중심으로 설명하였으나, 척추의 변형을 방지하고 교정할 수 있으며, 사용자의 편의성을 높여줄 뿐만 아니라, 별도의 전원공급없이 누적된 피로를 신속하게 풀 수 있는 구성이라면, 통상의 학생용 의자 또는 사무용 의자에 국한되지 않고, 휠체어, 유모차, 침대 및 좌식(座式) 의자 등 어떠한 형태의 의자 등에 적용할 수도 있으며, 특히 제1 등받이(60)와 제2 등받이(70) 및 의자 좌판부(S)에 진동부재 및 발열부재를 부가함으로써 온열 및 진동에 의해 지압 및 마사지 효과를 배가시킬 수도 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 상술한 바람직한 실시예에 한정되지 아니하며 청구범위에서 청구하는 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 용이하게 변형 실시 가능한 것은 물론이고, 이와 같은 변경은 청구항의 청구범위 기재범위 내에 있게 된다.

Claims (6)

  1. 의자 좌판부의 후방 일측에 결합되어, 상측 방향으로 연장 형성된 등받이지지대;
    등받이지지대에 회동가능하게 결합되어 있는 제1 지지부재;
    등받이지지대에 회동가능하게 결합되어 있는 제2 지지부재;
    하단부가 등받이지지대에 결합되어 연장되며, 등받이지지대와 나란하게 배치되는 제1 등받이회동축;
    하단부가 등받이지지대에 결합되어 연장되며, 등받이지지대를 중심으로 제1 등받이회동축과 대칭으로 배치되는 제2 등받이회동축;
    제1 등받이회동축에 회동가능하게 결합되어 있는 제1 등받이; 및
    제2 등받이회동축에 회동가능하게 결합되어 있는 제2 등받이;
    를 포함하며, 제1 지지부재와 제1 등받이의 일측 외주면이 맞물린 상태에서 제1 등받이가 회동되고, 제2 지지부재와 제2 등받이의 일측 외주면이 맞물린 상태에서 제2 등받이가 회동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마사지편을 구비한 등받이 분리형 의자.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 지지부재와 제1 등받이의 일측 외주면에 각각 형성되어 있는 서로 맞물림 대응되는 제1 걸림돌기가 서로 맞물리고, 제2 지지부재와 제2 등받이의 일측 외주면에 각각 형성되어 있는 서로 맞물림 대응되는 제2 걸림돌기가 서로 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 마사지편을 구비한 등받이 분리형 의자.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 서로 맞물림 대응되는 제1 걸림돌기 및 서로 맞물림 대응되는 제2 걸림돌기에 의하여 지압 또는 마사지가 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마사지편을 구비한 등받이 분리형 의자.
  4. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 서로 맞물림 대응되는 제1 걸림돌기 및 서로 맞물림 대응되는 제2 걸림돌기는, 옥, 인광석, 황토소성체, 세라믹소성체, 토르말린분말을 포함하는 결정체 및 키토산분말을 포함하는 결정체로 이루어지는 군(群)중의 어느 하나로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마사지편을 구비한 등받이 분리형 의자.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 등받이는 제1 등받이회동축에 연결되어 있는 제1 탄성수단에 의하여 회동한 상태에서 원위치로 복귀되고, 제2 등받이는 제2 등받이회동축에 연결되어 있는 제2 탄성수단에 의하여 회동한 상태에서 원위치로 복귀되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마사지편을 구비한 등받이 분리형 의자.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 등받이회동축의 상측방향으로 연장된 일측에 각각 회동가능하게 결합되는 서로 맞물림 대응되는 목마사지부재;
    를 더 포함하며, 각각의 등받이에 연동되어 회동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마사지편을 구비한 등받이 분리형 의자.
