- 용기의 입구(12) 표면에 결합하는 걸림턱(115)을 통하여 입구 외면에 결합하는 하캡(110)과, 걸림턱(115) 내면에서 하부로 연장되어 내부에 첨가제를 저장하며 용기 내벽에 압착 끼움 결합하는 저장관(130)과, 저장관(130) 바닥 일부에 절단칼날(22)과 칼날 보호대(310)를 동시에 수용하는 결합홈(135)이 있는 열림판(132)을 가지는 고정부재(100); 및용기(10) 입구의 용기 나사(14)와 나사 결합하는 상캡(300B)과, 상캡(300B) 저면 중앙에서 하부로 연장된 내부실린더(78)와, 내부실린더(78) 하단에 돌출한 절단칼날(22)과, 절단칼날(22)의 칼날을 보호하도록 내부실린더(78)에 동축방향으로 돌출한 띠상의 칼날 보호대(310)를 가지는 작동 부재(300)를 포함하도록 구성하며;상기 절단칼날(22)과 칼날보호대(310)는 상기 결합홈(135)에 동시에 수용되었다가 상캡 풀림회전시 저장관(130)의 열림판(132) 테두리를 칼날보호대가 먼저 바닥을 눌러주면서 절단칼날(22)이 절단홈(133)을 절단하도록 기능하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼날보호대를 가지는 용기마개.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 용기 입구(12) 외측면에는 풀림 방지용 일방향성 걸림돌기(15)를 더 형성하고, 대응하는 하캡(110) 내면에는 걸림돌기(15) 사이의 공간에 오도록 결합하는 풀림방지 경사돌기(114)를 더 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 칼날보호대를 가지는 용기마개.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 걸림돌기(15)는 돌출부가 수직면에 예각으로 경사지고, 대응하는 풀림방지 경사돌기(114) 역시 같은 예각을 이룬 것을 특징으로 하는 칼날보호대를 가지는 용기마개.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 절단칼날(22)과 칼날보호대(310)의 하단은 일정 폭 및 높이로 브리지홈(312)을 이루고, 결합홈(135)의 시작지점에서 끝지점까지는 열림판(132)과 절단홈(133)사이에 상부로 일정하게 돌출한 안내댐(134)을 이루며, 안내댐(134)은 상기 브리지홈(312)이 이동하는 가이드로 기능하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 칼날보호대를 가지는 용기마개.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 안내댐(134)의 끝 부분에는 열림판(132)의 아래로 순간적으로 열리도록 브리지홈(312)에 의하여 눌리어지는 돌출대(136)를 부가한 것을 특징으로 하는 칼날보호대를 가지는 용기마개.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 절단칼날(22)의 폭보다 칼날보호대(310)의 폭이 크도록 하며, 상캡(300B)의 풀림 방향에서 칼날보다 전방에 오도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 칼날보호대를 가지는 용기마개.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 결합홈(135)과 열림판(132)의 일단부에는 결합홈(135)과 열림판(132)을 경사지게 이어주며, 초기 칼날보호대(310)의 누름 힘을 제공하는 누름경사면(135e)을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 칼날보호대를 가지는 용기마개.
