Abstract

본 발명은 표면 개질된 산화탄탈륨 나노입자, 이의 제조 방법, 이를 이용한 X-선 컴퓨터 단층촬영용 조영제 및 고유전 박막에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 본 발명은 표면 개질된 산화탄탈륨 나노입자, 그리고 (i) 계면활성제를 포함하는 유기 용매에 물을 포함하는 수상(aqueous phase)을 첨가하여 유중수 마이크로에멀젼을 제조하는 단계, (ii) 상기 마이크로에멀젼에 탄탈륨 전구체를 도입하는 단계, (iii) 상기 (ii)단계에서 얻은 용액에 유기 실란 그룹 또는 포스핀 그룹을 포함하는 표면 개질제를 첨가하여 반응시키는 단계, (iv) 상기 (iii)단계의 반응결과물로부터 상기 유기 용매를 제거하는 단계, 및 (v) 상기 (iv)단계에서 얻은 혼합물로부터 표면 개질된 산화탄탈륨 나노입자를 분리하는 단계를 포함하는 표면 개질된 산화탄탈륨 나노입자의 제조 방법, 그리고 이를 이용한 X-선 컴퓨터 단층촬영용 조영제 및 고유전 박막에 대한 것이다.
