Definitions
- the present invention relates to an improved acyl acid solid detergent.
- the acylamino acid-based solid detergent has the disadvantages that it is soft and dissolves quickly and is sticky. In particular, in the case of a transparent solid cleaning agent, when the surface of the cleaning agent gels due to dissolution, the transparency is impaired.
- the present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a solid cleaning agent that is hard even under a high-temperature and high-humidity atmosphere or an environment conforming thereto, and that can prevent melting and stickiness. It is said.
- the solid detergent composition of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problem comprises an N-long chain acyl acidic amino acid salt as a component element, and the salt of this N-long chain acyl acidic amino acid salt comprises an alkali metal salt and ethanolamine. It consists of a salt, the molar composition ratio of the alkali metal salt and ethanolamine salt is 10:90 to 75:25, the neutralization degree is 1.5 to 2.0 equivalents, and is represented by the following formula (I) An alkyl-modified silicone is blended as a component.
- examples of the N-long chain acyl acidic amino acid salt include N-linear acyl glutamate and N-linear acyl aspartate.
- the blending amount of the N-long chain acyl acidic amino acid salt in the transparent solid detergent composition is 35% by weight to 80% by weight, preferably 40% by weight to obtain a good transparent product. 70% by weight.
- the N-long chain acyl acidic amino acid salt those having an acyl group having 10 to 20 carbon atoms are used.
- the N-long chain acyl acidic amino acid salt having an acyl group having 14 or less carbon atoms is preferably blended so as to be 45 to 100% by weight of the whole N-long chain acyl acidic amino acid salt. When it is less than 45% by weight, there is a concern that foaming and foam quality deteriorate.
- the N-long chain acyl acidic amino acid salt having an acyl group having 18 or more carbon atoms is preferably blended so as to be 0 to 36% of the total N-long chain acyl acidic amino acid salt. If it exceeds 36% by weight, there is a concern that foaming will deteriorate.

- the alkali metal salt include potassium salt and sodium salt.
- examples of ethanolamine salts include monoethanolamine salts, diethanolamine salts, and triethanolamine salts. In this mixture, the molar composition ratio between the alkali metal salt and the ethanolamine salt is required to be 10:90 to 75:25.
- the molar composition ratio of the ethanolamine salt exceeds 90% by weight, adhesion to the container increases and stickiness tends to occur, and if it is less than 30% by weight, stability during high-temperature storage decreases and transparency decreases. .
- the degree of neutralization with respect to the N-long chain acyl acidic amino acid salt is 1.5 equivalents to 2.0 equivalents, preferably 1.7 equivalents to 1.9 equivalents. It is to be. This is because lowering the degree of neutralization leads to lower transparency, and higher degree of neutralization tends to lower the stability during high-temperature storage.

In order to effectively obtain the effect of improving the above-described dissolution and the like without any harmful effects. An amount of 01 to 10% by weight is preferred.
- urea may be appropriately blended in order to effectively prevent color burning at the time of production and generation of a bad smell during storage at a high temperature (30 ° C. or higher) for a long period of time without any harmful effects. it can.
- the urea can be blended when preparing the solid detergent composition.
- the amount of urea blended in the solid detergent composition is not limited, but it should be 0.5% by weight or more in order to obtain the above-mentioned effects sufficiently, and the amine odor during high-temperature storage.
- the content is preferably 8.0% by weight or less.

- the amount of the polyhydric alcohol is preferably 5 to 30% by weight in order to maintain the transparency of the solid detergent. When this amount is large, the solid cleaning agent itself becomes a solution.
- an appropriate amount of a lower alcohol such as ethyl alcohol or propyl alcohol can be blended.
- the blending amount of the lower alcohol is 0.1 to 5 parts by weight with respect to 1 part by weight of the polyhydric alcohol so as not to cause manufacturing difficulties due to thickening. Preferably there is.
- the amount of this lower alcohol is large, there are disadvantages such as a long drying time during production and poor transparency.
