Claims (11)
- 複数の素電池が配列されてケース内に収容された電池モジュールを複数個備えた電池パックであって、
前記電池モジュールは、前記複数の素電池が一列に配列された組電池を単位として、該組電池が複数個配列されて構成されており、
前記電池モジュールは、
前記組電池が複数個並列に配列された第1の電池モジュールと、
前記組電池が複数個直列に配列された第2の電池モジュールと
を含み、
前記第1の電池モジュールと前記第2の電池モジュールとが組み合わされて、前記電池パックが構成されている、電池パック。 - 前記組電池は、一列に配列された前記複数の素電池が電気的に並列に接続されている、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記組電池は、正極及び負極の電極端子と、前記素電池の充放電を制御する信号を入出力する信号端子とを備えている、請求項2に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第1の電池モジュールは、複数個並列に配列された前記組電池の前記正極及び負極の電極端子が、電気的に直列に接続されており、
前記第2の電池モジュールは、複数個直列に配列された前記組電池の前記正極及び負極の電極端子が、電気的に直列に接続されている、請求項3に記載の電池パック。 - 前記素電池は、該素電池内に発生したガスを電池外に排出する開放部を備えており、
前記組電池は、前記素電池の開放部と連通した排気ダクトをさらに備えている、請求項3に記載の電池パック。 - 前記排気ダクトは、前記複数の素電池の一端側に配設された平板を有し、
前記素電池の開放部は、前記平板に形成された貫通孔を介して前記排気ダクトに連通している、請求項5に記載の電池パック。 - 前記平板は、前記素電池の一端部に密着して配設されており、
前記排気ダクトは、前記複数の素電池に対して密閉状態で区画されている、請求項6に記載の電池パック。 - 前記平板は、配線基板で構成されており、
前記配線基板には、前記組電池における正極及び負極の電極端子及び前記信号端子にそれぞれ接続される配線が形成されている、請求項6に記載の電池パック。 - 前記素電池は、筒状電池からなり、
前記第1の電池モジュールは、前記組電池が、一列に配列された前記複数の素電池の列方向に垂直な方向に、複数個並列に配列されており、
前記第2の電池モジュールは、前記組電池が、前記素電池の列方向に平行な方向に、または、前記筒状電池からなる素電池の軸方向に、複数個直列に配列されている、請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記第1の電池モジュールを構成する前記組電池における素電池の軸方向と、前記第2の電池モジュールを構成する前記組電池における素電池の軸方向とは、互いに直交している、請求項9に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第1の電池モジュールを構成する前記組電池の個数は、前記第2の電池モジュールを構成する前記組電池の個数よりも多い、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
