Claims (6)
- 発電要素を収容する有底円筒形状の外装缶と、前記外装缶の開口を塞ぐ封口体とをそれぞれ有し、前記封口体を同じ方向に向けた状態で配置された複数の円筒形電池からなる電池群を備えた電池モジュールであって、
前記複数の円筒形電池の第1外部端子として機能する前記封口体とそれぞれ電気的に接続される第1集電部材と、
前記複数の円筒形電池の第2外部端子として機能する前記外装缶とそれぞれ電気的に接続される第2集電部材と、
を備え、
前記第2集電部材は、前記電池群を覆うように前記封口体側に配置された基板と、前記基板から前記電池群の方向に突出した少なくとも1つの集電ピンとを有し、
少なくとも1つの前記集電ピンは、前記円筒形電池同士の隙間に当該各電池の軸方向に沿って挿し込まれ、隣り合う少なくとも2つの前記円筒形電池の前記外装缶の側面を押圧している、電池モジュール。 - 少なくとも1つの前記集電ピンは、隣り合う3つの前記円筒形電池の隙間に挿し込まれ、当該各電池の前記外装缶の側面を押圧している、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の円筒形電池は、少なくとも1つの第1電池と、前記第1電池の周囲において同一円周上に配置された複数の第2電池とを含み、
前記集電ピンは、前記第1電池の周囲において同一円周上に複数設けられている、請求項1又は2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記基板は、前記複数の円筒形電池の前記封口体をそれぞれ露出させる複数の開口部を有し、
前記集電ピンは、少なくとも1つの前記開口部の周囲において同一円周上に複数設けられている、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記基板は、前記集電ピンが挿通される少なくとも1つのピン挿通孔を有する、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1集電部材は、絶縁板を介して、前記第2集電部材の前記電池群と反対側の面に積層されている、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。
