- the nozzle device may occupy different positions with respect to the domestic appliance, and draw steam from the domestic appliance at any position to prepare a food.
- the range of action may be determined by the type of connection between the nozzle device and the household appliance, eg by the length of a flexible connection line.
- the nozzle device then performs a movement in one degree of freedom when linearly moved or rotated. A rotation of the nozzle device about an axis, or a linear movement of the nozzle device in one direction is therefore still no movement in two degrees of freedom.
- the fact that the nozzle device is movable in at least two degrees of freedom relative to the domestic appliance does not necessarily mean that the nozzle device has to be moved during the preparation of a food.
- the nozzle device for food preparation is movable independently of the household appliance.
- a user can advantageously move the nozzle device to his or her needs within a radius of action, thereby increasing flexibility in food preparation. Because the nozzle device can be brought there where it is needed for the preparation to prepare the food by the steam drawn from the appliance. - the steam can be guided via the steam connection of the nozzle device into the nozzle device in order finally to leave it again via the nozzle opening.
- the steam-conducting cross section of the connecting line in the vapor direction is constant or decreasing.
- a steam hose is connected to the steam connection, wherein the steam-conducting cross-section of the steam hose is constant or decreasing in the steam direction.

In this way it can be achieved that the removal of the nozzle device from the finished food easier. This is especially true for food that gets stuck in the preparation. From these, the rectilinear portion of the nozzle device is clean and easy to remove without destroying the shape of the food.
- the part of the nozzle device provided in the dipping position in the preparation position extends in the direction of the axis of rotation of the food.
- the steam within the nozzle device travels a short path in a small volume until it enters the liquid, which can cause the steam inside the nozzle device to lose little heat and the heat given off to the feed can be increased ,

- a nozzle opening is arranged in a jacket of the nozzle tube.
- the steam carried in the nozzle tube is conducted inside the shell and can exit from the nozzle tube via the nozzle opening of the shell.
- the food to be prepared can be added to the rotation according to the invention via the nozzle opening arranged on the casing.
- a nozzle opening is arranged on an end face of the nozzle tube in order to be able to introduce the vapor into the foodstuff substantially vertically in the preparation position.
- the end face of a nozzle tube is comparable to the base of the cylinder in a cylinder-like nozzle tube.
- the direction of the steam which can leave the nozzle tube via the nozzle opening arranged on the end face of the nozzle tube, thus deviates in the preparation position by no more than 30 ° from the direction of gravity.
- the rotating food can be better mixed during the preparation, since it is a vertical impulse borrowable, which can put them eg in a strudeförmige rotation.
- a food solidified after preparation can be easily lifted out of the preparation container, so that the food can be easily taken out of the preparation container.
- the nozzle device comprises non-metallic material to prevent ingestion of food due to rapid cooling of vapor in the nozzle device. It is exploited that non-metallic material has a reduced thermal conductivity compared to metals, whereby after completion of the preparation, the cooling of the remaining steam in the nozzle device can be slowed down. As a result, the volume of the vapor remains constant longer, so that advantageously less feed is drawn into the nozzle device.

- FIG. 1 An embodiment of the invention with a treatment line 220 and a steam nozzle 230 is shown in FIG.
- feed 150 may be filled to be provided for steaming.
- This feed 150 is transportable through the treatment line 220 to be treated in the treatment line 220 by steam.
- the treatment line is connected to the reservoir 251 and the reservoir 252. From the collecting container 252, the treated food 254 z. B. are taken for consumption.
- a steam nozzle 230 having a nozzle pipe 232 is attached to the treatment pipe 220, and a nozzle hole 231 is disposed on an end surface 233 of the nozzle pipe 232.
- the nozzle tube has a valve 235 through which the steam flowing through the treatment line can be controlled.
- the steam for treating the feed may be supplied to the steam nozzle 230 via a steam port 234.
- the steam flowing through the nozzle tube 232 may exit the steam nozzle 230 through the nozzle opening 231 and be led into the treatment line 220 to treat the feed 150.
- the steam treatment of the feed 150 takes place in a treatment area 222, which is the nozzle opening 231 in FIG Transport direction 221 downstream.
- the nozzle opening 231 is arranged in the treatment line 220 such that the steam exits from the nozzle opening 231 in the transporting direction 221. This allows a negative pressure to be created by the exiting steam, and thus the feed 150 is sucked from the reservoir 251 into the treatment line 220. As a result, the feed 150 is transported in the transport direction 221 through the treatment line 220. In addition, the feed 150 in the reservoir 251 is guided through the treatment line 220 due to the hydrostatic pressure.
- the nozzle opening 231 is arranged at a constriction 223 of the treatment line, so that the feed 150 can be treated in the transport direction 221 from the constriction 223.
- the cross-section of the part of the treatment line 220 which is downstream of the nozzle opening 231 in the transport direction 221, increases in the transport direction 221.
- the cross section of the treatment line 220 thus increases in the transport direction 221 in the treatment area 222. This avoids that a feed 150, the increases in volume during treatment with steam, e.g. As the frothing of egg to scrambled egg, the treatment line 220 clogged.
- the treatment line 220 is more easily accessible for cleaning by the cross section which becomes larger after the constriction 223.
- a closure arrangement 240 having a closure element 241 is arranged on the treatment line 220.
- the closure element 241 can be brought into a closing and a passage position, wherein the treatment line 220 is closed in the closed position by the closure element 241, and in the passage position feed 150 can be transported through the treatment line 220.
- Fig. 1 and 2 show the closure element 241 in the forward position.
- the closure element 241 designed as a slide can be moved by a translational movement from passage to closing position and vice versa.
- the treatment line 220 is sealed by the closure element, so that no food can be transported from the reservoir 251 through the treatment line 220 to the collection container 252.
- closure member 241 By the closure member 241 in the closed position prevents feed 150 from leaking out of the reservoir 251, without this should be treated by steam.
- the closure element 241 In the closed position, the closure element 241 is arranged at the first end 224 of the treatment line. The closure element 241 is thus preceded in the closed position of the treatment area 22 in the transport direction 221. This makes it possible to clean the treatment line 20, in particular the treatment area 222, without having to remove the food from the storage container 251. This cleaning can z. Example, take place in that steam is performed with closed treatment line 220 via the steam nozzle 230 and the nozzle opening 231 in the treatment line 220 to clean them.
- the closure assembly 240 is further provided with a resilient member 242 configured as a spring to bring the closure member 241 into the closed position.
- the closure arrangement 240 is in operative connection with the steam nozzle 230.
- the closure element 241 can be brought into the passage position by vapor pressure.
- this operative connection is realized in that a pressure chamber 246 is connected to the steam nozzle 230 via a valve 45. By opening this valve 245, steam may enter the pressure chamber 246, thereby causing the closure member 241 to move from the closed position to the open position against the pressure of the elastic member 242.
- an overflow line 243 is connected to the space of the elastic element 242.
- An overflow line opening 244 of the overflow line 243 is arranged on the treatment area 222 of the treatment line 20, so that the treatment area 222 is connected to the space of the elastic element 242 of the closure arrangement 240.
- This overflow line 243 escapes the gas which is in the control room of the elastic element as soon as it shrinks when opening the closure element 241, (ie the enlargement of the pressure chamber 246), and compresses the elastic element together ..
- the passing treated food 254 and an eventual (ie not necessarily necessary) underpressure in the collecting container 252 generates a negative pressure at the overflow line opening 244.
- the steam connection 234 of the steam nozzle 230 is connected via a steam hose made of silicone 13 of a steam generator 20 and a reheater 50.
- the steam nozzle 230 can thus be supplied with steam via the steam connection 13 and the steam hose, the steam generated by the steam generator 20 and the reheater 50 being supplied in the steam direction for treating a feed 150 via the steam connection 13 through the steam hose of the steam nozzle 230.
- the steam-conducting section of the steam hose is constant in the steam direction.
- Pressure chamber storage container collecting container treated food
