- the server 1 specifies who is sitting in any of a plurality of seats whose arrangement is determined in advance. That is, the arrangement of seats is set in advance in the server 1, and the server 1 specifies the seat position of each participant based on this arrangement.
- FIG. 9 is a diagram illustrating an example of the arrangement of seats.
- FIG. 9A illustrates an example of a two-row arrangement in which seats are arranged in two rows in a direction perpendicular to the display surface of the display device 2.
- B) of the figure shows an example of “U” -shaped arrangement in which rows parallel to the display surface are provided in addition to the two rows of seats, and
- (a)-(c) of the figure has shown the state which looked at the display apparatus 2 and the seat from right above.
- the seats (1) to (4) are arranged on the right side of the display surface of the display device 2 in a direction perpendicular to the display surface.
- the seats (5) to (8) are arranged in a direction perpendicular to the display surface.
- the downward direction is the front
- the upward direction is the front. That is, the participants sitting in the seats (1) to (4) and the participants sitting in the seats (5) to (8) face each other.
- line segments connecting the imaging device 3 and the seats (1) to (8) are respectively shown.
- This line segment indicates the orientation of the imaging device 3 in a state in which the imaging device 3 is rotated so that each seat enters the imaging region (in other words, the direction of each seat with respect to the imaging device 3).
- the position of the rotation axis of the imaging device 3 is used as a reference point, and a reference line extending from the reference point toward the right side toward the display device 2 is shown.
- the imaging device 3 has a position where each seat can be identified by a rotation angle from the reference line, in other words, a line segment connecting the reference point and the seats (1) to (8) overlaps at a position other than the reference point. It is arranged at a position that does not fit. For this reason, the angle formed by the reference line and each line segment has a different value, and the position of each seat can be specified by using this angle.
- the seat position information 18 associates the rotation angle from the reference line when the imaging apparatus is rotated so that the seat enters the imaging area of the imaging apparatus and the seat position corresponding to the rotation angle. Since the terminal 5 is arranged in each seat, the angle formed by the line connecting the reference point and the terminal 5 (more precisely, the LED 21) and the reference line is measured, and the measured angle and the seat position information 18 are measured. It is possible to specify in which seat the terminal 5 is arranged.
- the angle of the seat position information 18 is a position where the LED 21 will come when the terminal 5 is placed on the seat (for example, the center of the seat) in order to improve the consistency with the angle when the LED 21 is detected. It is preferable to obtain such that the center of the imaging region of the imaging device is near the area.
- the seat position information 18 created as described above may be a table as shown in FIG.
- FIG. 10 is a diagram illustrating an example of the seat position information 18.
- a number indicating the position of the seat is associated with a rotation angle when the imaging device 3 is rotated so that the seat enters the imaging region.
- corresponds to the number attached
- the seat position information 18 shown in the figure is used to determine the seat where the terminal 5 having the LED 21 is arranged from the rotation angle when the imaging device 3 is rotated so that the lit LED 21 enters the imaging region.
- the position can be specified.
- the seat position information 18 may indicate in which direction the position of each seat position with respect to the device that detects the lit LED 21 with respect to a plurality of seat positions that are candidates for the terminal 5 being placed. What is necessary is not limited to the illustrated example.
- the imaging device 3 detects the LED 21, but when a detection device for detecting the LED 21 is separately provided, the seat position information 18 indicates that each seat position is in the detection device. On the other hand, it is information indicating in which direction it is located.
- the seating chart image as shown in FIG. 9 indicates in which direction each seat position is located with respect to the imaging device 3, and thus by using such an image as a template, The seat position can also be specified.
- an image as shown in FIG. 9 is stored in advance as a seating chart template. Then, on the seating chart template, the seat located in the direction indicated by the angle when the lit LED 21 is detected with respect to the reference point is specified. Thereby, the seat where the terminal 5 including the lit LED 21 is arranged can be specified.
- FIG. 11 is a diagram for explaining a method of measuring the angle when the lit LED 21 is detected.
- FIG. 11A shows a measurement method when the seat is not in a circular arrangement
- FIG. Shows the measurement method when the seat is in a circular arrangement.
- 11A and 11B show the display device 2, the imaging device 3, the terminal 5, and the like viewed from directly above. Further, in FIG. 5A, only one terminal 5 (only terminal A) is shown for simplicity.
- the angle when the lit LED 21 is detected is the same as the angle of the seat position, and the rotation angle of the imaging device 3 is calculated using the reference point and the reference line.
- the reference point for obtaining the angle when the lit LED 21 is detected is set to the same position as when the seat position angle is obtained, and the reference line is also in the same direction as when the seat position angle is obtained. Is set.
- the imaging device 3 When measuring the angle, the imaging device 3 is rotated in the horizontal direction so that the lit LED 21 comes to the center in the image captured by the imaging device 3. Then, the rotation angle from the reference line when the lit LED 21 comes to the center of the image is obtained.
- This angle is an angle indicating the position of the terminal 5, and is an angle stored in the terminal information table 16 and the position table 17.
- the method of obtaining the angle in the case of the circular arrangement shown in (b) of the figure is also the same as in the case of (a) of the figure. That is, the same reference point and reference line as when the angle of the seat position is obtained are set, and the rotation angle from the reference line when the lit LED 21 comes in the center of the image captured by the imaging device 3 is obtained. It is done.
- photographs is performed by the imaging device control part 12 automatically. Since a technique for automatically searching and imaging a predetermined object (in this case, the lit LED 21) is well known, the description thereof is omitted here. Note that the process of rotating the imaging device 3 may be performed by a user operation.
- the imaging device 3 has an autofocus function
- the distance from the imaging device 3 to the terminal 5 (more precisely, the LED 21) can be measured using this function.
- each terminal can be identified even when a plurality of terminals 5 are arranged on a straight line from the reference point.

- the position specifying unit 13 issues a command to the terminal 5 that has been logged in via the communication I / F 14. Is sent and a warning is issued to move the shield so that the LED 21 can be seen from the imaging device 3 (S4). Then, after issuing a warning, it is confirmed whether or not the lighting of the LED 21 is detected again when a certain time has elapsed (S3).
- the warning is such that a participant who uses the terminal 5 that has logged in (a participant who uses the terminal 5) can recognize that the detection by the imaging device 3 of the terminal 5 has failed. That's fine. For example, a message prompting the movement of the terminal 5 such as “Move the terminal to a position where the LED can be seen from the imaging device” or “Move the shield so that the LED can be seen from the imaging device” is displayed. Alternatively, such a message may be output by voice.
- the position specifying unit 13 acquires the angle of the imaging device 3 when the lit LED 21 is detected from the imaging device control unit 12.
- the said angle is an angle which the imaging device 3 rotated from the reference line, as demonstrated based on FIG.
- the position specifying unit 13 specifies the participant who has logged into the terminal 5 from the login information received in S1, and acquires the information (name and affiliation) of the participant.
- the acquired angle and participant information is stored in the terminal information table 16 (S5).
- the position specifying unit 13 transmits a command to the terminal 5 that has been logged in via the communication I / F 14 and turns off the LED 21 (S6). Further, the position specifying unit 13 checks whether or not new login information has been received (S7).
- the position specifying unit 13 turns on the LED 21 on the terminal 5 where the login has been performed (S2), and sets the angle of the terminal 5 get. Then, the acquired angle is stored in the terminal information table 16 together with information on the participant who uses the terminal 5, and the LED 21 is turned off (S3 to 6).
- the position specifying unit 13 performs a position table creation process and creates a position table 17 (S8). Details of the position table creation process will be described later.
- the position specifying unit 13 performs a position display process (S9). Thereby, a seating chart indicating the arrangement of the participants of each terminal 5 is displayed on the display device 2. Further, the position specifying unit 13 transmits the terminal information table 16 and the position table 17 to the terminal 5 via the communication I / F 14 (S10), and the processing of the server 1 is thereby completed.
- the terminal 5 that has received the terminal information table 16 and the position table 17 performs a position display process (terminal) using the received table, whereby the seating chart is also displayed on the display unit 20 of the terminal 5. Details of the position table creation process, the position display process, and the position display process (terminal) will be described later.

Abstract
Description
また、各端末5’には、LED(Light Emitting Diode、発光部)21が設けられている。
