Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Solarzelle zum Umwandeln von elektromagnetischer Strahlung in elektrische Energie, umfassend eine Solarzellenschicht (2) zum Erzeugen eines elektrischen Stroms durch auf einer Frontseite der Solarzelle (1) einfallende elektromagnetische Strahlung und eine auf der Solarzellenschicht (2) aufgebrachte Frontseitenkontaktierung (3), wobei die Frontseitenkontaktierung (3) Kontaktfinger (3a) zum Aufnehmen von in der Solarzellenschicht (2) erzeugtem elektrischen Strom und zumindest einen Stromabführungskontakt (3b) zum Ableiten des von den Kontaktfingern (3a) aufgenommenen elektrischen Stroms aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zumindest eine Stromabführungskontakt (3b) der Frontseitenkontaktierung eine Mehrzahl von Ausnehmungen (3c) aufweist. Weiterhin betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer vorstehend beschriebenen Solarzelle und eine Druckschablone zum Aufbringen einer Kontaktierung einer derartigen Solarzelle.
