Definitions
- the invention relates to a railing element, in particular as a fall protection for the creation of multi-storey buildings.
- fall protection must be provided when creating formwork for building ceilings.
- it is e.g. customary to create a bottom-supported external scaffolding, which projects beyond a newly created building ceiling so far that the required fall protection can be installed before the installation of the necessary for the building ceiling formwork elements on the outer frame.
- vertical beams are each attached to a plurality of already completed building ceilings, which in turn protrude above the next, to be created building ceiling, so that there already a fall protection can be provided before the shuttering elements are mounted for the next building ceiling.
- a railing element of the type mentioned above which is characterized by a vertical profile with a plurality of vertically spaced apart horizontally spaced horizontal profiles whose free end portions facing in relation to the vertical profile in opposite directions.
- the railing element according to the invention is a fall protection, which is particularly easy to assemble, since it must be attached to only a single carrier.
- Several such railing elements can be mounted in such a way that a horizontal profile can extend with its free end between two horizontal profiles of an adjacent mounted railing element.
- This configuration makes it possible to freely choose the distance between two adjacently mounted railing elements at least within a certain range, without having to provide railing elements of different widths or to make adjustments to the railing elements or to gaps between adjacent railing elements.
- there is an entanglement of the horizontal profiles of adjacent railing elements wherein all horizontal profiles can be located in the same vertical plane.
- An entanglement is also possible with an over-corner arrangement, in which case the horizontal profiles of adjacent railing elements intersect.
- two horizontal profiles of a railing element pointing in opposite directions are alternately offset relative to each other. This is also an entanglement or gearing of adjacent railing elements possible if they are each mounted at the same height to a respective carrier.
- each case two horizontal profiles are arranged offset-free opposite each other or a continuous horizontal profile is fastened in its middle section to the vertical profile.
- the desired entanglement of the horizontal profiles of adjacent railing elements is then achieved in that the fastening positions of adjacent railing elements on a respective support in the vertical direction are slightly offset from one another, this offset may preferably be about half the vertical distance of the horizontal profiles from each other.
- the railing element comprises at least one coupling element which is provided for a releasable coupling of at least one free end region of a horizontal profile with at least one free end region of a horizontal profile of a further adjacently arranged railing element.
- the railing element can be fastened by means of securing bolts or by means of a clamping connection to a carrier.
- the railing element on a contact surface for supporting a shuttering element.
- the railing element at the same time the attachment of a formwork element that can be hooked, for example by means of hooks in the horizontal profiles.
- the contact surface ensures a stable position of the shuttering element in this case.

- a clamping device 12 which comprises two base bodies 14 which extend in the vertical direction and are spaced apart from one another, at the lower end sections of which a horizontally extending lower cantilever beam 16 is fastened.
- the two basic bodies 14 and lower cantilever beams 16 only one is visible in the side views of FIGS. 1a to 1c.
- the two are Base body 14 and lower Krag portions 16 via webs 38 connected to each other.
- the base bodies 14 Between the base bodies 14 is a vertically adjustable (see double arrow in Fig. La) and pivotable about a horizontal axis (see double arrow in Fig. Lb) upper cantilever 18 is arranged.
- the base bodies 14 have a plurality of vertically spaced, horizontal bores 20 for receiving securing bolts 22 for fastening the upper cantilever beam 18 in the respective desired vertical position. Two different vertical positions are shown once in FIGS. 1a and 1b with solid lines and once with dashed lines.
- the securing bolt 22 can be passed through these holes 20 and also vertically spaced from each other, horizontal holes 20 of the upper Kragries 18.
- a clamping device 24 is provided, which is shown in the embodiment as a spindle. In principle, however, other, preferably self-locking adjusting means can be used.

- Clamping device 12 is then first pushed onto the existing building ceiling 36 (FIG. 1c) with the cantilever beam 16 pivoted upwards (FIG. 1b) or "threaded". This relative movement between the building ceiling 36 and the clamping device 12 is indicated in Fig. Lc with the arrow in the mark B.
- the upper cantilever beam 18 is pivoted downwards into the working position according to FIG. 1 c and fixed with a second (lower) securing bolt 22.
- the clamping device 24 is actuated, so that the support 25 moves in the direction of the arrow F down and the building ceiling 36 is clamped between the lower cantilever beams 16 and the support 25.
- the defined by the two lower Kragconstru 16 sufficiently dimensioned surface ensures a reliable fixation of the clamping device 12 on the underside of the building ceiling 36 so that tilting of the clamping device 12 is excluded about a horizontal axis.
- the double arrow bounded by the mark C symbolizes the subsequently possible vertical adjustment of the vertical support 34 via a corresponding vertical displacement of the coupling sleeve 26 by means of a spindle (not shown).
- the double arrow bounded by the mark D indicates the further possible tilt adjustment of the vertical support 34 with respect to the base body 14 fixed to the building ceiling 36 by means of the spindle 32. The importance of this adjustment of the vertical support 34 will be explained below.
- Fig. Ld and le show an arrangement of two clamping devices 12, 12 ', which are formed largely in the manner described above, for an over-corner attachment to an outer corner of the building ceiling 36, in which due to space constraints or static reasons the lower cantilever beams 16, 16 'must overlap.
- Fig. Ld shows the mounted on the building ceiling 36 arrangement obliquely viewed from below with a view towards the underside of the building ceiling 36, while in Fig le the arrangement without the building ceiling is seen obliquely from above.
- the lower Kragkon 16 'of a clamping device 12' on its upper side with two spacers 39 are provided.
- the spacers 39 have a T-shaped configuration, wherein the transverse bar of a T performing portion rests on the two cantilevers 16 'and a foot of a T performing section between the cantilever 16' protrudes and to the cantilever 16 'connecting webs 38th is fastened for example by means of screwing.
- the transverse bar of a T performing section is at least as strong as the cantilever 16 of the other clamping device 12, so that the Support base of the cantilever beam 16 'on the underside of the building ceiling 36 in an outer corner mounting according to FIG. Ld compared to an exclusive edition of the cantilever beams 16 in a mounting without spacers is increased accordingly and the spanned by the two spacers 39 pieces Area corresponds.
